The gentleman who attended us was not too keen to make the sale or talk to us at all for that matter (the only customer in store). Wanted to see the color of the phone to make sure we like it. We were asked to look it up (Google) on my current phone. I tried doing that but my current phones screen is cracked so I asked if he could show on the tablet he was holding. He said it is going to be same as it shows on your phone.New phone set up fee was about $170 (separate from phones cost). Way too much especially for the customer service (or lack of it) that we experienced.
Service was welcoming and amazing. Linda was super helpful with setting up my new phone!! I had no clue what I was doing but she helped with all my questions and troubles.

BE AWARE! This is not a real Verizon. This is a 3rd party who will charge additional markup fees such as $130 per line on new phones which they call “setup” fees. Do not be fooled they are charging you just to unbox and turn on the phone. This charge does not exist at corporate verizon locations. And if you call it out they will be quick to cancel your order and sell your preorders to the next customer. DO NOT deal with shady 3rd party salesman who want to pound you on the deal. Visit a Real Corporate Verizon.

I upgraded my phone, paid roughly a 180 down payment. Down payment was never applied to my phone. Completely my fault for not making sure I had a receipt in the bag of paperwork before leaving. I was totally scammed. Lesson learned.

I absolutely had a great time in Verizon wireless between Linda helping me on line and over the phone 💃🏽, she the bomb 💣, Richard helped me pick out the prefect phone for me 🤳🏽. I must say very knowledgeable as well. And Kyoji is a master with his hands 🙌🏽 you can’t even see the screen protector. I even got a phone for my son for $4.13 totally unexpected. I just stood in line for 50 minutes while the only employee was attempting to help the customer in front of me. The person behind the counter didnt acknowledge my existence the entire time while I waited so I left. I have no service at my home office despite the advertised service quality and I cant get through to the 800#, Live chat isnt supported by Safari and Verizon has no email service. No way to get help so Im leaving to Google Fi.

Came in switched from At&t the atmosphere in this store is great good music, everyone laughing everyone engaging in each other conversation I’m used to robot operated stores so nice to see some stores like this still exists the staff was beyond amazing . They gave me a estimate of my 1st -4th bill to make sure I understood what I was getting . They gave me accessories using holiday coupons . I understood all promos and what I paid for . They helped me redeem my gift cards and even followed up with me . Which why is writing this I asked them if Verizon would call me for feedback but they said the chances were slim, so I’m here writing this to tell you . Love, Love, Love this location. They are so attentive and gave honest answers to my every question all three times that I went there. I dealt with Richard every time that I went in to the store to get all of my information and he was so incredibly helpful. Even the first two times when I went in to the store just to get the complete rundown and all of the numbers. He was so patient and gave me ALL the information (including any extra fees or insurance that they would put on the account. One day when I went to see Richard and he wasnt in, Kyoji helped me and he was so incredibly welcoming, polite and kind and even when I told him that Richard had been helping me and I wanted to finish everything up with him, he was still so helpful and sweet-even though he wasnt getting the sale-now that is true customer service!!! Back to Richard (because his customer service was absolutely outstanding, above and beyond and over the top as well), we finally connected the third time I went in to see him and he was amazing from start to finish when setting up the account, establishing my new lines and making sure that everything was working properly. He wouldnt let us leave the store until all devices were working properly...and thats how it should be! Even when I got home and called him twice about the account, he was so helpful and never got irritated with all of my questions. If I could give both of these guys 10 stars, I would! Just wanted to say thanks again to both Richard and Kyoji...YOU GUYS ROCK
The customer service sucks. Trying to open a new account is like trying to decipher a long lost language. Every person I talk to gives me a different answer for the same question. This really soured me on ever trying to be a Verizon customer.

Kyoki was so professional and helpful. Thank you! He helped me to get my information transferred from the tablet that broke to the new one. Then made sure everything was erased on the old one before I send it back. He kept apologizing for it taking so long when it wasnt his fault. He has no control on how long the transfer takes. Anyone who has gone through transfers knows this. Kyoki was so patient with me when I asked something and didnt initially understand. Verizon is lucky to have him as an employee. This young man will definitely go places.
Took advantage of buy 1 I watch series 5 and get 1 50% offHidden fees:1) activation fees not waived as it would have been in Verizon ad. So, they say they will give an accessory for each watch. Wrong! They charge you “to offset free activation” on both watch. So, I was not given anything free. I already had those accessories at home, didnt need them.They charge $20 to pair it to my phone, which was just scanning the code. Verizon store does not charge for this. Things I didn’t need and charging for something a child can do. All added $150 to my total. Never again!

This store was great ! Came from discovery bay as all the corporate doors are closed in my area bought 2 new phones with the store manager she was patient in helping me get my passwords and transffering my data, keep in mind if your goin here they have a mask rule as well as 1 person per rep . Just a heads up which is understandble during these times . Also they do have demos out for you to see but you are not able to just hang out in store if you are not doing any transaction . Other then that spacious big store and clean . Thank you linda you rock i will be coming here to do buisness from now on . 5 star in my book
The employee that opened on 10/09/19 had absolutely no sense of urgency and had customers wait for nearly an hour. He gave attitude when another customer asked if there was any one else to help the employee.
The Asst Mgr Richard was great. Even a few days later when we were ha in issues with two of the phones we were able to come back and he jumped right in to help. One of the best experiences at a call company Ive had.

Walked in and there was 5 people waiting. 1 person working. 45 minutes later, there was 1 person in front of us at the register when the person working there acknowledged us and said it will be another 45 minutes. Are you serious? If you knew at the beginning how long it takes w each customer why not let people know so they can decide if they want to stay and wait or leave ? Wont be returning to this location.

Just went to get new phone and yeah the deal came with screen protector and wireless charger glass cleaner ect they add stuff that they charger at the end charge now to do all the paper work and activation..call customer service they say that the person helping us needs better training yes indeed because it didnt explain correctly

My mother went into the store for help with the hardware on her cellphone, as she is not the most tech savvy person. Not only was Kyoji really efficient, but he went over and beyond to help fix her phone and explain that she had insurance on her phone in case her phone stopped working for any other reason. I cannot tell you how thankful we are!!!

Having horrible troubles trying to order a new phone online. Went into this location to purchase two new phones. Linda, was very unhelpful and rude to boot. Wanted to get me out of their faster then I walked in. Horrible service, left feeling like my years of loyalty with this company is worth absolutely nothing.... seriously considering switching phone services because of Linda.
The worst service in the country you can get is here in this store.there is a female sales girl working and she is very informative does not know anything regarding the cell phones and the Man working there is never in front desk,he is always hiding in the back and whenever there is an issue with the coustmer he pops in and is very rude,I think Verizon wireless is a Great company and this retailer is spoiling the entire image off Verizon.I would request the Verizon wireless corporate to take away the store from him or change the people working there.

Very poor customer service from the Manager Linda. I went in to the store to pick up a phone that I was told was on hold for me. When I told her what phone I was there to pick up she told me we just sold it to that guy and pointed to the gentleman walking out the door. I asked her to check her email to see if she received an email from their customer service department, as I had spoke with them earlier in the day. Linda typed something on her computer and said that they store did not receive any e-mail from their customer service department on Utah. I would think she would need to have asked my cell phone number in order to see any comments from their customer service department. I felt she spoke to me in a condescending manner and was just plain rude to me. I think the icing on the cake was when I walked out the door she said Have a nice day in such a happy/sarcastic manner. If she would have kept her mouth shut I would not be writing this review. I did go to the Verizon store on 11th street where Houshmand treated me so nicely. I will never ever go to the Verizon store on Naglee Road again. The store on 11th street and Houshmand will have my Verizon business for a long long time.

Extremely unprofessional and understaffed. They made me wait over an hour to then tell em they couldn’t help me access my account. Because I became frustrated with that answer I was told to leave the store and they refused to offer me any further assistance. I am cancelling my Verizon accounts due this experience.

Store manager a real creep. Acted like I was an idiot. Even said if I can get it cheaper BUY IT, in an extremely hostile tone. I had found the Samsung S5 at half the price of Verizon (Walmart) and he did not believe me. Dont go here unless you are armed to be mistreated.
