I bought a used car from a private seller that needed to be towed to Serra to have a key fob programmed. The service manager stated that it would be an easy task and a flat fee. Nearly $1,000 later, the car was running and ready for pickup. The tech needed to remove the steering column to address some corroded wires. Less than 20 miles after I left the dealership, the cars electrical started on fire in the exact location the tech was working. I called and texted the Serra to remedy the issue. The service manager stated it was sent to management to address. No response from management caused me to file a claim with the BBB. Jerry from Serra tried to state the car needed things in his response, but aside from brakes, I am still not sure what it needed. The bottom line is that the tech misplaced, crossed, or did not cap wiring properly causing the electrical to catch fire. Here is the response from Jerry Zezulka, the executive manager at Serra: We do not accept any liability for the decisions and actions of this customer and therefore we respectfully ask that this Case be closed immediately. Should the customer not be satisfied with this response, please note that we will no longer rebut this Case as it is a total waste and inefficient use of our time.... How is that for customer service?

Grady is outstanding - friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the car he is selling you. He is eager and passionate about what he does and it finely shows as he strives to ensure your car is the right fit. Grady is also a charismatic gentleman with a kind personality that makes the purchasing process a pleasant time - hes likely already doing so but will be quick to rise and excel in the business. Definitely try to work with Grady if you can as it will make for a fun and meaningful experience in purchasing your new vehicle.

Just got an oil change, fuel filter and air filter change done on my 2012 VW Passat TDI. I got taken to the cleaners. Almost three hundred dollars. Wow. I am in shock. That is way way to much for that. The service writer was nice and friendly. But that price is way to much.

Never have met such a knowledgeable car salesmen as Dan Hollister! My wife and I find it very difficult to find a salesmen that will take us seriously or even come up to talk to us. As always Johns and the service departments work are 10+. They simply are by far the best service department I have experienced in 30+ years of car ownership. My latest trip involved major repairs for my sons car. Like sometimes happens, the repair estimate changed as they made progress on the work. John effectively communicated the additional charges, explained them thoroughly and we completed the job.

My purchase experience was less than desireable. I dont have much to say about the sales team and management. However, John Fyfe in the service department has gone above and beyond when I come in. I do appreciate him and the welcoming feel he brings.
