Great costumer service nice staff

Had issues with my phone not ringing or call log showing calls. Alex was very helpful checking all things pertaining to volume, etc. He eventually saved contacts, memos, pictures on data chip. He called Metro to have my number suspended for a few minutes & then turned account back on & reloaded the chip info & everything worked correctly again. Saved me from having to get a new phone saving me money. He must have spent 45 minutes, maybe longer working on this for me!

This place has some great working employees and some employees that shouldnt be working here!!! Not sure what kind of training they get but Im sure it could be way better.

Excellent customer service. The staff is incredibly courteous and knowledgeable about the products and plans offered. The store is clean and pretty good selection of phones to choose from. Thanks for all of your help!
