As always the appointment went well. Place is well organized, clean and friendly. The technician doing the tests is knowledgeable and explicit with the directions. DR Mosel is a delight. She carefully explains everything and is seamless in doing the exam. All questions are answered thoroughly. And the best news is my eyes have not gotten worse. Always a pleasure!

My eye exam was comprehensive. Dr. Pong spent time reviewing my history and asking about any eye concerns that I ma have had. She was knowledgeable about eye care and gave me helpful information on how best to care for my eyes.

Today was my first visit to the Eyexam Group. It was such a wonderful experience I feel the need to share it with the world! The location was easily accessible, and upon entry, it was very inviting. The location appeared to be reasonably busy however and despite that, the staff greeted and seated us immediately. We sat for a short period and immediately went in to have some diagnostics performed. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and organization (set up). There were about 4-6 assessments. It was a very nice flow and the young lady was kind enough to address and answer all of my questions and concerns. A VERY short time following a diagnostic assessments we were escorted in to see Dr. Mosel. She was beautiful in appearance and spirit. The exam included what seemed to be some of the most innovative technology I’ve seen personally. It was extremely detailed but quick. She took the time so explain things and provide an immediate assessment and recommendations. She was kind enough to share her findings and provide a detailed explanation for her recommendations with imagery. The visit ended with her providing a script and follow up card with prescription for both lenses and contacts without me having to request it. She even provided a laminated copy 😊 which I thought was so awesome 😎. Bottom line, my entire family will be receiving all future services from The Eyexam Group and I will be sure to recommend them to all of my family and friends. Not covid19 safe. Long waits . Unhelpful staff.Everyone was cordial but this was a bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.I was told to call and wait in car while they sanitize the room I arrive and am put in a testing room with multiple patients and staff. Moments after a person got off the machine they wiped down only the forehead strip, I had to request the full wipe down interior where I put my face. Multiple staff members and patients incorrectly had mask on below nose or chin. I watched people try on glasses and put back on wall without being wiped down. For style and glasses fit no one offered help, I was left to figure it out myself, any time I asked for help a diffrent staff member would spend a couple of seconds before walking away with not actually helping.

I was impressed with the so many machines that was used. They are seeking perfection with my eye exam. Of course, the service is and was top notch. I told my wife to move my kids files to this place. They uses so many machines throughout the eye exam that makes you feel like it is thorough and you that you will wear the best fit prescription lenses. Definitely will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.

The eye exam was great. Very thorough. Scheduling is something else, though. Several years in a row, the office makes an appointment for me without my consent, then repeatedly sends me reminders about this appointment that I didnt make. This year, I asked them explicitly not to make an appointment. They denied that they made unrequested appointments. They said that they sent out only reminders to make an appointment. When I got home and checked my email, there was the appointment that was made for me without my consent.

Very quick and efficient! Office staff is friendly and all the doctors are great. The exam is very thorough and the doctors always take their time out to explain things to me. Will definitely always come back for any issues I am having with my eyes!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I haven’t come to this place in over a year or two and when I came for my eye check up everything was perfect. All the ladies are nice, the tests ran smoothly as usual, and Dr. H was extremely nice and professional. I even got contacts upon my visit which never happened before! I’ve been dying to get contacts again because my glasses are annoying. 10/5 stars!!!!

While I initially stumbled in because I wanted contacts while in the LensCrafters, I havent gone anywhere else for eye exams and my contact lens needs in five years. Super friendly staff, short wait times, and easy booking have made me a customer for life. Everyone from the doctors to the techs to the reception staff have been nothing but a joy to give my business to. Highly recommend for any vision need.

I was at this office two days ago, the staff was not properly trained to be at the front desk as they stare at you like you going to commit a crime especially the inexperienced duty manager if not mistaken (older woman with black hair) how can such a person be trusted to delegate. Not a single smile from the unhappy personnel and not helpful enough when asking a question regarding my insurance coverage. Doctor was great but the unhappy atmosphere from the personnel was oblivious.

Excellent staff!l The assistant-Cloud that helped me with my selection is outstanding. She allowed me to take my time in choosing the preference design that suits me for I am a diva, and I like to look good.

I went in for a routine eye exam and i must say that I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Another thing that made me very happy was the unbelievably short wait time.

If I can sue this doctor I would!!!! Dr Clifford has been treating me for the passed 4 years.... I had always complained that something is wrong with my vision... the doctor had alwasy stated it you stigmatism, we just had to incease yout lends... TURNS OUT that for the pass 4 years I had Keratoconus, (KEHR-ah-toh-KOH-nus), a an uncommon eye condition where the typically round, oval-like cornea becomes thin and develops a cone-like bulge. This abnormal shape prevents the light entering the eye from being focused correctly on the retina and causes distortion of vision. I had lost 70% of my vision. If i knew sonner I could of provented the vision from being distroyed. She is not update to date or knowledgeable. Beware or you may loose your eyes.

Amazing Doctor’s!!!!!!

I recently had experience with Dr. Mosel of this group. In my opinion, she acted unprofessionally and unethically. If I could sue her over the incident, I would but suing a doctor isnt easy or cheap.. I intend, however, filing complaints with the state board and the American Board of Optometry.

Dr.Smith and the testing Associate were awesome. The Exam was detailed and thorough.The billing lady at the reception was very courteous and welcoming...I, however, had a problem when I went to the optical side with my prescription to purchase my glasses. The lady who I guess could be the office manager was not helpful at all. I had to leave with my prescription to another optician...they need to work on their attitude towards all customers without prejudice... I am honestly not going g back....
