Tried to charge me $24 a tire to mount and balance new tires….. and I’m a repeat customer! Shop has become trash! I’d trust Walmart techs with my car before Big O…. Thieves!

Came here thinking I only had a nail in my tire because I had a slow leak the past couple of days. Turns out my rim was cracked and it needed to be fixed. I ended up having to go back to the the stock ones but found out they where cracked and werent safe to be on the road. So they helped me get financed and got me all brand new tires all around. Now if that aint great customer service I dont know what is. Very professional and they take pride in helping you out. Definitely recommend this place for your tire needs.

Perry was so kind and courteous. I just came from les scwab tire where they were scaring me in buying all 3 tires after puting1 new tire. Les schwab was claiming because my car was AWD it needed all new tires. My car is not AWD. Perry and Noman at Big O Tires calmly explained the tires had about few more thousand and confirmed it was not AWD. I was so pleased that big o tires was honest and didnt pressure me into buying anything. I did get the rest 3 tires from them because they were nice and honest. I am going to bring all 6 of my cars here.

I’m not very educated on tires; however, after leaving the shop, I wasn’t left with any doubt about the quality of the final product. I went looking for 4 new horse-trailer tires and 3 new tires for the truck. Now, Ive been to a tire shop where the wait was 3 or 4 hours just for 4 new truck tires. That was definitely nothing new to me and definitely nothing special. In the time it would take those fellows to finish putting on one tire, the good people at Big O Tires would have had all four taken care of… twice. Big O Tires had everything completed within an hour. I asked other shops before choosing this one about their prices, and one place was going to charge me double the amount! Unlike them, the guys at the shop didn’t just find me the best deal; they found me the best quality. If I ever have any tire problems, I will be sure to visit Donnie at Big O Tires. They might be Big O Tires, but they sure do leave a big o’ impression!

It was 5pm and I had a flat tire to be fixed. I had my spare on my car already. The lady behind the counter said they did not have the time to fix it that day come back tomorrow. I am traveling in an RV and was on my way to LA. She did not even look at me when she told me. Bad service.

Terry the assistant manager at this location is the epitome of great customer service. You can tell hes a good person at heart. Its rare to have this type of customer service these days. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Terry!

I came hear the second time, for them to check out my brakes,they did nothing my car is still the same the way i took it to them,especially when they see you are a lady they take advantage of charging you extra,because they feel you don’t really now much about it,after giving you the quote at the beginning they add extra 100 or 120 to your charges,finally the girl in the reception is so rude.wont come back here .

AVOID this place if you have a lowered vehicle or if youre a female. Tried to charge me 150 for a wheel alignment on a lowered car. (Coilovers I can raise in 10 minutes) Thats absurd. I have never paid extra.

I went here because Americas tires had stripped the threading on my lugnuts a good 20 times on my last vehicle (not an exaggeration, literally 20+ times). There was no wait and they ended up replacing a valve for free and having me back on the road in 20 minutes. (Ive waited 4+ hours to get my vehicle back from Americas tires before despite making an appointment). I came back a week later because I had gotten a nail in my tire and they patched it and rotated my tires and had me ready to go in about 45 minutes (again without an appointment). Will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to them if I have any tire issues in the future.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Picked up a nail when I stopped to get gas on a road trip to see my kids after Christmas. I came in, I got great service and some brand new tires, in-and-out, it was amazing

My mom came here and wanted to change out all 4 tires for some brand new ones, a brake change too. Seems easy enough for a mechanic to do right? My mom comes home and I hear a high pitched screeching noise around the front two tires. We called them and they basically admitted that the mechanic did a bad job on the replacement. My mom paid $1100 and now it’s non refundable according to them.If I wanted to do a bad job replacing my moms tires, I would have just done it for free. Instead we pad a mechanic to do a poor job and now we have to look somewhere else that will hopefully do a much better job than this place. Truly a waste of time and money.

Got me a hard to find set of 275x35x19s from their supplier and had me out the door same day. And for a pretty good price too. Staff was helpful and trustworthy.They were going to charge me to cut off my wheel locks but then found my key and didnt even though I already authorized it. A shady shop would have done it anyway but they did the right thing.Id recommend these guys.

It has been my second time going to this establishment and I still received an inadequate amount of service. They charged me for a diagnosis that didn’t show anything wrong with my car. They showed a lack of knowledge and could not figure out what was wrong with my car.

This is a great hometown shop.. I know its a big name but these guys are locals. Perry is always good about the work and the prices!! Ive been taking my vehicles there for 7yrs now and Ive never had a problem. Ive shopped around for complete shock, ball joint, control arm, and tires redo on my suburban that had 250,000 miles. I wanted the best price and the best warranties on the work because it was a lot of money.. not only did they have the best products and warranties but they beat the closest competitor by $100... I love these guys and they always stand behind their customers

This is a wonderful business with fantastic service. Im not very knowledgeable on cars or auto repair, and so when I was kept informed with the checks they were running and given quick, no hassle service, it felt extremely refreshing and was clearly a notch above other auto repair shops that I have visited. Highly recommend!

Went to big o tires Tracy to get work done on my car. The staff was very professional and courteous in helping me get my brakes, oil and tires changed. They gave me a very good price for everything so it was easy for me to get everything done at one shop. Ian and Noman were very friendly and kept me updated all throughout while my car was in the shop. After my first visit I’ve been to big o tires Tracy twice because of quick and good service. Will return in the future

Conveniently open on memorial day which was nice but their protection policy could be better. Perry helped us and worked through it with us. overall decent experience. Learned a thing about Beta Max from Perry which was entertaining and informative.

These guys are amazing. They got be in and out so fast. They made sure I was taken care of. Customer service was great even though i did not have an appointment. Perry and Noman are awesome and sincere.

Mechanics are not licensed..They tell you they fixed something and few weeks later, the same problem occurres .. I called the cops on them 11/22/2020 and the cops ask me to take them to court ..I do not recommend you bring your car here.

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer support I received over the phone and also in person!I am usually skeptical about the integrity of auto repair shops, but Justin assured me of all doubts when he educated me on the various mechanical options that were available to me, and he did it without adding scare tactics to pressure me into purchasing additional services.Additionally, one of the guys came into the waiting area from the garage to make sure the customers were comfortable and made sure the air conditioner was working properly!

Brought tires to get balanced and they left 20+ weights on my wheels stacked 3 high and when I brought them back they tried to tell me my brand new wheels were bent. Took them to America’s tire and they charged me only 10 dollars to rebalance them the correct way.

We were recently in the Big O Tires shop. Justin was a great help to us. We bought a used car (next door) and Justin was very thourogh in making sure the car was safe for our daughter. We appreciate the great customer service he provided. Thank you Justin!!

I went in on Tuesday & the front desk man was so helpful with getting my inspection processed . I didn’t see name tags on them but the indian employee went above & beyond . Out of his own courtesy notified me of nails that were in my tires & even circled them with chalk so I can fix it at home . Always come here because of their great service .

Singh, Ian, Perry and the guys have taken care of my daughters and my cars for 12 years. Not having guys around for many of those years, we have counted on our guys at Big O to take care of us. No matter what time, what problem or what needs to be done these guys go above and beyond. They are fair, never overcharge, totally honest and I am so thankful for them. Oh, and they love my cookies.

I brought in my car to get a coolant leak and engine leak check. Over the course of a couple of days, we were helped in very kind fashion. Noman was very straightforward and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Super nice guys, we were traveling from Santa Cruz to placerville and I had forgotten my dogs leash.since we had to wait about an hour to get a new tire I needed a leash. One of the guys( I believe a manager or supervisor maybe) but if he reads this he knows who he is. Well he made me a leash out of twine and tape, it had a handle too!

I have never had such poor service. They have my car jacked up in the parking lot to change a flat. The place inside is filthy, and I will never come to this store again. Oh! They also can’t find the ignition key I left with them.

The guys here are amazing, so nice and honestly friendly folks.My tire light came on due to cold weather and they quickly checked all of my tires and put air in the ones that needed it . Except it was the very end of the day when I scrambled in, and they were nice enough to act like my keeping them there no big thing.

I see that there is several positive reviews for this store but I had a bad experience with them. On June 30th I went to get an estimate for some tires LT255/75R17/C Goodrich mud terrain and I was give an estimate of $268 per tire but because I was a good customer they were going to sell them to me for $250 each. So I asked an employee named Perry was the tire was expensive because 2 years ago I bought them for $186 and he just said the price of the tires went up. I made an appointment the next day to have my tires replaced. And when I got home I went onto their website and saw that the tires were $172.98 and I called them and I told them and they told me that the price they had online was wrong. I dont know if that day they felt like ripping off people but I had that bad experience with them. So beware.

Really disappointed with my visit. I went for a simple tire rotation. I got a call saying tires where almost done but they wanted to let me knowy cabin filter was really dirty and for $36 they would replace it. I said sure go ahead. 20 mins later I walk back thinking my car would be ready. 1 1/2 hour later I was rang up for filter. My total was $90 and I was very confused. Guys told me they replaced 2 filters all of a sudden... I didnt agree to the second that was $45! Best part was when I got my car back with black greese ALL OVER, big boot print rubbed into my carpet after I just cleaned my car. 2015 hyundai kept clean! I added the pics to my yelp.. worse day off!

Noman was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions we had about our service done and needed. Only 3 stars because when we received our truck back, the mechanics didnt bother to take the mat paper and plastic out and were left to clean up afterwards when we got home. Were still feeling this place out but hopefully this could be our go to.

Just spent also 900 on my tires and got a flat just tp be told i needed to replace ot for another 65 bucks. so i dont know if the warranty is worth it. I should have shopped around for that price. Also the service isnt that great.

Friendly guys, honest practice. And unlike many other tire places Ive seen in this town, they actually use a torque wrench! This town has an epidemic of mechanics who dont, and they think its ok too! Its not ok. Under/over torquing comes with a variety of possible issues, ranging from minor, to expensive or annoying replacements. As a former mechanic for many years, it makes me happy to see people use a torque wrench properly.

Today my parents and I were coming home from Livermore in terrible traffic after checking their cattle on a hot and miserable day. I had clunked my head hard on a pipe and we were all miserable. My mom had been ignoring a very noisy and shaky tire on their truck. Just as we hit Tracy, the tire separated. We drove the truck 2 miles as it shook to Big O. I could not have asked for a better experience at the end of a terrible day. My dad is 78 and has had 2 strokes and has a terrible time walking. A lady there with blonde hair took him under her wing and pulled a nice chair up for him so he did not have to walk. They put our spare tire on for free and this wonderful lady actually helped lift my dad into the truck and told him to take care. She even squeezed my mom on the shoulder and told her to take care also. She was so polite and sweet and went the extra mile. I just wanted to say thank you and leave a good review. It meant a lot to me to see that when I was too tired and head klonked to help a lot. Thank you so much!

Been almost 2 months since I took my truck here, and I am STILL trying to close my case open with them. They claim to want to close this matter, but fail to get back to me promptly. It took them a month to even respond to my repeated emails. This place is HORRIBLE! Please, dont take your cars here. You will wind up with more trouble than when you went in...went in to have my brakes bled, ended up 4 days later with my brake line snapped and truck on fire. They ofcourse say its not their fault. Ridiculous. NEVER GO HERE

Which meant take it off and put it in water to see if there are any bubbles. Charged me $35 for not finding anything wrong with my tire!! FK THIEVES!!!!!! Hope this place closes down!!!!!

Hello,I have been a Big-O_tires customer since 2002. I visited this store on 08/12/2017. It is under new management of Haji Arif.The service provided this time was EXCELLENT+ or I must say A++. There is a significant difference in service and cooperation, since last time. Every customer is being treated like a V.I.P. The management and sales persons helped me to choose the BEST available tires for my CR-V. There was no waiting time. Sales person named Asad completed the paperwork in no time and also provided ride back home. In 3 hours my car was ready with new tires, alignment and oil change. That was a Big PLUS which saved a lot of time and provided me the opportunity to utilize the weekend the best way possible. I purchased all nee tires from the store in Tracy. A week later, i have a flat tire, they said it was the seal, another tire, anither flat, an again. all the seal. then I get a blow out, an they want to charge me 125 for a new tire. they were brand new. Worst Customer service ever!!!!never go there.

This place is a joke!!!..i drove my car in and i nearly had to tow it out!!...all i wanted was a oil change!!..my car is well kept nice try trying to convince me i need things i didnt need done to my car!!!...aside if that man this is the longest wait time of my life!! 3 hours are you kidding me!!!..oh yeah they are qiuck to greet you and try to selk you things you dont need but once the greet us over you dont exist!! I was in town for a job interview when my car started having issues. After I pulled over and checked it out, it was apparent that I had a single ball joint on the drivers side front of the vehicle that was malfunctioning and needed replaced. I stopped at a shop that recommended this Big-O tires location because I have a lot of respect for those guys. So I headed over to see what they could do for me. Their demeanor was good, and their knowledge was good as well. Even though I only needed one ball joint to get home, and told the manager of the place that I usually did most of my work myself, I agreed to have the upper and lower ball joints done on both sides because not doing so would have meant that I needed to have the front end aligned twice. I was quoted $149.99 for upper control arms, which is exactly what the cost of genuine Honda parts cost when you get a discount. I wrongfully assumed that they would be Honda parts at that point. Bad on me. I called the next day to inquire as to what kinds of parts they were using, and was told that they were top quality IPC parts that came with a warranty. Here is my gripe. I ran the part #s after the work was complete, and they sold me OReillys auto parts IPC aftermarket parts that cost $72 for a whopping $150. That is over 100% markup on those parts. Also, the lower ball joints I looked up (by manufacturer and part #), and they cost $45 at OReillys, and they charged me $70 - again, a 65% markup on those parts. Typical industry markup on parts is at or under 10%, only to cover the cost of the business acquiring the parts (ordering, delivering, pickup, etc). This was absolutely criminal to mark up those parts this much. Needless to say, I will not be telling people that I have a lot of respect for those guys. If you go here, look over the details very carefully and do research before agreeing to anything. Because I was from out of town and was more or less stranded with a broken car - I have a feeling that I was in a vulnerable position and they took advantage. Not very respect worthy if you ask me. Go somewhere else.

Stepdad went to get news tires on his truck and told them he wants to keep 3 of the tires because there was still a lot of tread left. They kept the tires anyways AND charged him to keep them, a recycling fee, despite him telling them beforegand that he wanted to keep them.
