Ordered a Greek omelet platter and a bacon egg and cheese, the Greek omelet was bland, I was expecting a halfway decent one, and the bacon egg and cheese was basic as well.

Eggshells in my eggs, potatoes under cooked for the potato salad and rubbery grilled chicken 🤢🤮 never again. Not to mention the rudeness of the cook taking my order who was talking down to me the whole time. Plenty of much better places in the area.

Was coming in here when I 1st moved to town for overpriced breakfast sandwiches, This morning Stood in front of register for over 5 minutes to pay for half-and-half and was completely ignored! Another time just for a couple of foam cups and they charged me a $1.75 I live practically around the corner, Totowa bagels are way better and not rude!If I could give 0 stars I would!

The place for Great Breakfast SandwichesTaylor Ham, egg and cheese on a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, salt pepper ketchup! Thats my usual order, the sweetness from the bagel balances out the saltiness of the taylor ham.Fast, friendly service comes standard. Cheers!

Great bagels and I love that I can call an order in and they make it for me before I get there. Much easier when I have the whole family with me just starting a long car ride somewhere as we often do.

We go there all the time in the morning and they are wonderful to us every time! We love the French toast bagels, theyre delicious!

Decent food but not the most pleasant service. I often call for delivery. You are rushed through the phone order making you feel like you are inconveniencing them. One time I asked for the total & they said call back, were busy which I understand, but the manner in which it was said was the problem. Bottom line, even if Im not standing in front of you, Im still a customer. To be fair to the other employess, it always seems to be the short Spanish guy who has no people skills. 5 stars to the delivery driver though !!!

Dont ever go here! This place is a complete rip off! When I walked in I was completely over came with such a nasty smell. Then it took about 10 minutes of standing there & being ignored before I got served (there was nobody in there btw!). The woman was so incredibly rude & nasty & after paying way too much for my sandwich, the order was wrong! I woulda been better off going to Burger King!

When I called to verify prices the girl said she didn’t know pricing- put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Honestly the bagels aren’t as good anymore anyway- So much for shopping local - I’ll drive any distance to spend my money elsewhere. As do most of my friends and neighbors now ...

Very expensive and not good quality of food

There was an older latina woman there who had taken perfect orders everytime. Miss her, never see her anymore! What happened?I went this morning to order my usual breakfast and some some Santa Clause Hill Billy walks in and yells his order out of turn and immediately gets served, meanwhile I was next, a regular for over 10 years.The short latino, who often takes orders now, saw no problem skipping patiently waiting customers and didnt even acknowledge the person in front of the register next in line. The sad part is he is known for giving bad attitudes and poor customer service on the regular.Not a good way to start your Good Friday.Id give 1 star but the food is usually decent. The disrespect was on a whole new level. The service is usually subpar, and they offer nothing out of the ordinary. I personally went for their great service and appreciation of local regulars, thats obviously changed over the years.
