Edward G. Stewart, O.D was a fantastic doctor who did a thorough exam of my eyes. He took his time explaining and concerns that he saw and answered any questions that I had. He went above and beyond. He truly cares about his patients and wants to see them thrive and at their best. I would recommend my family and friends to this office. The staff were as equally helpful and made me feel that I was in good hands and that I was apart of their family.

With so many choices, I was not sure what to get and she helped me decide with my best interest at heart. she patiently explained and answered all my questions. I was impressed with her enthusiasm and professionalism, I had a great experience.

The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. I am extremely impressed with how they are managing the flow of customers in their store right now. Alysha was very helpful with my selection of frames. I am not great at picking out glasses for myself and she made it really easy. She took extra time to make sure that I was all set with my order and did not make me feel rushed at all.

I bought glasses November 2019. Didnt get the insurance. Got a a fairly big scratch on one lens. They told me they would have to replace both lenses at a cost of $600.00. Dont buy glasses here and make the same mistake I did.

Went here with my mom and upon walking into the store a lady behind a counter yelled across the store we would have to leave cause they were at capacity. She didn’t even say hello, or anything. They need to have some one at door greeting customers and letting us know there at capacity and how long of wait it’s gonna be. Very unprofessional and rude staff to yell from behind a counter and then not even come out from behind the counter to let us know how long the wait would be or greet us.

I had such a bad experience the last time I was in the store, I almost didnt come back. The staff that is there now is great, and I love my eye doctor so Im glad I feel confident in the team again.

The staff at LensCrafters are friendly, helpful and polite! They asked questions and took the time needed to find exactly what I was looking for. I had a very positive experience and look forward to my annual eye exam! They have a doctor 7 days a week which really was convenient for me.They offered me the best deal and made sure my lenses were exactly what I needed. I Would definitely recommend lenscrafters!

Nick and Dr Green did an excellent and thorough eye exam. They were both very personable and helpful. Not sure how their pricing for glasses compares to others as we have gone to Bonnie at Sears for quite a few years. Both Sears and LensCrafters are owned by Luxotica.

10/10 would reccomend, staff is very friendly and professional, low cost and I didnt have a super long wait to receive my glasses.

Pros: Doc seemed knowledgeable, flexible appointment times.Cons: Reception staff not so professional. Could not find my last exam in computer system, were snappy with me as result.May not return.

I feel there was not enough of a selection on the less expensive frames,myself, on a fixed income it is extremely hard to come up with the higher cost of the frames, this is the reason people go to places that offer 2 pair for one price.

My dog broke my glasses and they were able to quickly resolve the situation. I thought their customer service was great!
