Never really open

Id been a loyal customer for many years. However, they have had a number of issues with their pumps not working properly, including issues with gas reward points. I always pay at the pump to get in and out quicker. But when their pumps are not working, Im forced to go inside the store and wait in line until the cashier has time to deal with my situation. Also, this gas station has been closing at 10 pm during the week for years. Wednesday night on 12/14/2016, I arrived just before 9 pm, and when I got out of my car to pump the gas, the pump read, pumps closed. I thought they might have had an issue with the pumps again. I went to go inside and found the doors locked. The cashier turned towards me and said they were closed. I said that they didnt close until 10 pm. I know because Ive been there many times just before 10 pm and was able to pump gas. This time, I arrived before 9 pm. What good business turns away a loyal customer? She didnt even have the decency to open the door to talk to me. Im never going back there again. It wouldnt surprise me if they closed permanently. Business-wise, theyre headed in that direction.

Staff gave me a hard time about not knowing EXACTLY how much fuel i wanted when I wanted to fill it up because their diesel machines arent pay at the pump technology. Interrogated me with three questions about how much i wanted to put in, the size of my tank, and about how much is in the tank now. I was flabbergasted bc the cashier usually holds onto my credit card until I am done and come back in. It has never been a problem before. Asked for my credit card back and went up the road to a station that has the ability to pay at the pump for diesel. Done.

My car needs higher octane and loves this gas. Also the sell kerosene.
