They sent the wrong order via door dash. The receipt showed the correct order for the larger item, but that’s not what I received. It was awful and I threw it away. I am calling tomorrow for my money back.

I love the desserts. I always get the Chocolate Devotion in a cup with a water bottle. I have had red velvet cake ice cream and it was good. The brownies are good and chewy. This is the best ice cream shop ever.

I came in and I have an allery to tree nuts. They really took care of me . The young girl was very nice and very attentive. She helped me put the lid on my cup and put it in a bag for me . Their ice creams are really good . A bit pricey. Although very worth it.

Went in to buy an ice cream for my little girl while my sister in law was visiting. The employees (looked like young teens) were all standing there staring and exchanging glances (about 7 or 8 of them) until someone finally decided to ask what I wanted. I was paying with cash and the girl at the cash register looked impatient as I was waiting to find the change. Did not feel welcomed at all, customer service was lacking and if youll be hiring young teens and theyll be dealing with the general public they need training in the way of customer service skills because they were kind of rude. Perhaps you need to close down for sensitivity training like Starbucks.

I like cold stone regardless but the 4 stars are because i wanted a smoothie and wasnt able to get one because i guess the machine was done or something i dont know. Other than that i would have gave all 5 stars

The ice cream should have the treats in them. Cookie dough ice cream with no cookie dough? Not good

Good ice cream. However, young girls with snobby attitudes leave for a bad experience. Also, they did not mix the ice cream like every other Cold Stone I have ever been too, and just put toppings on the top.
