The store manager Chris was just incredible. He helped me and my daughter out today while still helping his staff with other ungrateful customers. Everyone thinks they are entitled when they are not. It’s nice to do business with him and his staff. Other customers that I saw today in the store need to understand the world doesn’t revolve around them. Amazing job Chris and staff in Torrington!! Our family from out of state will be in for the holidays and we will definitely see you again. Thank you!!

The store manager Chris was beyond extraordinary. He was honest from the start and helped me make my experience in a phone store actually enjoyable. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this location. If you want an honest answer and quote, speak to him and his amazing staff. 10/10

Ordered a phone. They never called to tell me it arrived. I had to call sprint HQ for the tracking number. When I was given it they told me it had been delivered almost 5 days ago (I had called over the weekend to be told it wasn’t there). When I called again they gave me a run around insisting they didn’t have it, couldn’t find it, blah blah blah. I finally told them I had the receipts and name of the person who received it. After giving me attitude, what a miracle…I was right!!! They never notified me, didn’t apologize, just acted extremely unprofessional. Terrible experience from a company I have been a loyal customer to for years and a store I always buy phones from directly. Guess I’ll go to Best Buy from now on.

I had a terrible experience at TMobile in Torrington. A girl there was wearing a shirt that said “Say goodbye to scam calls, “ So I asked the 3 people there how to stop the scam calls. Well, the manager, Chris, and the girl, Sarah, completely ignored me. So, I said, I wasn’t kidding, I really want to know. They continued to ignore me so I asked Melvin, who was helping us, their names. So Melvin, seeing that I am mad that they were talking about food and ignoring me, gave me the very simple answer.I am amazed everyday with the terrible customer service that there is these days. Melvin was wonderful and helpful. Chris and Sarah acted like they were hanging out and not working. They hard to knock on the office door before entering cause something was going on in the office that they had to be warned. This office is always very unprofessional but this was the worst.

My family and I went in to switch our phone plan and trade in all five of our phones. It was a long process to say the least, but Melvin and his coworkers happily assisted us the entire day. Excellent customer service, best customer experience at a phone store we’ve had!

The customer service here was awful. My fiancé and I went in to see if we could use an upgrade they said no and offered no help to our problem. All the girl could say was go to apple they can fix it. Absolutely awful if I could give 0 stars a I would. We will not be back and will switch cell phone plans. Customer service here is not good on either the guy or the girl.

Went in on Sunday 5/6 to do an upgrade on my line. The store was empty and the guy working there really looked like he didnt want to be there. He had the personality of a rock. I was buying the Samsung s21 ultra and without even asking he proceeded to get a charging brick out of the drawer. I told him I didnt need it and he proceeded to tell me very forcefully that I did because one doesnt come in the box. I told him I already had one and he asked well is it the 25 watt fast charger? Again I told him I was all set. When it was time to turn my phone in ( jump upgrade) he asked if I wanted my data transferred to the new phone. Told him no I was all set. He then said to me in a very condescending way well you do realize we keep this phone now right? I said I was aware as I have been doing this for 4 years. Overall not a pleasant experience. Hubby did an upgrade a few weeks ago and the employee that helped him added the insurance without asking! I will not be going back to this store- will go to a different one that is a little further away.

If you are looking for GREAT customer service, AMAZING deals, and the EASIEST transition to a new carrier look no further! Melvin at T-Mobile in Torrington, CT is the most attentive and knowledgable employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We encountered some difficulties while switching carriers and transitioning data between phones, but he was willing to stay after closing to make ensure we were able to leave with working new phones. Moreover, he was able to give us an amazing deal as an associate manager. I truly cannot thank him enough and if I could I would give this location 100/5 stars. Melvin has a great work ethic, strong charisma, and is incredibly knowledgable. There are no amount of words to express my gratitude for him. If you are looking to switch or are a current T-Mobile customer, I would highly recommend coming to this location! You have to experience it for yourself!

Worst time at a phone store ever. I was in there yesterday with my fiancée and the staff was just unhelpful, lazy, and didn’t have much personality or care for customer service at all and when we asked if they had a phone in stock we were told it would take 10 minutes which is out rages. Let’s just say the chances of me coming back to this store is slim.

Probably the worse experience at a phone store in my life. There were FOUR employees working... I walked in, no one said hi how can we help you. I went up to the desk, presented my problem. The employee who helped me was scattered, and extremely Unknowledgeable. He basically told me to call a tech number. I was clearly not happy with the service, but no other employee came over to see if they could help. The guy just said, I don’t know what’s wrong call this number. Then I asked for a manager and then one of the other guys came over. He told me the problem within 2 minutes, and then proceeded to go back to gaming on his phone. I felt like I was being a bother! While I was finishing up buying a new phone..... another customer walks in. One of the gentlemen sitting on his phone playing games said “he’s almost done with her and then he will help you”?!!!!!! So he made the customer wait in line behind me when there were THREE other employees sitting there doing nothing! All gaming on their phones. I cannot believe how lazy this whole building was. At least the employee trying to help me tried even know he clearly didn’t know anything! Horrible experience all around!

My boyfriend and I just left the store and we were beyond dissatisfied... There were three employees working who were very unhelpful, immature, and rude. The one guy that was helping us was not very knowledgeable and didn’t really have any interest in helping us. Another gentleman that was there answered the phone and began swearing to whoever was on the other end and slammed the phone back down. After hanging up the phone he continued to swear to the female worker... I was immediately uncomfortable and wanted to leave the store right then and there. Professionalism is HUGE for me... and I hate to say it but the Torrington Sprint is lacking it majorly... don’t think I will go back

If I could I would give them many more stars . Nick and Elijah were so helpful, professional absolutely awesome ! I was a 10 year Verizon customer now a permanent Sprint customer . Nick acknowledged waiting customers while taking care of my transaction which was the way it should be . Nick and Elijah are total assets to the store and represented Sprint and customer service perfectly . I would recommend this store to any one looking for quality cell service at affordable prices with customer service at its best Thats Nick and Elijah at Torrington Sprint store

Been coming this store a few times. Employees where nice and helpful. I usually go to Bristol one but had a bad experience with a rep named Greg ( he made nasty remarks re: me having to call a family member about upgrading my phone. He could get why an adult had to check with a family member about upgrading thier phone. He made some really nasty rude comments. Well because they where the ones that where going to gift me the upgrade as a early birthday gift. But because he was rude and made nasty remarks. I didnt upgrade. He had no right to open his mouth and say those nasty comments to me. He shouldve remained silent and professional. Reguardless of the fact and he came across condescending on top of it. I hope he no longer works for Sprint. He was really rude. Also a message was left for the manager of that store to call me : re my experience with Greg( manager I believe was an Asian guy. He never called which was rude)

My husband and I recently purchased refurbished phones directly from Sprint online and they told us we could go to the Sprint store to have our data transferred. When we called the Torrington store and they said they would not help us because we did not get the phones through their store and to just download some app to do it ourselves. We are seniors and really needed assistance but the person who answered the phone was unwilling to help us. We drove to West Farms mall and they were more than willing to help us get our phones working - great customer service and friendly, knowledgeable people. We told the manager about our Torrington experience and he said he would report them to corporate. If you want help go to West Farms - they are awesome!
