Kelvin was an amazing rep. I had a unique situation, and when all other employees refused to help me Kelvin stepped up and made the best of the situation. He went above and beyond out of his way to treat me like a valued customer and I couldnt be more happy. This company should train all of its employees to be more sensitive to all their customers needs like this individual obviously prides himself on.

Came to this bags on expedite service of the one in my area, this one is HORRIBLE. We just needed to purchase a SIM card for new unlocked phone. 5 people in the store, 4 on the floor, one behind the desk looking out but visibly NOT busy. One agent checked out a customer but then re-engaged as customer was about to exit. Now going on over 30 mins.

First time going to this location to get my phone fixed. I didnt realize they stopped servicing at 3 so I made it JUST in time. My screen just went blank but was still on. I was so scared that they were going to have to either order me a new phone or that it couldnt be fixed in the same day but they were able to take care of my phone SAME DAY ! Very nice staff and they even gave out water to the ppl waiting. I didnt get the name of the tech that helped but I believe it was the only female tech. Thanks again for helping me out !

Josh was nice but they were unable to help me, directed me to the customer service phone number as I had purchased my phones online because they were not in stock at the time, even though I told them I have called several times and have been made promises of a refund that I never received. I have spent several hours on the phone over the past two months without resolution. The original contract I signed with Sprint has changed despite me being told otherwise and my contact not being over. I would warn against signing a contract, I was very clear about the service and price I was paying before switching and have been overcharged for serveal free service making me $136 plan cost $196, after taxes and fees. Grossly misleading and beyond frustrating. Not worth it. A company as large as Sprint/Tmobile should be transparent and have reliable customer service. It is ridiculous to put your employees and customers in a position of relying on phone operators who make empty promises and excuses such well I dont know who told you that, even after you have asked them to review your previous calls, then they never should have told you that

Wish I knew the names of everyone that helped me at the store. Everyone I dealt with from the moment I walked into the store had great customer service. It took a few minutes to be helped but the store was crowded so that was to be expected. My phone couldnt be fixed but I was able to get a new phone the next day. Thank you guys for your help

I just got my phone screen fix from this location. I had an amazing experience. I was helped by the manager and the assistant manager. They were both extremely professional and helpful and made my experience awesome! I am glad I came to this location and for any other services I will definitely be coming back!

Good customer service. No line, but always remember to take a number/check in when you get there. Professional staff on the floor. Very clean store. The service technicians here are amazing!! They can do simple fixes in minutes. As a reminder, in order to receive the best deals and service, advocate for yourself and do your research before hand. Ask about all the options and ask about options that may not even be available as well. The staff here will help you with all your questions in a professional, patient manner.

I went into another Sprint location to find out why my screen had so many scratches on the glass after getting the glass screen protector at this putty hill location. Come to find out the associate Deja but the liquid glass over top of the plastic protector that came on the phone. How careless can you be? That was $52 wasted. My s20 Ultra cost too much money to not have it done correctly. Clearly she didnt know what she was doing. Contacted the manager John he agreed to replace.

Zelor is the best and if you gotta go try and see her! Sprint as a corporate is kinda slow and non-coordinated but Zelor actually the best because not only did she keep going at it until the problem was fixed she was super personable and kind. She dug and got to the bottom of the problem even though it took forever. 10/10 recommend her if you ever need somethin at sprint!

I walked in today to see if I can get my cracked screen fixed. I walked in and was greeted and helped before I could even sign in which was great. The lady that helped me was sitting in the back Im guessing at the repair desk. I did not get her name but she was amazing! They said my phone would take about an hour and it took about that and she told me the cost before it was fixed. She asked about my kids. Great experience! Just want to give credit where credit is due!

12/5/19 Terrible. Terrible. Arrived at 7:30pm & checked in on the computer- you can only select one issue when you’re asked to check in. Quickly realized I better check in separately for each issue because one employee helped with repair and another helped with bill issues. Since I needed help with billing and repair I checked in for both thank goodness- I was called up for repair after a 30 minute wait to get the worst attitude from customer service- and I’m a really nice person, but they just told me to go to the Apple store. Obvious the employees don’t care about helping they just want you to leave.At 8:35pm after waiting for 50 minutes the third employee asked me if I’ve signed in.... after waiting almost an hour, she then rolled her eyes and walked away after I said yes we signed in- I could tell I was bothering them....Sprint stores are like Sprint- terrible. Every store I go to says if I want to make any account changes I have to go to the Joppa road store- and I’ll never go there again.... after waiting over an hour I left. Cancelling service with Sprint ASAP- looking for carrier recommendations.

I went over to the Sprint Store at Towson because it was one of the only corporate stores around. Xavier, one of the best sales reps there, helped me out with a phone fix and was able to get me into a new phone with ease. Despite the long time it took to fix my phone, the service techs were helpful in getting me a place to sit down and do work as I am a college student. A highly recommended place and there are some really great guys over there, I dont know why there are some very poor reviews.

This store is horrible went in store two days in tow to upgrade! 1st day I was completely disrespected and treated like trash. I left returning and thinking I got my phone here maybe it’ll be a different crew. It was. At the end of my transaction I’m paying. After swiping manager comes saying payment was done on wrong system and asks me swipe for another 600$. When I stated the transaction was complete and out of my bank manager (John C) was very rude stating it’s pending and will appear back not store fault. So now I still was able get phone and 600$ out until sprint releases it. Smh

Store provided phones, sim cards, and an IPad of inferior quality of which all had to be replaced. The Apple store that I was sent to for so-called repairs asked me not to go back there. Period! The representative from their corporate office that I contacted informed me that I had gaps in my phone service of which I went for days on end not being able to make calls etc. Their excuse time and time again was that it had to do with the towers! I was again informed by the rep at their corporate office that I spoke to that that was a lie, and he was at loss for words why they were too lazy as to not have escalated this issue, and reported it to them as soon as possible! I made sure to inform their female rep at the store, who was nothing short of patronizing and condescending! Ive never gone back there ever again!

I received the worst customer service at this sprint store. I walked in just to get my phone number changed to another phone and was told that the sales lead Dapo had told the young lady who I believe to be named Brianna that I needed to call and get it changed. I refused because I came to the store for them to do it for me. I confronted the sales lead and he claimed to be with a customer, while there was only myself and another man in the store waiting. Not to mention there were seven other employees in the store. All either in the back sitting or watching the football game. Finally the sales lead who claimed to have a customer came to the front and decided to service me. Not once did he apologize for the horrible service. I would not advise anyone to come to this store location. All other sprint locations I have experienced have been great. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had at any store. Stay away from this place if you want good service.

Horrible service. They had a team of what looked like almost 10 people and not one person even acknowledged us. Multiple employs sat around the front desk some were just sitting around on their phones. When we finally were called up they told us that the sprint store that sent us to this location gave us wrong information and they couldnt eveb repair the phone. Overall just horrible service they really were lazy and just over-all unprofessional. I will mever return to this Sprint location.

I was previously with Verizon Wireless but was not too happy with it. (My contract ends next year). I heard Sprint had a promo that if you start a contract with them they will pay your termination fees for Verizon (or any other carrier). Earlier this week, I got my Verizon bill and it stated that the termination fees were not paid for yet. I went into Sprint and was told that I needed to give back my old Verizon phones in order for them to pay out my Verizon contract. I explained that I had asked the rep numerous times when getting my new Sprint phone if I needed to give them my Verizon phone in which she replied no to. I explained that I no longer had the phones because I was told that Sprint didnt need them.I spoke to the manager (Matt) and he was incredibly rude and would not let me finish talking. He told me that his employees were misinformed about the promo and that there was a lot of confusion in it. I told him I should not have to pay my termination fees because HIS employees were misinformed about the promo. He continued to say that he could guarantee that I was offered for Sprint to buy my phones back at the time of purchase. I continued to tell him I was not and he stated that my phone probably wasnt good enough. Long story short, he couldnt do anything for me and he needs to work on his professionalism.Now I am out $300 because they pretty much lied to me. DONT GO THERE. I will be calling corporate to make sure necessary action is taken.

Terrible service. My fiancé and I took a phone to get fixed and they wouldn’t let him in his account and said he wasn’t an authorized user, but he was. The rep, who had a carefree attitude, wouldn’t even look. When we came back the next day to pick up the fixed phone, and the otter box Case was missing. The original clueless rep insisted that she gave it back to us, which they did not. Managers did the run around about following up and checking cameras to see what happened. We went back and the final manager basically made it out to be it wasn’t a big deal because it was an older phone and we should just upgrade and buy a new phone and new case. Worst experience with a Sprint store, or any phone store in general.

There is one customer service rep who is just awful. Today, he actually hung up on me while trying to ask about some lost contacts after switching my phone over. Everyone else is nice and helpful, but after many bad experiences with this guy I just wait to be helped by someone else. Its a shame hes the one who answers the phones and greets you during the day.On the plus side everyone else here has been great. The blond customer service rep, the manager, and techs all took the time to help try and solve my phone problems.

This experience is from last night between hours of 6pm and 8pm.The 3 workers at this time, were terrible and lack integrity and knowledge of sprint policies. Went in to upgrade and was given false information, and the run around. Finally had to go to another sprint store that had the knowledge and knew the company they worked for and got my phone.Ask for manager, and was my request was refused, because he was busy. When I explained they were given out inaccurate information, the lady I was speaking too, said do it online, why bother coming to the store. If I wanted to do it online, or if everybody did it online, guess what, there would be no more stores, and they would not have a job. Just poor customer service and lack of interest and commitment to their jobs. You might want to stay away from this store, and corporate might want to look into the poor quality of working coming out of this store.This website doesnt allow you to leave no stars, but that the worth of my experience with this store, so I had to choose 1.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Sprint as a corporation should be ashamed of the staff at this particular location.Every experience, 6 total has been a waste of time and filled with incompetence!Sales and commission, are the ONLY thing the staff here are enthused to do. Techs are lazy and will tell you your phone has liquid/water damage to avoid work This team of staff members are only there to be on their own phones and blast 92Q radio station and thats about it. This location needs to be trashed, moved to elsewhere and location refreshed! Unfortunately Columbia, Md is the closest to the Towson area, and thats a shame I have been a Sprint customer since 05 but cant expect decent, professional service at the NEAREST location which is the this one !!! Sprint reevaluate your locations ESPECIALLY the TOWSON,MD one!!!!! I wouldnt be surprised if this location is the cause and reason the UPCOMING merge with Tmobile is coming SOON!!!!!

Let me start by saying that if you want an honest review, read this. Not all the other angry people who love to do nothing more than write nasty reviews. Ive been to cell phone joints, from other companies, they are all the devil. You try to get help with tons of other people at the same time, for things that take a long time to fix. I went to this place really nervous because of the horrible ratings. They couldnt be more wrong. Wow.Dont go on Sundays. Dont do anything on Sunday unless you dont mind waiting. The whole working world is going then too. Probably not after work during the week too, lets remember when people go. Try to make the time to go when everyone else is not going. If you cant, expect the wait. And be patient.I went morning at about 10:30. I waited about 5-7 minutes to be called up. Mathew Bauer was the agent who helped me. He gave me all the time in the world. Yes, very long. Long enough that would have made others waiting irritated, but they had so many people working, everyone showed up, did their things, and left.He was kind and helpful. He fixed my issue and helped me with any question I could think of. He was so patient. He wasnt a super bubbly happy guy, but I cant deal with people who have smiles plastered on their faces. Ones who look like their souls are dancing with unicorns. They are awesome as buddies, but as an agent I need someone who is calm and honest and deals with things efficiently.Remember times. That is critical. This place was wonderful. It was clean and neat, just with not many places to sit. If you are looking to chill and hear rushing water with a margarita, go to a beach or spa. If you want to yell and curse and throw things, go to the gym and punch your anger out. You are not going to be welcome there. If you want your phone looked at or a new plan, go there. Smile and be patient and you will get what you need. Im sure of it. Good luck.

If 0.0 was an option for this stores rating that is exactly what I would select. From the moment we walked in the door all we received was attitude. The young female sales associate was sarcastic and rude from beginning to end. Had to drive 40 miles just to be sent packing. Didn’t even look at the phone because we didn’t have insurance. I’ve dealt with rude unprofessional individuals before but this person was disussingly rude and unbelievably unprofessional. I think this centers upper management should hold a staff meeting adjust this employees attitude. I called sprint and made a formal complaint and told them I will never go to that store again. Kudos to the sprint phone tech support, what a pleasure.

Terrible service. I brought phone that wasnt getting 3G/4G. First, they stole my case and SD card. I had to come back another day to get my card back. Second, they wasnt able to fix my phone first time and refused to try to fix it second time. They simply told me to get replacement for $75.... Also, very very very long lines despite the fact that it was my third day to get help. And they were uninterested to keep me as customer, unwilling to help and simply rude. If you need service, go down York road to another great sprint store.

The music was too loud and obnoxious. I was told to wate 5 min. I waited 25 min for the saleman and then when I finally had a chamce to find out the deals for me he said ill be back. I need to find out what we can do in the store. I waited another 15 min and between the loud thumping music and the extensive wait time I left and decided to go to another sprint store. I got two line from the store and got two iPhone. I was with unlimited plan but somehow their internet was too slow for me so I need to switch with other internet providers...but when I switch with others they charge me the canceling fee of 359 dollars . Some of the reps there were just standing around not doing a thing and could have helped some of the customers that were waiting. Horrible management team! I was told that since they could not fix my phone (they actually gave it back to me in worse condition than when I brought it in) I would have to pay $75 for a refurbished one or purchase a new phone. I agreed to pay the $75 even though customer service told me it would be free if I went to the store. As I am about to pay the Store Manager, Matthew Bauer, informed me that it would be $350. I responded by saying that was not the price we agreed on and I was not willing to pay $350 for a refurbished phone. I then mentioned how my phone was no longer in working condition and he said dont try that with me when the evidence was clearly documented and visible. Overall I left very unsatisfied. At the time of my visit another customer was also complaining about the horrible customer service. Moral of the story - I will never go back to that store.

Positive: I got an iPad mini there for $100Negative: I previously went there to get my phone replaced since the reception for some reason has gone bad so I was getting 1 bar instead of 3 bars. They were suppose to get the replacement in yesterday and didnt notify me. So then I called them and they said itll be here in 3 days. Went to this location today to get a issue resolved. The young lady at the front was a big help but manager was RUDE. Matt Bauer is the store manager there and did not help me at all. When i informed him of my consistent issues with this location his reply was why do continue to come back? Why? Because this is the location that is closet to my place of residence and Sprint customer care will not help until you step foot inside of a store. Then this rude guy call the police and said I was using a bunch of profanity and was errate smh. Sprint repair centers went from keeping your phone for 45mins to 3 hours. That is ridiculous. Calvin the manager is awesome he always fix the problem when I have one and all my questions Im so thankful for him but not sure of the young lady with a ball cut she is nasty loud and rude please move her her energy is so negative and she wasnt willing to look into my situation just to tell me she couldnt help me and when I went to Calvin in the same store he went the extra mile something she wasnt willing to do thank u calvin

Awful customer service. After dealing with a bad attitude from the start I asked for a manager, have made several calls to the store. I’m always told the manager is out, and they will call me. No surprise, the manager never calls. I guess this behavior is what sprint experts from its staff.

This is the worse Sprint Store that I have ever visited. First; I went because my phone was turing on and off without any aparent reason. One of the service agents said that my battery was overcharged and ordered another battery for me. I got the battery 2 days later, but the battery wasnt bad. It turned out that my Galaxy SII had a virus and needed to have it replaced. They got it replaced for an out of pocket cost of $53.00. It seems that one of the agents had removed my insurance warrantee without any previous advise. Second; I walked home with a brand new phone, but they did not provided the old card that I had with my phone. I lost over 600 pictures that I had saved in the card. I thought, fine those are only pictures. But the agents never even allow or suggested that I was going to lose all my voice recordings and password stored in the phone. Lastly; the agent asked me; how would you rate our services, satified or very satisfied? and I said satisfied after reapeting the question again he stated, If you dont say that you are very satified it is not acceptable. We need to hear that you are very satified It was late in the evening and I just felt so frustrated about their service, and said, yes very satified and walked out of the store. This if by far the worse service & presure that I have ever from any store including A&TT, Verizon, Cricket or T-Mobile. Very, very, very POOR service!!!
