So took my car to get a plug done to the tire yesterday after they finished I noticed they didn’t put air in my tire but I didn’t say anything I went to a gas station and put air in the reason for the one star is because this morning I go to take my kids to school and same tire that got plugged was flat smh they charged 15 dollars for a plug so I took my car back it says they open at 830 but they don’t so I took my car to the shop across the street and it was only 10 BUCKS!! I more then likely won’t be returning considering they do not have the best deals as they state in their name

Excellent customer service. The staff know their stuff about tires and wheels as well as all other jobs they offer. Prices are reasonable and are competitive with other businesss. They always have my tire sizes in stock even though its quite rare to come across. This is my tire shop for life.

These guys are amazing. They saved me so many times when I needed an inexpensive used tire. I was talking to them about their new tire options and they have it all way cheaper then any of the other places I’ve gone. They found that my rim was cracked and found me a old rim to get me by until I can afford new rims and tires. Definitely give these guys your business.

It was a very bad experience. I did a four-wheel alignment in this store three months ago. However, it didnt work, but it was more serious. Visited again this morning and was told that it is busy now. It takes four oclock in the afternoon to have time to check, but when I patronize again! They said: this is not their problem. Its my car problem. I need to pay $200 to do four wheel alignment again, my goodness. This is my experience

About 2 to 3 weeks ago I had my 10 Prius for alignment in this place.Good thing(s): theyre honest by being straightforward that they only do front-end alignment as opposed to trying to sell all-wheel alignment where in fact they dont have the specific tools to do the rear wheels. They also apparently have appropriate tools indicating that theyre serious in tires maintenance sector. Price is competitive if the service were done right, more of this below.Bad thing(s): either they are not very experienced or the equipments are starting to age, I had to bring in my car 3 times in total because they just couldnt get it right. The first one, the steering was a bit off to the right, then it was more toward the left. From the report printed, it seems that they didnt really care to align it as accurate as possible and just left it there as long as it was still in acceptable range from the factory. I got them to make it as precise as possible during the third return. Although there is no problem with alignment anymore, the steering wheel ends up off to the right.Conclusion: Although they did not charge a premium price tag, it was still somewhat disappointing considering you may get a great result with just visiting a place once if youre willing to pay about $20 to $30 more.

They messed my car up went in for an alignment and tire which I had previously bought from them 4months ago (alignment was done also) they messed with my power steering and the only thing they aligned was their pockets. I do not recommend them whatsoever !! Waste of time and money !! The other tire shop from across the street however I highly recommend they have better service and are honest workers !!! I didn’t want to give them any stars because of the super pathetic service I received.

Would have given 5 stars but was charged a different price then what I was told on the phone only an hour prior to the tow truck dropping my expedition there. Other then that they were awesome. Friendly and polite employees, fast service. They got me back on the road within 15 minutes and they were busy.

Completely unprofessional. I watched their tire tech use the pneumatic impact gun to thread the bolt, in doing so he broke the threads on, not one, but 2 mounting bolts for the tire! He then shaved one and ignored the other. Im a mechanic. I know those threads were perfect before taking it there, not to mention they also installed the wrong size tire, the first visit before destroying the threads. He then had the nerve (the boss) to tell me they were damaged before coming in, when I watched his guy do it. As well as torque the bolts down using the pneumatic impact gun, not the torque wrench. I asked him, how much torque is that gun? Whats my torque spec? He had no idea what torque even meant. I would NOT take your vehicle here, unless you are ok with someone destroying your vehicle, and not being professional and accepting responsibility for their actions. When I told him Im a mechanic and thats why Im covered in oil, he walked away and ignored me.

I had some really nice (expensive) Rays Engineering air caps I went in to get some tires mounted and I thought everything had went good intill a week later I noticed my fancy air caps were replaced with some cheap generics one. My fault for not noticing before driving away I just decided to replace my misplaced air caps and call it a day. About a year later I went in again to get some new tires mounted and exact same thing happened my new Rays Engineering air caps were missing. This time I caught it on time and told the guy working there. His answer I dont what happened with them sorry he then walked away and just left me standing there. I dont recommend Best Deal Tire & Wheel Services these guys are really shady.

I was given the wrong size tire and no one noticed. Luckily I noticed right after when I went to get gas. I went back to the shop, they were closing, and asked me to go back the next day. I said I couldn’t because I was leaving town that evening. The mechanic proceeded to change my tire with the worst attitude that could be given to a costumer. Standard are not even closed to being considered “High”. Never coming back.

Fast,good customer service

Bought brand new tires from them and not even 2 months and 2 tires got big bubbles. Me thinking, ok i bought them brand new should have warranty, the guy never said they didnt have warranty when i bought them. I called and he said to go back and then when i did he said it was not his problem,that the tires didnt have warranty and walked away.
