Ordered with door dash and there was a flavor on there that they apparently don’t make anymore (FYI, don’t order the turtle one). So instead of calling to see if I wanted something different they just cancelled that one and refunded it. So two of us got cookie dough and the third person didn’t :/ we felt really bad

Cant lie...Delicious and Expensive BUT... did I say Delicious :) The staff were super friendly too and were obvious fans of the place as well as they talked about all of the flavors, toppings, options, and their favorites! Too funny. Perfect little hole in the wall type of spot that could be a great time with the kids or as an ice breaker for a first date! Super chill! Will definitely be back! May be for the ice breaker lol!

I had a bad week and I just wanted to eat ice cream to cheer me up. This place has one of the best ice creams that I’ve ever had! So tasty!! Very adorable atmosphere! Polite staffs!

Unique and delicious if you have a major sweet tooth

Hands down the best edible cookie dough in Baltimore! There’s so many flavor options as well as an endless amount of toppings. Any kind of sweet you’re craving could be solved here, from ice cream to cinnamon rolls to ice cream sandwiches to cannolis, everything is amazing! The staff is super friendly too and really works with you to get your perfect creation.

This is the best place I’ve ever came to for my sweets needs! The shop is the cutest and the cookie dough and ice cream is amazing! There is a huge menu with a lot of variety to choose from. The staff is always friendly and nice anytime I go! I would definitely recommend this for any of your ice cream and cookie dough needs!!

I loveee holy cow! 10/10 definitely recommend! Theres so many options and the cookie dough flavors are so unique and all delicious. I highly recommend the sugar cookie cookie dough and cotton candy ice cream, but if you are more into chocolate, definitely go for the classic chocolate chunk cookie dough and chocolate brownie ice cream!

I was excited to try this out for the first time. but when it arrived to me one of them looked and had the consistency of sand and the other look like shi# in a cup and the chocolate milk barely tasted like chocolate milk really underwhelmed....

They had amazing ice cream and cookie dough and the store itself is so cute. The menu is extensive so you have tons of options and everyone there is so friendly and helpful! :)

The prices are way too high for the quality and quantity. However the place is definitely lovely to look at, and the customer service was lovely as well. I do not plan to go back.

My bff and I are always at Holy Cow!! My go to is the half and half.. classic chocolate chunk cookie dough and vanilla ice cream :) So so yummy with amazing customer service. You just have to go give them a try! So worth it.

This place is amazing! The cookie dough is delicious and there are endless flavor options to choose from. The staff is also super friendly and willing to help, and the decorations are so cute.

I really hope Holy Cow stays in this space after all the churn in the location. I have had both a sundae and hot chocolate and both were great. The reason I only rate them 3 stars is that the service is terribly slow. A simple hot chocolate can take 10+ minutes and they do everything in the back so you cant even be sure of the status. Since I walk, its not a huge deal, but can be a turn off if youre paying for parking. While you wait, you can look for the hidden moo!

The cookie dough is incredible!!! Try the half and half. It’s a scoop of cookie dough with a scoop of ice cream on top. My favorite is the smores cookie dough with a scoop of Chocolate Brownie Extreme on top!! And they serve 2 pound milkshakes!!!! They had to close because of Covid-19 but Slice NY Pizza in Towson added their items to their dessert menu. You have to try it!!!

I was disappointed to learn the ice cream is actually blue bunny brand and not home made but it was obvious when I tasted it. I thought the prices were too high considering the portion. The other weird thing is your order is made in the back. Most ice cream shops scoop and prepare in front of you. The girl who waited on me was nice enough but Ill keep looking around for decent ice cream.

Its good ice cream but the prices on ice cream are way too high. I could buy 2 -3 containers of blue bunny ice cream for the price of a special sundae there. It is good for special occasions. The cookie dough options are only ok.

Glad they were open late, five of us went for ice cream after 10pm. Service is a little slow. Ice cream was tasty and they had a lot of flavors. I was disappointed because they did not have any sugar free items on the menu and my diabetic friend couldnt order anything. It would have been nice if there was at least one sugar free dessert.

Service was a bit slow, some other patrons waiting as long as 20 minutes when we got there. Ice cream was delicious. Extras were very fun. Prices were a bit higher than similar establishments nearby. Glad to have ice cream in the core of Towson. I hope they get their act together so they can last.

Be forewarned: The $4.50 root beer float consists of a half can of room temperature root beer and a single golf ball sized scoop of ice cream. I’m not exaggerating. I ate it in 2 small bites and then dumped the rest of the room temp root beer out. Took less than 30 seconds. Saw another comment that it comes in a 12oz cup, which explains why there was half a cup of empty space at the top of it. Make it better and worth the money or take if off the menu. My nephew ordered a $6.99 milkshake and didn’t finish it because he said it was more like a chocolate milk drink and less of an ice cream shake.There are pictures on the wall and a video slide show of images of their products which look like very fancy and neat creations made from a DIY food network show, that seems like college kids making art projects from food. Yet a simple 2-ingredient root beer float and milkshake were prepared less than basic. We only stopped because of the convenience of where we were, except that spending nearly $13 for a half can of warm root beer with a small dallop of ice cream and a chocolate milk(shake) was not convenient at all.Friendly, smiling staff doesn’t compensate for inadequate goods.Will not be back.

This place is SO cute, and their cookie dough is absolutely delicious. It is my new favorite dessert place. The birthday cake cookie dough is my absolute favorite, but all of the others I tried are delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

Their cookie dough is good despite not having the biggest selection of things other than chocolate, but their hours are very inconsistent. They announce on social media they have a late night menu launched and they are open from 12-2am from Thurs-Sat, each time I’ve gone, they were closed with no notification or reason. The other time, the staff and owner were inside, lights on, and no sign of them actually cleaning or packing up for closing, then waved me and my boyfriend away rudely! This rude experience and has soured my experience with the store, sadly. I was pretty dedicated before. I’ll be going to the one in the mall from now on.

A sweet treat in the heart of Towson. A great place to just drop in and reward yourself for being such a great person! And when you stop in know that the people behind the counter are just as great as you! PS the root beer float is sin in a 12 oz cup

The cookie dough and ice cream flavor options are endless at this fairly new ice cream/cookie dough shop in Towson. But what really sets them apart are the numerous other options on their menu, from crepes to cinnamon buns, everything is to die for. By far my favorite thing to order is the half and half with Oreo cookie dough and vanilla ice cream! The food is not only amazing but so is the staff!! Every time I’ve been there they have been nothing but friendly and accommodating! This is definitely my new favorite ice cream shop in Towson!

The staff member being overly polite and patient is the only reason any stars are deserved.The place was very cute, but there was a very strong chemical smell, that made us leave immediately and eat out in the cold instead.The prices were too high for the amount and quality of ice cream. I got a simple medium size cookies and cream. The two scoops were very small - considering the price, especially. The ice cream itself was freezer burnt and did not have a good taste at all. My friend ordered both chocolate and rocky road and said the same. I was expecting the quality to be a rich and creamy boutique level ice cream and was quite disappointed.The other thing I ordered was plain churros on their own. I received churros smothered in chocolate and what I assume was a caramel sauce. Since these were for someone else (who hates chocolate), this wasnt noticed until later, so that was a $10 waste. And that is before counting the instant projectile vomit that happened as soon as I took a bite. The churro itself, did not have any flavor, and something in the sauce must have been spoiled.So after reading this, you can imagine how overly kind the employee was to bring this rating up to 2 stars on the worst $22 spent.

You can get a half cookie dough - half ice cream, but the ice cream is all on top. Youve got to eat most of that before you can get to the dough (which is yum, a bit stiff tho). would have preferred side by side in the cup so I could eat them together. Service reasonable, could care less if you came in or not, lol. But hey, its cookie dough, so the pleasure should be all yours lol.

The cookie dough was slimey and warm...it was really disgusting. Not what I expected. Has a weird consistency and is room temperature warm. Was not good at all... the atmosphere was weird, and when i ordered a scoop in a cone they said they couldnt bc it would be messy but there was nothing messy about it ??? I dont understand what the problem was, I think they shorted me or something. Also the we got the special cereal cone and the cereal was stale af. The cookie dough was like warm play-dough. probably will never go there again. Sorry I wanted to like it, but that play-dough cookie dough scarred me and I love cookie dough.

My new favorite ice cream and cookie dough place! The customer service is amazing and Im in love with their massive milkshakes and half and half. Theres so many different and fun options to choose from including their smores cookie dough, birthday cake cookie dough, and nutella swirl icecream. Its super close to Towson university so Ill be making frequent trips here. Looking forward to trying their crepes too! Also, they feature a late night window on some weekends and announce it on their instagram page as well as new flavors they’ve added. Cant wait to try that out!

Since they do not have a website, we trusted Googles hours and that Holy Cow opened at 12 pm. After looking and paying for parking we got there at 12:15 pm and they were closed. No signs were posted on the windows of the store to show their hours of operation. What a waste of time!
