Best experience ever getting my oil changed. Most friendly staff I’ve ever come across and thorough. Would definitely recommend them.I felt like they really appreciated my business

Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly and very professional. They came out to greet me before I even parked. If there is a car in front of you, they actually give you an estimate wait time without you even asking. I waited about 10 min which was no big deal, and I appreciate the heads up in case I was in a hurry. They were very courteous and offered to let me sit in the waiting area but I decided to sit in my car and take a nap. I feel so bad for not catching their names because they seriously deserve to be recognized. This is my 2nd visit and I have to admit, the price for a synthetic oil change is steep. But if you provide an email address, you can get a coupon for your next oil change which helps to offset the price. That makes it comparable to the dealership pricing, where I usually take my car, but without having the wait time. Just from my last 2 visits, Im so far convinced this is where Ill be taking my car for oil changes from now on and possibly other auto care if needed.I also wanted to add. During my first ever visit, my tires were not inflated to the right pressure. Right as a drove off my indicator light for my tires started flashing. I drove back in and talked to the technician and he said, hes not sure what happened but he did inflate them to the right PSI. And to be honest, I wasnt watching what they were doing exactly, but I believed him. He said he will do it again but the look on his face was like he totally messed up. He kept apologizing and had genuine regret as if he failed at providing the full service. I seriously didnt mind because all I did was drive out and drive back in, basically did a 360 since they were not busy. The level of customer service provided here is unmatched. I submitted this review then came back to edit, because I didnt forget that experience. Theyre raising the bar over here.

I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the reception lobby and shop area. It was clean, inviting, and organized. I was greeted by David who immediately impressed me with his professionalism and sincerity. I asked how long it would be to get an oil change and tires rotated and he said it would be 30-35 minutes which it was! David was very personable which is rare to find these days. I have been to other Jiffy Lube locations but this is by far leaps ahead of any experience I have had. I will be using this as my go to for all my maintenance needs! Great job team!

As a first time customer to ever even change my oil on my own I can honestly say that the customer service here is really THE BEST especially Robert! He made the experience feel very relaxed and all the recommendations he offered were very helpful. I will definitely be doing all my future services with this specific location!!!

Brought my car in and I received prompt and polite service. After I got home I questioned if my tires had been rotated…..because it seemed as though my missing hub cap tire didn’t move.I called the shop and the employee answers me and suggested I speak with the manager.The manger handled the call with ease. After acknowledging my concern he assured me how and who the work was done by. Thank you for listening to my concern and addressing it promptly.

This was at the Grantline location right in front of Costco. I have never been treated so well during an oil change!!! Everyone was really nice and had a sunny disposition. I was given all sorts of attention to detail! I will go here every time if this is the way it goes! Thank you to all the employees! You are all wonderful!!

Went on Saturday late morning. Was immediately helped. Kayleigh helped me decide and explained synthetic oil etc to me.Was told about 45 minutes. Came back in about 35 and my car was done.No pushy upsales. Didnt wait around all day.Cost was reasonable and competitive.And the gentleman I forget his name.. who checked me out sealed the deal. So kind, helpful and just nice to be treated like they want my business! When I get great service I like to tell the business, its appreciated!!I really appreciated the whole experience!Never going back to my dealership again.. horrible there anyways for lots of reasons. Jiffy Lube off Grant Line Rd by Walmart/Costco did a great job of getting us in and out within 45 mins for an oil change on my husbands truck. Sean was especially friendly and informative. Highly recommend them for your auto/truck needs.

As soon as I pulled out of the bay my car started to vibrate and almost shut off. The check engine light came on also. I showed it to the repair person that did my oil change and he stated I needed to have it looked at by the car maintenance department. They don’t do check engine lights. I explained that it just came on and the car is vibrating, they just shrugged their shoulders. Never going back to jiffy lube ever again. Car is being fixed at the dealership.

With 5 cars in line I was still able to get an oil change and tires rotated in an hour. Sean was great with his customers and set a great example for someone he was training.

Was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Everything was explained well and I was giving choices/options to figure out what was best for my car and needs that day. Excellent customer service from David. Just moved to the area and this will now be where I go for all of my oil changes!

Very quick, honest, and helped inform me of some balding tires that I had not noticed. Have me information on where I could go to get new tires and alignment.

The A/c compressor was not working. Instead of replacing the entire compressor, they found that the power to the compressor was not coming and just replaced the fuse for it. Now my a/c works . I appreciate their honesty on pinpointing the exact needed stuff rather than doing deliberate expensive repairs. The fuse was just $15 . Thanks.

For the convenience its OK. not impressed with the price at all. folks make an appointment with one of your local Firestone Goodyear or other types of oil service centers and get your service work done there. This place, like all of them like it, are just way too expensive. over a $100 for full synthetic in a small little vehicle.

David was very polite and professional. The team inspected my car, topped off my fluid at no charge, and advised of any concerns without pushing for sales.

You Call to see if they have any time to change the oil for a vehicle.and the Employee/Kid beats around the bush for 5 minutes and then tell you well there is a wait but by the time you get here we Cant. Really.. Its a Simple Yes or No.

Since being in California, I have come to this location twice and each time the service was excellent. The staff communicates with each other and each service member is respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 minutes at this location and I’m extremely satisfied with the service and work performed on my car. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube specifically to anyone in the area and I know they will not be disappointed. Prices seem very fair and often times coupons or promo codes are available!

My car is an old 2003 Saturn ION and I regularly take it here for oil changes, fluid changes, and checking my tires. These guys are quick, professional, and get the job done right. They are also very thorough in checking my vehicle and making sure that Im aware of any fixes that I need to make.The costs can be a little pricey, but, they frequently have sales on services which makes it worthwhile.Right now, my focus has been on keeping my old car running as long as I can and the guys and gals at Jiffy make it easy to do. I hope they read this because I highly recommend them and thank them for helping me take care of my old hunk of junk! 🙂

Such an amazing experience! The customer service is unmatched! I was in & out in about 30 minutes, they informed me of any new tune up’s that needed to be done in my car, held the door open for me, topped off my fluids, & even washed my windows! I even used a coupon that I found online.

The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about every question I had. They explained every detail of what service I was getting, what was recommended on my car, and what they suggest, along with things that’ll be coming up, To do for my car!! Had a great experience at JL in Tracy CA today. Took my 2017 Ford F-350 in for full synthetic oil change. The gentleman helping me gave me a 20% discount on my final bill, which I had trouble paying. Someone from management happen to be there when I had the NSF trouble with my bank card. He allowed my wife to call the store and pay over the phone with another card. Thanks guys!

My husband had already been a customer and recommended this location for my oil change and other issues I was experiencing. Honest! Customer service is excellent. Great oil changes. Not crooks either like the other guys down the street who make you think your car is about to blow up if you dont do their recommendations. However, they do have their television in the waiting area up extremely loud. I couldnt hear my own music playing in my headphones. Plus I wasnt able to even read my book as it was way too distracting being so loud.

This team does a great job from start to finish. Every experience I’ve had here has been great and they exceed all expectations of getting work done on your car. Personable, friendly, professional to say the least. I’ve been getting my oil changed on both my vehicles here for a year and it feels like I’m visiting a friends house at this point. Not the Jiffy Lube of the 90s! It is an experience, rather than just a service. Hyper-professional. Like arriving at a 4 star hotel. All fees and charges explained clearly up-front. No pressure. Executive-like lounge atmosphere.Jiffy must have gotten a new CEO who fully understands its about the customer, not the sale.I can change my own oil.The about-face of the decade award goes to Jiffy Lube.

Jiffy Lube trains their employees right, and you get treated with consistent service every time. They are always up-front about what theyre going to do, and dont pressure you.

First experience here. Pleased with the friendly staff and the quick oil change. Modern/digital check in. The inside waiting area is nice, wifi, coffee and water available. Other services were offered, but staff wasnt pushy at all. Nice perk they vacuum your car and clean your windows. Ill definitely visit when Im due again.

I told them to check brake pads (it’s under warranty)before give it for servicing but they are not done and they asked me to come again for to check brake inpection not sure they understand peoples priority/timings

Fast service, I had a coupon the 1st time I went. I was told a synthetic oil change $100 without coupon the next time I went back. Informed employee that Id just head back to the Toyota dealership & save 40%. And thats what I did. Probably wont return without a coupon.

Just drove up and they were easy and quick to do my oil change and assess my car. Employees seemed to be enjoying thier job and the process was speedy. Moreover stay away from Midas across the street to many hidden cost and deceptive tactics.
