Horrible company, they dont answer the phone or emails. Had our tenant waiting on a part they were suppose to order according to the home warranty and found out it didnt even need a part it needs to be replaced. They tried to get payment from home warranty without even going out to our tenants address. This is the worst appliance company we have ever dealt with and we will never use them again, even if home warranty assigns them we will ask for a new service provider.
I was lucky to be forced to use this co by warranty referral. Heres the deal, this company sent a technician to install a latch and CPU in my dishwasher less than a week ago. Five days later, my dishwasher stops working. So what do you do? Thats correct, I called the co UKH aka California Appliance at 209-830-667 and of course I left a message since nobody answered. So the next thing I did several hours later. Called again and nobody answered. Wow! So if you are considering this co I recommend you sleep on it. BTW I still havent gotten a call back!
Had UKH come outs in August 15, 2018 to repair my Siemens from AHS company. Upon his arrival and look at my Siemens front load washing machine he stated, I do not repair or work on Siemens and to call AHS. He then write down serial number and ask of I paid AHS I said not yet he wrote 75 dollars down on the receipt. I call AHS and found out he lied and told them nothing is wrong with my machine. UKH next time be honest to your customers. I will never ever use you again. And if I can give a 0 I would. And FYI my machine still is not working
This is the first time using this company due to my landlords home warranty & I have to say that I am not impressed one bit!Marilyn (the appointment setter) is very friendly but doesnt quite understand the concept that the technician is assigned to diagnose a repair, order parts, & then go back to complete the repair, all with the clients convenience in mind, not the techs.I dont think she even understands that I am a potential future customer, however, with the way that I have been so inconvenienced & made to feel as though my repair is unimportant because it is a warranty (low pay) repair or I live out of the way or Im the only job her tech has in my area or that her techs phone number is not left for me to contact him if Ive missed his call due to previous problems with other customers abusing his phone number or this or that. She seems to make excuses for her techs unprofessional behavior & is losing potential business over it.This has not been resolved & we are going on 5 months time. Smh!I will NEVER recommend this company. Save yourself the hassle.
