Microsoft Rep Jesse is very knowledgeable. Also I had an issue with a geek squad replacement purchase, as my samsung ulta note 20 512gb was no longer in stock. The manager gave me a 10% discount off my purchase to rectify the situation.Good group of people in this store.

Ordered a Samsung TV in Stockton, and since it wasnt in stock we had to pick it up in Tracy. On the invoice there are no hours specifying a pick up time, so it became a huge inconvenience to find out that everyone would be on lunch from 1200-130pm (got there at 1215).So I left and came back at 130 only to wait another hour for them to call me and pick up my item.This ranks top 3 for my worst retail experiences ever. I guess Wal-Mart is the new go to for electronics now

They made living in Dunigan,fun again!

Delivery and installation team manhandled my water line from my house causing it to leak. My wife is at home with 2 kids and no water until I get home to fix it. The movers also broke the thermometer on my back porch and either where too careless to notice or didnt tell us it fell off the post. My brand new refrigerator is running thanks, but my water is not.Edit: I was able to fix the water leak. Turns out the install tech distorted the 1/4 inch compression fitting, which should have been replaced. Tried to contact the department responsible but I got the run around and put on hold for 1.5 hours. I will never count on best buy to install anything again.

Today, We buy a TV We came and Pick up it at wearhouse in 2300 TRACY Ca when we arrived home we found out the TV was broken, we had to drive back again to the Wearhouse it was so frustrated and make me very upset we call to the customer service they told us to go back to the Wearhouse when we arrive the manager JESSIE give us the worse service ever very unprofessional and like she didn’t care she didn’t do anything just she was keep saying come back Monday I can do anything, it is unacceptable to be tread the way the Mananger JESSIE did.She refuse to give me her full name she doesn’t deserve to be the manager you need to have professional staff
