Love this place! Unique items at great prices. I can always find something even if I dont need anything.

Very nice, clean and organized store. Wide variety of merchandise.

I liked it, but it had kids riding skateboards and running around in the store being very loud. Other than that it was a decent shopping experience.

Staff wasnt very friendly nor helpful. The greeter however did greet me coming into the store. I come in frequently but never seem to find what all other locations have.

First I will start by saying I love Homegoods! The reason I dont give this review 5 stars is simply because the Traverse City location lacks so many items that I am looking for. Ive noticed on other reviews and websites they have much more to offer. Most home goods are generally staocked full.... this store is not and seem to have several picked over items. Very disappointing.

Love home goods. Very nice and quality items for wonderful prices. The glassware is amazing! Always have had great experiences with the staff when shopping there! Highly recommend home goods to everyone! Very remarkable seasonal items too. Holloween decor, Christmas decor, all of such! They always have unique and different items than you can find elsewhere!

I just love walking through this place. You can find almost anything and the prices are sometimes better than at bargain stores. We are so blessed to have Home Goods so close by.

I didnt visit for anything in particular, but I got a drying rack that I needed. The store is neat, and well run, if not abundantly stocked.

I kept trying to get my husband to go to homegoods with me. He avoided it for months. When he finally went he was excited because they had beard products but they havent had them since :( its still usually not hard to get him to go with me though because he holds out hope they will he back lol. Plus we get amazing deals on things there. Especially on toys for the kids! Our son loves the little kid cart at the local thrift shop and my husband promised him if we ever found one like it we would get it for him. We found one at Home Goods for $40. I honestly didnt think we were going to have to deliver on that promise but at least it was reasonable lol. Now I just have to break it to my husband that Im not lugging this cart to every store we go to.

Your return policy is a joke. I made a purchase on dec. 15 and was not given my receipt. When I went to return 2 of the items I had my credit card and a copy of the charge on my account. The rude cashier told me she wasnt going to look up my purchase and returned it on a merchandise card but than refused to give me the card because I wouldnt sign the card. There is no reason to require a signature on a merchandise/gift card.

I am so glad that Traverse City has this store. The staff is so friendly and the store is very clean. If you see something you like, you better grab it because it might not be there if you try to come back for it later! So many name brand, top quality, specialty brand products that it is hard for me to pull myself out of there! Highly recommend that everyone goes in here at least once!

If you need a gift, or buying for yourself you can find unique foods, food gifts, and home decor that isnt in so many multiples that you will see it at someone elses home. There are teas from England to one of a kind international flair home decor. The stock changes quickly due to the low quantity of multiple items. There is something for most tastes. We had the best time talking with the staff. Great time shopping.

Love the items in this store. Prices are ok. Could be better on several things. Some good deals other not so much.

Its ok. I feel there is better options and prices at hobby lobby or Kohls.

Nice clean store. Reminded me of a cheap art Van that only sells coffee table items. Dont bring kids in. Lots of breakables. Also the other costumers will look at you funny if you bring kids, which I didnt appreciate. Snooty costumers but interesting things in the store. Had fair priced comforters. Its a brand of TJ Maxx, so expect hand me down items from other stores.

Completely loving this new addition to TC. Helps fill the void for other lacking home/department stores in the area. New stuff every time I come in and very packed shelves.

Clean,well stocked, fair prices and an amazingly diverse inventory.

Very disappointed in my recent visit to this store. Every time I tried to ask an associate on the floor a question they would duck down an asile or speed past me pretended not to hear me. Then later 4 of them were all standing around and too busy talking to each other and sampling the lotions to bother helping anyone else. The manager was just as useless as he was busy following his wife and kid around the store that he wasnt trying to help anyone either.

Homegoods is prejudice against those who are medically unable to wear masks. Our governor has made allowances for people who are not able and yet they dont care enough about the disabled. Very sad indeed. Taking my business elsewhere.
