Emily, the pharmacist, is one of the meanest and most malicious people Ive ever met in the professional world. Shes completely spiteful, vengeful, and totally unprofessional. And by the looks of the other reviews, it seems the Pharmacy Department is where the trouble stems from. Good luck once you have several complaints filed against you with Walgreens corporate office and regional managers, as well as the Michigan Board of Health and Safety, and any other Michigan Agencies that deal with the regulation of Doctors/Pharmacist. All you had to do was be professional and not be nasty. But you couldnt even do those 2 simple things.

Why are scripts taking so long to get filled and then we’re told they will be ready in 30 minutes and we come back in four hours and they’re still not ready and then basic things like baby aspirin is not in stock. You guys are best in town but the delays and stock on basic stuff is crazy. Where are all the workers at? I don’t get it.

Been through the pharmacy line 3 times to get a prescription for my newborn, whom I have with me. Told it would be 30 mins, after over an hour of trying to get them to find the prescription, to be still waiting after 30 mins. Pharmacy is an absolute joke. I understand being short staffed, but be honest with people about wait times as this is an urgent prescription for my newborn and you are putting his health at risk having to wait for it. Will never be back to this Walgreens pharmacy

I ordered some posters of my dad for my sons room. My dad passed away before he was born, but I want him to have something so hell technically his face and be familiar with him.When I got home and looked at them I noticed there were lines running across then and the color was off. When I went back to the store the manager, Josh, went above and beyond to make it right. He didnt know how much those posters meant to me, he was just doing what he thought should be done. Thank you so much!

This was a big Walgreens. We were in and out of the store very quickly. It was simple to find what we needed.

Overcharged my wife. When returned to the store. I informed them of Michigan scanner law. They refused to give the additional refund per Michigan law. Wont go to those crooks again.

We were waiting in line for the pharmacy before closing. After the person in front of us finished she closed up the pharmacy even though we were in line before 6pm. Very rude and unprofessional. My husband needed that script for tonight.

The older woman with long silver hair literally has the worst attitude and customer service Ive ever witnessed. I called and asked if they had a certain kind of gift card (Walgreens has a ton of gift cards), and she acted like I was stupid for calling to ask, and said I dont even know but I guess I can look 10 minutes later the phone auto directed me to calling the store, because I was on hold for so long, and she answers and says Are you the one looking for Hulu cards? I said, Yes, she said, We have 25 dollar ones. And hung up. So when I came in to get them, I was checking out with my hulu cards, and I ask Oh hey do you have brillo pads here by chance?, and she just looks at me and shrugs and says, I dont know, I dont get that far in the store.What do you mean? You work here????
