The person helping me was really good on what he does. His customer services are great.

I had a horrible experience with a person that worked there. Doesnt respect elders and gets mad over the smallest things. He kicked my mother and I out for advicing an older couple to defend themselves when this man/owner was disresecting them. He kicked everyone out by yelling and pushing.

One of the few establishments where I can truly say that the customer service is five stars!

I went by the store today to reactivate my phone and I got two free phones because I was keeping my sprint phone number. It was awesome all I had to do was pay the tax so I had extra money to buy a glass screen protector or and a couple cases. The service was really fast and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes even when there was a line out the door. I really appreciate how he gave me my individualized attention as well as everybody else. One guy even try to cut in front of everybody else and started cussing at him and left and the owner maintain his composure and continue to assist everybody with a positive attitude.

Amir and Andre are always so kind whenever I come in, even when theyre in the middle of lunch they stop what theyre doing to tend to my needs. These two really always make me feel welcomed at the store and are always well informed on the products they sell. When other customers are around its very obvious that both employees give their customers 100% I have never seen them not actively speaking and giving attention to their customers.

The guy who owns it is really friendly and funny, great customer service. They know a lot about phones too and are really helpful. Definitely recommend this location over any others in the area. Best experience at a Metro by far.

Isaac saved the day my phone was going off for 24 hours. I came in told please shut it down. He said he not God and I told God it within and got the to stop from this notification alert to stop. Haluuhah and he blessed me back. We were so happy me and my son because I didnt keep off. Weve been in business ever since then everything is flowing. Thanks for all the above I knew Isaac was the one to save the day.😊😘😋😉😉😉😉.

I went into the store very frustrate with my cuurent Samsung phone. Issac was friendly & professional. He made reasonable suggestions for my situation, transferred all my info from my old phone into my upgraded phone & politely instructed me with my new equipment. Never made me feel inferior about electronics which I feel somewhat challenged & I left the store a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Amir even went above and beyond to give me suggestions for the fullest of my money.. He also gave me suggestions on the newest products available through Metro.. This guy is so rude! & he wanted to charge us $80 plus tax for a phone that was being announced for $40! We went to a different Metro PCS store and we bought the same phone for $40. Bad business!

These dudes are liars about their services and what they say. Came in and they told me there is no timeline to upgrade your phone at ANYTIME and came in today to be told something else. Bad business as they will say whatever to get a sale. Bad business practices and wont be coming back to THIS spot again
