Great place to shop locally if you want to see the product and not wait for it to hopefully arrived. I ordered a MacBook Pro 16 inch on the site and in about an hour it was tasty for pickup. Everyone is friendly and attentive. We do occasionally walk around and ship as well. Most of my impulse buys are from window shopping. When things go on sale, prices are competitive. Plus they price match.

I really wanted to share my experience after meeting a super helpful representative Paul at this location. Bought an open box item TV that came with legs that are both LEFT instead of a pair of LEFT & RIGHT. Paul greeted politely and started to address my issue by looking into spare ones that could match my TV legs. After extensively looking into the store inventory and searching all around and couldnt find one. He decided to exchange the TV with a new one shipped to my place with an in house pickup scheduled. Sincerely appreciate the way he handled my issue and how he carried himself all through this process. Do give Paul a High Five when you visit this store.

Stop number two for a replacement headset after my local Modesto stores inventory proved inaccurate to their handhelds (it happens!).Bathrooms neat and tidy, very well kept. Store was very clean and tidy, easy to find both help and items without issue, making it a breeze to be in and out with minimal time spent and be on schedule for a pickup without issue.Sales was very knowledgeable and helpful, able to answer questions about the warranty and info, and just by doing so ensured i was well informed and purchased the warranty for the new item.

It’s a big store and have enough parking space. Most of the items are available here to pickup same day. Lately some of the deals items are not available at store. Overall a decent BestBuy experience.

Cathy at customer service was great.They have Mario All Stars 3D in stock.Tons of copies. 🥳Funny & friendly. This location is massive. So many TVs. They even have a TV viewing rooms 🤟🏾I recommend Best Buy for any tech shopping.

I had a bad experience with geek squad.I have a fan making a harsh noise on start up and asked if the computer could be cleaned. I was assured my computer would be cleaned and fans would be checked.When I received my PC I was told there was no sound and that my PC had been cleaned.Got home turned on my PC and it made noise immediately, opened it and discovered it remains unclean. I had also asked for suggestions on a new potentially better fan and was told I would have to buy a new case if I planed on getting a better fan.They also forgot to return my PC power cord and I had to return to the store to get it.

Although the store is really small I bought an 85 TV and all I had to do was drive to the warehouse and they loaded it up for me. I knew what I wanted and from the time I walked in the front door until I left was maybe 10 minutes. Great shopping experience!!

Sales people spoke but I had to ask for assistance. There were three sales people conversing near the computers when I arrived. They spoke bat none offered help. Gersail was coming from stock. I stopped her and asked her about a Chromebook. After showing me the computer, she asked how I would use it. She explained that a different computers would provide better service. I was happy to take her suggestion. She was exceptionally helpful.

Very very disappointed. We Have spent many dollars here.. Trying to use the Product warranty Geek Squad that I purchased for almost $300 took about 8 hours from myself on chat and phone. 5 different appts set up. 2 canceled by them with no phone call... my time waiting for their 4 hr appt window meant nothing . Store management is useless!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Very very dissatisfied customer..

Very friendly team members.Nice atmosphere in the store, with almostall areas organized and neat.There was some work being done in the Xbox areas, probably due to the upcoming Xbox Series X and Series S Digital ($299 for the Series S is a great deal considering it has virtually the same architecture as the Series X (minus some memory, no Blu Ray, and the Series S is targeting 1440p instead of 4K).Magnolia still has some fantastic (but pricey) Home Theater components.

I ordered a car stereo online and scheduled the installation. The installation tech was prepared and ready to go when I arrived. He had the stereo installed in 15 minutes just like he said he would. I do not remember his name but he works in the Tracy CA Best Buy. He was great. Thanks.

Poor customer service.😬 I arrived to the store close to 11:15am, as they open at 11am. I was in the store for about 15 minutes and not 1 rep asked if I needed assistance, and there were many of them walking around. I then walked out, and the greeter sitting at the door did say, have a good day!

This past shopping trip I bought the Aural Blue colored Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, and I cant recommend them any higher than You MUST buy them if you love music all day every day. I have recently had two bad experiences with this location. First experience I returned a purchase that was over $400+ and never received my money back. I had to file a dispute with my bank just to try and get my money back after they claimed the item was refunded when it never was funded back into my account. Second experience was recently when I purchased my new Note 20 Ultra and it wasnt turned on at all. After I did my trade in and verified everything I was told I was good to go. They popped in the SIM card and said all I had to do was turn on the phone and I was good to go. But after I left following the setup prompts on the phone it wasnt registering to the network. I had to go around town from Sprint back to another Best Buy for assistance. I was finally able to get my phone working after another hour of resetting and calling to get it manually activated. This experience left me to not be able to return to this location and wish things couldve been different.

Lots off knowledgeable people who are extremely helpful.They also have the best no questions asked return policy...I lost the receipt but because you bought it at the store, they can look it up for you...along with they also email you a copy of it.I was running late for work and my phone was dying...so I didnt have time to order it online.I dropped in, asked a couple questions and... Walked out in 5 min with a portable charger they kept me in the game of life.Thank you to the best buy team for helping me solve my life problem in a hurry.Its truly was the best buy.

You let me down for Christmas I got my wifey a new car stereo system paid for then had to wait 3 day to get it installed, but wait for it then took the car home turn on the stereo two times and the stereo system wouldnt come on I tried calling them but no answer Greek. Was the once,s who installed it so no one wouldnt answer my calls so I took my car back to Tracy B B for Stockton just to be told Im sorry we just dont have a installer here and we cant do anything about it tell January 31 2021 I was so upset with them Ive been riding with no music in our nice chyl 300 so thay still havent call me back to get me in there faster I just want my money back No more of my business sorry you just lose me.

The Geek squad with applecare will only take your money and iphone and leave you phone less .I really didnt know why they trust the Geek squad with there product. Then I talked to Apple on the phone for hours!!.....And there ok with taking your money for bad product. They give no reimbursement you wont get a loaner from the Geek squad. Was there for 2 hours. 30 minutes to just to check out.with 4 people in line behind me .I felt sorry for. Im sure they got the same run around pull your wallet out and pay service I did .Terrible, poor,service dont call us will call you when your cell eventually arrives i guess from the spider verse because they dont say where it really goes ......dont believe this review try me.
