A long trusted service provider has let me down enormously. Vehicle was taken in for a brake inspection due to grinding noise. The front brakes were replaced, but the grinding sound continued. The weekend is here so I removed the rear wheels and found metal to metal contact from the brake shoes. Obviously no one at the tire center looked at the rear brakes. Im wondering if the front brakes were replaced for no reason now. New calibers were installed so the brakes should have been bled. This would entail looking at the rear brakes just for that reason. I had a 50+ years relationship with Les Schwab that has been severely damaged.

Completely unmanned shop. Waited in lobby for 10 minutes before giving up. No one was able to help me as no one was around. Interestingly enough the phone ramg twice and seemed to be answered after 2 rings.

The service at Les Shwab Tire Center in Tracy California is spectacular. They are very professional, attentive, and will help you to the best of their abilities. I am very satisfied with their management and am proud to say that Les Shwab Tracy is my go to tire spot. Keep up the great service.

Oh my god where do I start. Ive been in The Manteca location and thhe manager there was over the top with customer service. I went back got 2 new tires on my front. 6 months later my tire in rear was loosing air fast i had to take it in to Tracy location because i live in Tracr and work at the Fed Ex building and was running late for work, didnt know what to expect but was so happy when they took cate of me with the same customer service skills as Manteca did and with that being said I will never go anywhete else. Love this place.

Worst experience ever. One star is even too much for them. I was referred to them by Jiffy Lube next door.Customer service is nonprofessional, arrogant, aggressive, and inconsiderate. They said one hour for diagnosis and will call me back with an estimate, never called !. I called after two hours and no diagnosis yet. After three hours they called with a diagnosis and estimate. Les Schwabs diagnosis turned out to be WRONG. I was lucky enough that they have no time to work on my car until after Christmas so I took the car to a local mechanic shop. It was diagnosed correctly in 10 minutes, fixed in thirty minutes with a fraction of the Les Schwab WRONG diagnostic estimate. My advice, get a second opinion and dont trust their diagnosis.Happy holidays to everyone.

Been visiting Leslie Schwab Tire center for many years. They never disappoint. I have always had a great experience.

I went to them after my son put a new tire on. They said i need all new tires otherwise my transmission will go bad. My car is not AWD. Its a 2wd. I didnt feel right and called another store Big O Tires. They told me to come down for them to check it out. When i arrive, they said the tires dont need to be replace right now, but in a few thousand miles. I asked them what about the transmission. And they said its not AWD so no risk on transmission. Les Schwab lied to my face and trying to scare me into buying 3 more tires. Im glad i talk to big o tires

The wait time is long especially if you get a flat. Miss the popcorn

Mike at Les Schwab was a rockstar for me today. After going to two other shops, Mike gladly took another look at my semi-complicated issue and easily found the problem. Spent extra time showing me exactly what was happening and provided some ideas on how to fix it. Then after all of that he wouldn’t accept any payment calling it a “free brake inspection”. What a guy - thank you so much.

I will just tell ya what happened: I went in and got a price (of $89 dollars ) for the 225/45/17 I aked about. I agreed and dropped off the wheel I needed fixed.I was told to pay when they finished. I left and returned and they were done. At the counter I was given a bill for 130 dollars and asked why and was told TAXES was the extra fees. I looked at the receipt and TAXES totaled 9 dollars and the tire 121.I was angry for the games and ovecharging,so I phoned them asked why I was lied to and after that it was determined they put the same size tire as was on there, not the size I requested. So I had to drive 2 and a half hours back to them to get the right size tire,and my money they took the liberty of spending for me against my wishes.

Walk in for a quick plug for a nail in my tire parking lots full of customer cars one lady behind desk and only two techs in shop neither doing anything at all people waiting everywhere and the techs are standing there talking to one another while theres customers waiting for tire service place used to be the best in town apparently they lost the people that made it that way and have some figuring out to do with the new techs

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Best service anywhere. Will fix flats for free.

Came in to get 4 tires and an alignment. Jeff provided a wide variety of tires as well as showing me the different designs and benefits of each. When it came to the alignment the rear toe would not come within spec until Garry noticed that the last place I has taken it too had incorrectly set the toe in the rear. He found the issue and corrected it all while explaining what was wrong. The lobby of the shop is nice as well with tables, refreshments, and a phone charging station for customers. Definitely one of the nicer looking shops in Tracy as well.

The place where I had my cars new tires installed told me that the tires needed an alignment desperately. I took my car in for an alignment at Les Schwab and was told that all the alignment numbers looked good. There was no need for the alignment and I was not charged. I appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service...

Les Schwab from coast to coast is a GREAT place for your tire & suspension needs. I stopped by the Tracy,Ca. branch or a FREE break inspection. They performed the task w/ care & professionalism beyond compare. They were very busy vet performed a FREE break & suspension evaluation FREE, DID I mention the service was FREE. The cost in labor was NOT an issue MY safety & peace of mind was. BEST service in the industry HANDS DOWN

Staff is friendly and helpful. Service has generally been good the times we have brought our vehicles in.I did recently call in for a quote on four new tires. The price was higher than other local tire shops. I did not inquire why, but did find out later that they include an alignment with purchase of four tires! I wish they would make this known when you call in for a quote, it would have definitely swayed my decision.

The Tracy Les Schwab is a great tire store. Not only are their prices competitive but they have amazing customer service and technical knowledge.Unlike other tire places Les Schwab also does alignments, great one stop shop. The staff is always working hard to get everyones cars done quickly and they are sure to welcome you at first sight.I bring all my vehicles here and I am always impressed.

I love Les Schwab! Grew up using them back home In MT and this one in Tracy is exactly how I remember. Had a rattle going on in my Prius so they changed struts. Noise was still there so they took the time which was like 3-4hrs to find the prob which they did and it was at no charge. Thank you I will definitely be back.

Stopped by to have them look at my tires since my pressure gauge alert went on and I had a tire that had already been repaired once. Jason was great. Checked pressure on all tires and filled them all up for no charge. Gave me a quote for new tires and wasnt pushy like most other places are. Will definitely buy my tires there from now on.

The crew at Les Schwab always aims to please. They are customer oriented. The only knock would be, they are not the least expensive when it comes to tire purchases. Even with the higher prices in mind, I still give this location 5 stars. Keep up the good work fellas.

They special ordered a tire (to replace one that failed under warranty- they would have gotten a good review for how easy the warranty process started). But, we had to call in just to find out the tire was sitting there waiting for us. So I try to set an appointment, they say to just show up. So I roll in at about 10:15 and eventually an told it will take about an hour. It has now been 2 1/2 hours and I am still waiting. Keep being told it is almost ready.

I go here often. Free tire rotation. Make sure to schedule appointments! Theyre quick and professional. Ive never had a problem here. They take good care of my car. They are super polite. I especially love that they are speedy yet thorough.

This Les Schwab Tire Center is very friendly and there is a lot of hardworking employees here. I took my 2001 ford E150 Cargo van here. The ride is better with these new eclipse tires I have on it! I had to wait 1 hr 55 minutes but it was worth it. Id come again for brake service.

Lowered my previous three star rating to two star for the simple fact I had an appointment to have one flat repaired and I was there over 2 hours, they were obviously over booked..so much for thinking an appointment sped things up

Went in for two tires & ended up getting rods replaced..the whole steering package! Cost a pretty penny too! I really do think when a woman takes in a car for repair shes at their mercy. I dont really mind paying for a repair job, if its done right & the work is WARRANTEED.

Ran up got my snow tires on, use them everywhere I got they are the best.

I had a nail in the tire of my Miata. Jeff was great and took good care of me. He was happy to accommodate my request to see the tire once it was removed from the rim and he got the repair done quickly. Thank you very much Jeff!

I was really happy with my service overall. In line with what they advertise, I felt like I could trust them to not up-sell me, and they were honest about what needed to be done and what didnt. My two small complaints are this: when I dropped off the car and told then what I wanted them to work on, they put the order in the computer and asked me to sign the electronic signature pad. Nowhere did it show me what I was agreeing to when I signed and the cashier didnt tell me. I get that this is a minor thing, but in the interest of trusting people, you should tell them what they are signing. 2nd, when I picked up the car, they were very quick to shuffle me out the door, and didnt tell me anything about what they worked on, found, or fixed. In all of my other experiences, when Ive had an alignment done, they always tell me how far off it was and provide documentation. I think these issues are minor but are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Ill certainly be back to have them work on my car again.

Great friendly people, very easy to deal with. I went to get an alignment, with my specific specs, they did just that without a fuss. I highly recommended, especially to people that track their car.

I really like Les Schwab in Tracy everyone there is ever so nice and they have done a great job in taking care of in the past but I went in to have my Brakes checked and they told it would be $506.00? they said I needed a few thing done to it, I told a few people about the cost and they said its to much.So I was told to go to a place in Stockton and they did my Brakes for $220.I was very disappointed with the quote Les Schwab gave me so I changed my mind about giving them 5 starts but gave three 3 for the past.

Terrible, waited for over an Hr. Just to get a credit check, to find out they never sent the paper work, Tried to sell me two tires for over 500 dollars. Went to Americas tire got two new tires Less than 400 dollars. Will not be going this place. Oh, I only putting one star because I have to in order to post this.

Went there to get a nail and a screw removed from my tire. They had to take it back a second time after I reminded them about the nail, and they worker is gunna sit there and keep saying screw when I say no also the nail. Its now a day later almost 10:30pm in Stockton and my girlfriend is having to call road side assistance because that tire went flat and she cant get the bolts loose. Great job guys! This isnt the first time you couldnt do your job right the first time.

After going to several auto part places in town for a replacement battery. Les Schwab ended having the battery we needed, not only that it was $40 less with a 2yr free replacement along with an additional 5yr prorated cant beat that. The staff was friendly and quick to help us. Costco and Wal-Mart didnt carry it and AutoZone was overpriced with limited warranty not to mention it took over 20mins for someone to help us.

You guys are lawsuit waiting to happen! I went in to gave my brakes completely replaced. After the inspection I was told that I only needed to change the front brakes. So, I told them to replace everything in the front.I paid over $300 and they told me that they replaced everything and sent me on my way. When I left my brakes felt diffetent, The pedal was soft and it still made a lot of noise. That same day I called them and they assured me that it was normal and it would go away after 1000 miles. Ive changed my brakes plenty of times before and Ive never had that happen before. But I trust in the professionals I waited like they said. During that time I felt like I had to push further down just to stop right away. And my brakes were unnecessarily loud.I went back just to find out they failed to mention that they didnt change a part of my brakes. All he had to say was that he was SORRY nonchalantly. Your business failed to convey the full situation, if my brakes failed on the road wouldnt Le Schwab have been responsible?

I scheduled an apt for alignment. Showed up on time then told that I did not have an apt, after asking the front desk to check with manager, got an attitude, rude treatment and was told i would have to wait. I understand that mistakes are made but attitude from front desk and time wasted were really not appreciated. Have been a customer in the past but will never use Les Schwab services again

This is a review for Fastrak Car Wash next door to Les Schwab. Inexpensive and quick. They have stronger vacuums than the other brushless carwash in town. Plus they have a frequent carwash program where you can get a free carwash after so many times you visit this place.

Always friendly and courtesy. They have reasonable pricing for tires.

I wish I could give them a 0 star. They are so rude I took my companys truck, they did a horrible service, and when I took it back they didnt want to do anything about it. They didnt even want to check it after I payd over $1,000.00. Im so disappointed, now I have to pay some other places to fix there mistakes!!!!
