I went to this kiosk for an emergency because I broke my phone. The actual employee was very helpful. However, when I left the store there was charges on my visa I didn’t authorize. I tried calling store for quite sometime no answer. It really could be a mistake hopefully The charges are not on my receipt. So, silly me I called 611 boost. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I just had a several hour ordeal I don’t wish on my worst day. I was told by the only a highest supervisor at boost that she couldn’t help I need to drive back to md to the store for help. I live in PA and this happens to have been an emergent situation but who cares right. I guess I have to deal with my bank . Be careful with boost they are changed and if something happens in a store your on your own.

The salesman misrepresented their services which turned out to be him blatantly lying!!!!
