Shopping for shoes and when I asked to see a pair they were promptly brought out. Salesperson asked if I wanted to try them in... of course I do so he slowly started lacing them up before calling over another associate to finish the lacing of one shoe. While I put my foot in the one shoe and finished lacing it, the associate was far too busy on his phone to be bothered by thinking I wanted to try on both shoes. I pulled the shoe off said thank you and sales associate was practically relieved that his work was done as I exited store to go buy shoes somewhere else.

Saturday I got my son a pair of sneakers, not knowing that the sneakers were previously WORN. I am writing this review to warn other shoppers to check behind the salesman. Make sure you get what you paid for !PS the manager didn’t believe me at first but I asked him to roll the cameras just so I can get a new pair ! He was helpful in the end .
