Poor online scheduling tool. Tried scheduled twice online with different times and the store rejected. Called twice but was put on hold immediately.

Top of the line customer service, not only did they take us in last minute (because we blew a tire during a 15 hour roadtrip) but they also recommended a restaurant for us to pass the time. Very nice staff and excellent service time!! Thank you so much guys!!

Made my appointment for my needed service and as usual they have me in and out within an hour or so. Just enough time to walk down and get a coffee and enjoy being downtown. Staff is very friendly and the recommendations made are honest, so I dont feel taken advantage of being a woman. Pricing is competive to dealerships. Trust me, I call each time to verify. They have beat the price (or been really close) for every service I needed and wont hold my car hostage all day, like the dealership does.

Needed two front tires had an 11 am appointment was told it would be done at 12:30. It was finally finished at 1:40. Also I was charged for valve stem replacement, those were not changed. They couldn’t even put matching valve stem caps on them. Overall the costumers service was terrible. The service writer didn’t go over the inspection list at all. He was only there to collect the money. And no masks! Not one employee in the other vehicles was wearing one. Or out in the service bays either. No quality service here.

They know how to take care of lowered cars with after market camber hardware.

Well run and efficient shop. Art is knowledgeable and helpful. Ive bought nice set of Firestone tires here for my F150 and they had them in stock. Just got a lifetime alignment on my Impala. They were very busy but finished my car quickly. Art offered to email the before/after numbers to me. Great service.

I called in the morning when they first opened and I was extremely understanding about I get it they just open the but being put on hold for almost 6 1/2 minutes without being told anything outside of please hold please hold is just not acceptable if youre having issues with your system let the customer know Id be more than happy to call back in 10 to 20 minutes and when you have all your stuff ready to go

Art, Omar and Danny always provide the best customer service. Because of them I don’t go anywhere else! I love my car and feel safe to take it to the Tracy location because I know they are honest and will not try to incomplete the service. They have always gone above and beyond and listened to my vehicle concerns. They even try to safe me money when I bought all four tires! I always recommend my family, friends and colleagues to go to them because I trust them!!

Fairly new to the area and looking for a good place for auto service. This shop has a crew of hard-working people who get the job done and have not disappointed yet. We have had two vehicles in there and they are each handled with care.

Took very good care of me. I scheduled an appointment one hour away from my phone call and they were able to accommodate my schedule and got me right in when I arrived. Very attentive and thorough with their inspections. I saw them walking customers out to vehicles to show them and explain what was wrong with their cars and everyone around was receiving the upmost respect and best guest service possible. I dont see why this store is not busier than it is because this is a really good team and people need to know these guys are here and will treat you right.

Dont think this place is a Firestone anymore. Place was completely gutted. Looks like they are remodeling under a different brand.Had a funeral to go to and woke up with a flat tire and screw sticking out of it.They patched my tire in under an hour and didnt charge me.I am sure it was a good-will gesture. So dont go there expecting free stuff. But the staff has a good heart and tire seems fine now. Cant complain.They gained a return customer, for sure.

Great service had our radiator diagnosed and ready for replacement in a few hours. Only reason for 3 not 5 stars is because we never received a call to tell us theyd be keeping our car overnight because they didnt finish before closing. We had to call them the next morning and when we got there they couldnt find our paper work or our car keys.They gave us 5% off our bill for the inconvenience. Not sure about returning to the same Firestone again.

Its great when you find a shop and Store Manager like Firestone and Danny Estrada. We originally purchased our Firestone tires on the East Coast during a vacation across the States. On our way back we discovered a issue with the tire. A minor one but still needed attention. After we got back to Tracy we called Firestone and the out us in touch with Danny. After his considerate review of the issue the decission was made to just replace the tire. At no cost to us. Now thats customer care.

My parents live in modesto and went to Tracy to get some medicine at a mexican store thats over there. The got a flat tire being and the closest shop was fire stone. My dad wanted to get the tire patched but they said they couldnt patch the tire,

Im happy that I chose Firestone of Tracy because the level of professionalism and customer service I received was awesome. I dont know much about cars and the technician who worked on my brakes and rotors took the time to show me my original rotors and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Thank you guys!

Rather disappointed. I usually have repairs done at Big-O Tires but I thought I would try Firestone. needed brakes and I was told if it were just pads and resurfacing rotors the price would be under $300. if it was replacement of rotors it would be around $600. I thought great as the last time I had full brakes done at Big-O it was $750. when I got the full quote it was $900. I was shocked. I asked I thought it would be $600? he said that was per axle. I said I didnt remember at all you saying that. I had to get the work done and I said go ahead. when I get my vehicle back it make a clunking sound when I pressed on the brakes. I took it back to them and it took another day for them to resurface one of the new rotors. it still clunks a little bit but at this point Im done with dealing with them. make sure you get quotes in writing. seems a bit misleading. not good.

I have no idea what this store would do without Danny, everytime my husband and I need our vehicles fixed last minute he never disappoints.

Had some problems but manager took care of mistakes and called out the people that made them. I am happy this location finally has management that is paying attention and handling their people. I am going to continue going here but pay attention to detail and ask questions.

I have been to this location probably 3 or 4 times since moving to Tracy. The guys in the front are always kind and knowledgeable. I’ll continue to choose Firestone for their awesome customer service!

Dave was able to get me back on the road after experiencing a flat tire. Brought my car in yesterday towards the end of business and he had me out on the road within the hour......

Recently moved to Manteca from the Bay Area,during our move wife noticed steering wheel shaking,so called Firestone in Tracy to see if they could check out the vibration dropped off to let them fit in their schedule they called back couple hours later was done and car ready for pickup.Very thorough and courteous staff,will be coming back here in the future.

My experience with Firestone on my last visit was excellent. At the time I was recovering from an injury from work where I fell and tore a muscle. The Firestone worker who helped me was very professional and took care of my needs from beginning to end. I actually felt like I was being pampered the whole time while visiting. I will always visit this particular Firestone if I have to drive for miles.

Danny and Omar were super helpful and knowledgeable when we took my moms car in. Definitely will return for future repairs!

I wish I could put zero stars on this place. Always waiting almost an hour just to actually talk about whats wrong with my car. I took my car here three times and each time I had a new problem with it. I have a warranty and something was wrong with my AC and the AC is covered under the warranty. The guy from Firestone never called my warranty insurance provider and tried to charge me $700-$800 out of pocket because he did not want to wait on the phone to respond. I called the insurance and they said they never got a call from Firestone. I had to spend almost an hour and a half trying to have the guy from Firestone to actually stay on the phone long enough to talk to the insurance provider. Even after all of this, my AC still does not work and the car has more issues. I put down a $100 deductible for nothing, and Firestone made $700-$800 off my insurance company. Never ever go here. They have terrible service and terrible mechanics. Just terrible.

Danny & Omar Took care of me in a pinch, was able to get me in and out while still tending to his appointment customers in a reasonable time... this is one of the few Friendly & Knowledgeable Crews around!

They have a VERY hard time doing alignments on old cars... or they dont care too much..they seem to have no problem with my newer cars. If your car battery is almost brand new they will probably write it up as weak and give you a quote for $150 battery. The waiting area is clean........ UPDATE....... 150 miles on my alignment and the care drove terrible and ruined an almost new set of tires. After 2 more alignments and 2 more tires ruined. They gave me my money back and left my car so out of spec it could barely make it the 2miles home.... all my suspension and steering components are new. They had no recommendations just a B.S. excuse that my car is too old for them to do. Its a 1974...

Bad experience. After job was done noticed grease all over carpet and door panel on my car. Asked them to clean it but didnt come out all the way. Was not really happy.

My boyfriend been going to this place for years and I’m not sure why. I had put tires on my GMC Denali and ever since my steering wheel has been shaking. I’ve taken it in for alignment and balancing four times in the past year as I have paid for the lifetime on the alignment. Every time I get my car back it’s worse. I also called to get a quote for my brothers car and they gave me a quote and took my phone number to save the quote. When I called back to go with this company for the tires they lied and said they quoted me a different tire and ask I told them I have it written down and the man was lying so I hung up and went with American tires. Even tho they may be a little more pricey always remember you get what you pay for.

Stopped there once when I needed something for my 2013 Ford Edge, this was before I bought a new 4Runner and began living in 2037. That being said, as many others in countless reviews (all over the place) the service was rude, questionable and marginal at best. They OVER quoted by a long shot, than proceeded to try & convince me that the (in my opinion) rip-off they were offering was a “good deal.” In addition they tried a quite obvious bait & switch. They offered one timeline for the repair & then tried to hook me with a shorter timeline... While still not changing the absurd price.Lastly - I became compelled to write a review after the shadiness there was confirmed (as far as I’m concerned.) A friend took his newer Corvette there this past week (for tires). They “lost” or misplaced (read: likely stole) the red caliper covers for his brakes.Of course they denied it - but my own experience and that of a friend, coupled with countless poor reviews leads me to believe something strange is going on there** benefit of doubt - perhaps they truly “lost” the caliper covers. At least admit your error and make right with the customer; yet as I also experienced, this location is NOT in the business of good customer service - just in my opinion.

They work hard and are very polite.

Left tire sealant all over my rims, even after I told them about it and they didnt even offer to clean it up. They put those clip on weights on my rims which scratches rims, and they put them on the outside where its visible and tacky looking, instead of on the inside or using glue on weights, like you are supposed to do with fancy rims. Total hack job. Also, my hood doesnt close now after they worked on my car, and all I got were new tires and an alignment. They failed to acknowledge any of it and told me that it was not their problem. No wonder my whole family goes to the Cox Brothers Firestone instead... also they dont offer military/veteran discount.

Installed 4 new tires and have been coming in for rotation and alignment as needed. Showed up without an appt. In and out in less than an hour.

Great place had my front end alignment done there after I lowered my 2015 corolla.they had to put in camber bolts in which I provided.got it in and out 1hr sooner then they said it should be done.

These guys put in time to assist me on saving money. They mentioned and offered all their deals available. My advise is, call ahead for appointment.

Good tire got 3 set of tire for my cars

This place will rob you if youre not careful. They try to tell me they had to change my master cylinder both my rear wheel cylinder and change both sets of brake pads plus give me a brake flesh. They were going to charge me around $850. They got all that from one of my rear wheel cylinder that went bad and was leaking break fluid.I fix the rear wheel cylinder and did a deep clean to the drum cost my less then $50 and took me not even a hour to do. now my brake seem to be working just fine.The only thing they did nice was take a look at it and help me narrow the problem that was wrong with my truck for free.

The guy who helped us was not very friendly and kept trying to get us to buy more than we wanted.

Showed up at 3:45 waited for 10 minutes before someone would even help me just to be told that they will not take me in for an oil change because they close at 5pm!! After 2hrs of waiting, they havent even pull my truck in and was told that my truck wont be ready for another 3hrs. This is total BS so I left. First and last time I will be there!

Horrible, I had a 10 am oil change appointment called 3 times, by 6 pm I finally got my car back with no oil change they said they were sorry they ran out of time.

Only place in Tracy that can actually do an alignment on all my euro cars...
