The associates were both very helpful and courteous. The batteries I needed were for a power wheelchair and had to be ordered. The associate told me it could take a while to get the specific batteries I wanted and offered to find a substitute so I wouldnt have to wait. I was OK with waiting and she actually managed to get me the batteries I wanted pretty quickly. I was impressed with the excellent service I got.

Ok, this place has every bulb or battery you need. Gregory & Damien are so friendly & helpful. I needed exterior bulbs for my home. I had no idea what to get, these guys did. They didnt just send me to find them,they took me to the bulbs, explained what I might require so it was easy. I made a 2nd trip the same day as I was so satisfied my first visit. Again, Damien & Gregory were welcoming, knowlegable about their merchandise & very efficient with customer service. The store is kept very clean inside & outside & is very organized & well stocked. I will definitely be back as I am very comfortable shopping here for all bulbs & batteries.

I like that its easy to get to, easy to find what is needed and theres a wide range of options. The battery for my car was less expensive than other places and included installation. What a deal! I was able to shop and order on line, and pick up quickly and easily. Very efficient and convenient.

Convenient to schedule appointment and acceptable wait time. The only problem is there was no seat or bench to sit at and had to sit outside at the parking curb as its hot inside the car. It would be nice to have a sitting area. Maybe because of the safe distancing to keep safe distance from other customers but there was hardly anyone in the store. Please place a temporary bench for customers waiting

The service is great and we always find what we need here. Most recently, I scheduled a same day appointment online and they replaced my phone battery in about half an hour for a very reasonable price.

The best for any battery; car, electronics of any kind, bulbs etc. You will be surprise at what they carry, they will put the battery in for no additional fee. Service reps are diligent and helpful.

I purchased a battery for my car online and later found out that I could have it installed by Batteries+Bulbs. Upon arrival I was greeted by the customer service rep, Roberta who was friendly and very helpful. The technician who installed the battery, I believe his name was Austin. He was quick and efficient. Nice store. Customer service 101 is very basic. When my item was repaired, I said, thank you. And, the rep, no eye contact looking down says, un hun. I just looked, smiled to myself and walked out of the store.😬

Store is ok.but the employees not everyone is doing the job.

I had to go to both locations, and didnt mind one bit. I made a fatal error with my key and they able to fix it without any trouble whatsoever. Roberta in the Tracy location was extremely friendly and eager to get me in and out with my needs met.

Extremely professional and friendly service. I was shown and purchased the batteries I needed for my nest smoke alarm. The sales person also took my old batteries and properly disposed of them. Its nice not throwing a lithium battery in the trash so it wont wind up in the land fill.

I’m very satisfied with the experience I had with batteries + I wanted to change battery on my iPhone7+ the first new battery was defective and the changed another one for free.

I got a great price on a new upgraded car battery (and 10% discount for buying online and picking up at the store.) They are located near an oil change shop so I was able to take my new battery there for installation - Batteries Plus Bulbs would have installed it free, but my car has the battery in a difficult to access spot so I had the mechanics do it instead.

Oh this place I enjoy because they get your items that are hard to find or no longer on sale at other stores the young lady that helped me the that particular day very friendly very helpful it was an enjoyable moments having to purchase battery there.

Owner of this particular store refuses to take fluorescent tubes for recycling, despite advertising it on the website. Also won’t take batteries unless you buy 1 for 1. Disappointing..

I was looking for a small 40 watt light bulb that burned out in the exhaust fan under the microwave. I was told that Batteries Plus Bulbs would have exactly what I needed. I went in the store and showed the guy what I needed and he went to the isle where the light bulbs were. He came back and told me that they didnt have the light bulbs in that size. The one he showed me was the right wattage but the wrong size. He told me that they didnt have that particular size and that I should look on line.

Had exactly what I wanted and it was on sale. In and out in 2 minutes.
