Very clean and friendly staff. Staff seem to be very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Nice place to go to replace older items or purchase new ones.Not sure if everything is always tested well. Purchased 3 items, neither seemed to work properly. Will return to store to have everything tested. Not good gifts this time. Usually no problems/great prices.My son loves the tees I purchase from there, online or from the store.

I walked in asking for customer service with getting something for a 11 yr old girl. I haven’t been a gamer since I was in my teens. I’m 38 now so I have no idea what to buy. The guy at the counter wouldn’t come from behind and show me around. He was just like I don’t know. I stood there in shock and he just was like I don’t know what to tell you for a girl. It just wasn’t going to help me.He made me feel like the place was only for parents with boys. I’m a single father trying to give my daughter a good Christmas.He could at least walk me over to where I could start looking or gave me some kind of ideas. It’s his job to have a general knowledge or get me someone who can help me.

The employee was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. I didnt like that there appeared to be a service person who hovered around to the register area imposing himself into conversations while customers shopped. Otherwise, the enthusiasm of the employee and his knowledge would be definite reasons to shop there again.

I was looking for a specific POP, and 3 of the workers went through their entire stock just to find it for me. They spent over 15 minutes looking through POPs. Very kind workers. Would definitely go there again

Place gets crowded a lot and the cashier takes awhile to check out my items and theres little space in the store so people are really close to each other in lines

Horrible service, not enough employees in the store, normally one person to wait on 5 plus customers. Clerk tries to up sell every customer who comes in store. My average wait time in line is 20-45 mins. Im changing stores. Worst customer service ever

The woman working was rude and does not belong working in sales or any form of customer service. Just a little advice, do not act inconvenienced having to help customers.

Went in to specifically use my B2G1 code on three games that were listed online and on the shelf at the store, and was told that they didn’t have one of the games and was not offered any solution other than buying some other game. The employee then said nothing while I stood there waiting at the very least for an apology.

I stopped shopping at this gamestop for a while because of the lack of customers service. I returned a year later and the customer service still sucks. I really hate it at this gamestop. I would not recommend this location to anyone except a enemy of mine because its that horrible. It dont matter what time of day it is the customer service sucks.
