I used to love this place but lately not sure what is going on. I tried looking for an updated menu online and couldn’t find much. Upon calling a young lady picks up I ask her if they sell egg platters she answers “yea we sell all that” I’m like okay what does the egg platter come with? She couldn’t even tell me what came in an egg platter than proceeds to tell me they don’t have egg platters. I order a cheese egg omelet with a side of toast. When I get my order it’s EXTREMELY GREASY like disgustingly greasy and oily. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted as you can see in the photo. The hashbrown was dripping grease, the toast was saturated in butter. Like who is supposed to enjoy greasy oily breakfast, I felt like I was getting a heart attack just looking at the thing. Customer service was horrendous, person in the front was rude and obviously has no knowledge what so ever regarding the menu. I will never order from this place again, and quite frankly I might even take my platter back and tell them to enjoy eating that grease.

I called multiple times. Finally got an answer but was put on hold. Drove to the location while on a 10 minute hold at that point. Walked in, no one waiting, no line, just two chatty cattys behind the counter. While I’m still on hold. I order. Floor is beyond slippery, my kid couldn’t keep his feet on the ground. Got my food, still was on hold. Food was average.

This is my go to spot they have everything u could crave for, there yogurt muffins are amazing, food is delicious.. the employees are so polite they make u feel welcomed. What I love about it the most is that even on there busy days youll get ur food on time. Ive only came 3 times and its definitely not going to be my last.

LOVED THIS BAGEL SHOP!!!Customer service is spectacular!!!I believe had the pleasure of meeting Ray!!He was super sweet and professional!!!I ordered an egg bagel which I don’t believe I’ve ever done with some butter and it was amazinggggg!! Nice, warm and toasted!The shop was superrrr clean, everything organized in its place! Love this place and will be back in the future!

Customer service was great! Very pleasant and nice workers! But I ordered a taylor ham and cheese and everything was burnt! Like visibly BURNT and they still proceeded to pack my sandwich and give it to me when I know they knew they probably wouldnt have ate this sandwich themselves because of how burnt it was! But nice people!

Great stop for a bagel. I just have a problem with flies in a business. They definitely need more hands also for faster service. But great egg salad and Taylor ham egg cheese 🧀 😋

First time at this place and definitely the last. Food took too long to come out. After all that time the bacon i got was under cooked. I shouldve read the reviews first. Omw to Mc.Donalds. Also the chicken fingers were hard as a rock. #chickenrocks

I love getting my coffee from here I never been to no place with so many coffee options usually all they have is regular but over here they have regular French vanilla hazelnut decaf etc and they have so many options of milk

Really dope spot for breakfast in the morning. Workers are always attentive and willing to serve. Never had an issue or attitude with a worker. And if my order was messed up it was quickly resolved. Genuinely one of the nicest business owners I know owns this bagel shop. And they do a really great job. I recommend this place for everyone to go to for breakfast.

My friend took me here for the first time and I wasn’t sure what to get. I talked to a young woman there named Ashley who recommended a lox cream cheese everything bagel and it was incredible. She was so sweet too!

These French toast bagels are something different I tell you. I recommend getting a bacon, egg, cheese with avocado and a hash brown in it! Literal heaven! The workers are so polite and talkative my food felt like it was cooked in 2 secs chatting it up with them.

This is one of the best bagel places in New Jersey. I recommend you try this place for yourself...

I love this place! I couldnt decide what I wanted so I told him what exactly I wanted on a sandwich . They made it exactly how I wanted and it was a mansandwich. For only $6!

Waited for over 20 minutes for an egg and cheese on a bagel. The last 10 minutes, my sandwich was on the counter but the worker never knew it and kept waiting for the cook. Finally he looks at what the cook brought out. Unbelievable.

This place sometimes has old bagels. What I mean is that they aren’t always warm and soft like when you think of a bagel. The same go with the muffins as when I purchase them at times they can be dry. Taylor ham egg and cheese is okay.

Totowa bagels makes several mistakes on one singe order. 3 Items were missing, no cheese was added on 2 sandwiches and they pick what ever bagel they want instead of what I requested in the memo. I Do Not recommend Totowa Bagels for delivery orders. They use grub hub or uber eats.

Amazing customer service, I was in a rush and needed my order as quickly as possible and the staff served me quickly as possible with respect!

Twice Ive ordered but never got my food. First time was in person, waited for nearly an hour for cream cheese on a bagel. Left after my food wasnt ready after a third time inquiring into my placed order. My second order was an attempted delivery... order never came. After thirty minutes I checked the status, and saw my order was cancelled.

Great food. great service. and most importantly clean environment. Got a breakfast sandwich and a dozen Fresh bagels for my staff. Everyone loved them. Will be coming back for more!

Love the bagles here. The owner was very friendly and customer service is excellent. On a busy Sunday morning delivery took a little longer then expected so the owner went above and beyond and delivered the food himself rather have me wait any longer. Was very thankful because my kids were super hungry!.

The place is not the same anymore, i couldnt get through on the phone at all and you cant get a sandwich on a roll, the service is extremely poor...

Not worth any of the aggravation, wait time was 45 minutes. Took my order 3 times lost it 2 times. Served 6 people before myself with larger order. They get one star because the food was at least done right. Service was horrible, cashier would stop midsentence to talk to other people, if they dont know you you arent priority. I would not recommend going here. This will be my last trip here and I hope to save others a horrible experience by posting this. Go anywhere else for breakfast.

Eating at totowa begals is like eating a home cooked meal and conversation with family. Owners riz and Ray make you feel welcomed and at home everytime you arrive. The food is great but the staff even better always working hard to get your hunger satisfied everytime. I wouldnt go any where else for a wonderful breakfast and some slamming lunch.

The bagels taste great here. The prices are good. The staff are friendly. The food is fresh. They open nice and early.

Definitely the best bagel shop around!! The food is super fresh and always delicious. My sister in-law has a food allergy and they were super accommodating. Definitely recommend this bagel shop over any one in the area!!

Usually go with the PB&J on plain, which is hard to mess up, and they do a good job at it. The guy with the beard recognizes and greets me like a regular, even if I dont come by after a while. Wait times are a little long occasionally, but besides that, would recommend.

Corbion is an international company with three manufacturing locations in Totowa. We order out a lot. Due to the pandemic, I decided to support local owned businesses as opposed to chain restaurants. I ordered online yesterday and called Totowa Bagels to make sure they received the order and we are all set for a 7:45 delivery. The lady confirmed they received it, and that they are able to individually wrap everything. She told me they do not have apple turnovers, and I told her to replace them with croissants (expecting the fresh baked ones as advertised - however the ones received were the Restaurant Depot ones that they are bought for .25 each already packaged - nothing fresh or tasty in them). Anyway. The food arrived at 8:30 after numerous phone calls. First call was placed at 8am and I was told the food was on its way. (to be noted that the restaurant is 5 minutes away from our office). Second call was placed at 8:10 and the male who answered said that he will deliver the food himself (if the food was already on its way this doesnt make any sense). I called again at 8:20, I got yelled at for daring to call them so much, I am to wait for my damn food. Food arrived 10 minutes later, but we never received the 5 bagels with cream cheese we ordered and paid for. I called Totowa Bagels to tell them. The yeller answered and continued yelling: everything was in the bag and marked! I told her that we received the bagels with butter, and the bagels with vegetable cream cheese, but we did not receive the 5 with regular cream cheese. The yelling continued: YOU NEVER ORDERED ANY. (Please see my order, clearly showing them being ordered and paid for). She hung up on me. I called back, the phone would go to a busy signal. I am very sorry to have gone to Totowa Bagels, and left them a 20% tip in advance. They obviously have enough business that they are comfortable yelling at customers and hanging up on them. Very bad representation of Totowa.

I came here on a whim because cyndias breakfast up the street had too long of a wait, and I really wanted breakfast. Glad I did! Excellent quality food for very reasonable prices. They have a few unique items among the usual offerings. Clean and cozy atmosphere, plus the service was efficient and friendly. This is the kind of place you wish existed near where you lived so you could go more often! Thanks!

Amazing customer service. Bagels and all bakery good were spectacular. The breakfast cook needs a bit a tweaking. Stingy with the undercooked homefries and sause was all dry. Coffee was great and cleanliness too.

I placed a order on uber eats and did not get everything i paid for that came along with my order. The bagels were half out the paper. Rushed job.

Everything is fresh in this place. Baked in premises. Coffee is also good. Staff is nice and polite. The only complain, they close the shop too early :( Definitely recommend it.

I visited Totowa Bagels today and bought a toasted bagel with vegetable cream cheese. While I was waiting, I was looking around at the delicious fresh bakery items and mouthwatering bagels. Im not from the area, and miss the taste of crispy fresh bagel. I Couldnt resist purchasing some things to bring back home. I bought bakery items and some bagels. Ray who was working behind the counter was extremely friendly, outgoing and was happy to help. He was so nice to talk to, I was so happy I stopped in the bagel shop today! I thoroughly enjoy the cream cheese bagel, which was homemade veggie cream cheese, not like other bagel shops. Not to mention I enjoyed another bagel on my 2 hr. ride home later today! Totowa Bagels is extremely clean. In addition, I looked at the menu and they offer a variety of sandwiches. On my next visit Im going to try one of them! You owe it to yourself to stop in, Im so glad I did! Barb

This place is more than a bagel store. The customer service you get here is really hard to find somewhere else. The food is amazing! The owners are very professional and polite. If there was better than 5 stars I would give it to them.

The service was amazing, friendly local staff, and the place was clean but the food and the coffee (in my opinion) was decent. They deliver within a four mile radius and cater for up to an hour drive. This place definitely has potential. If Im around, definitely willing to give their food a second try.

Great Bagels! My brother and I just got 2 bagels. He got the egg bagel with veggie cream cheese and I got the onion bagel with nova cream cheese.The best bagels I have ever tasted. The cream cheese are made with all fresh ingredients, which I can definitely taste. Great portions and great prices. I highly recommend it. I am definitely impressed my bagel was made to perfection.

I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox! It was so good! I bought 3 to got with some of the veggie cream cheese to eat for the rest of my visit here in Jersey! Also the atmosphere was great! They had a group of guys who are probably a fixture there having a discussion at a Jersey volume. I feel like I have had a really great visit. Also the staff was really helpful and waited to have my to go order ready when I was done eating.
