My fiance and I stop here all of the time and, without a doubt, always receive amazing customer service. They have a great assortment of fresh, local produce in addition to a wide selection of other products. The custom salads and sandwiches are our favorites made with fresh ingredients and tons of options. Additionally, they have an excellent point system which has allowed us to get free things such as smoothies, sandwiches, and more.

A bit bougie for my taste. Prepare to tip the cashiers- a new concept but understandable. Not sure it’s worth it overall. However no complaints- products and staff are great. Location is perfect. Give them a visit and see for yourself.

Very nice market, deli has tons of options plus a bunch of yummy baked goods! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also have baked options for those with food allergies. Will be going back in the am for a fresh omelette!

Huge deli selection including made to order sandwiches, soups, pasta salads, baked items, coffee drinks, organic beverages, list goes on. I was very impressed, they have Boars Head meats and the food was quickly made and tasted great. Friendly staff.

This used to be a very different little place in the 90s/2000s when Id come up as a kid with my family - they had basics like milk, eggs, etc. Basically Anything you might not be able to find at long lake grocery. What a transformation! Went for the first time in years and it is the coolest and cutest little market - deli and coffee shop and also great wine selection. Even lots of organic foods and specialty foods as well. Bonus is the big selection of Moomers they carry if you dont want to wait in line across the street!

I love fresh coast market. I work close to fresh coast and it is one of the favorite places to get lunch. They also have an app that you can order your food before you get there and pick it up either curbside or inside your choice.

Really like this place. Fieldstone Deli was always one of our favorite spots, but these folks outdid themselves. Deli is a serious improvement. Their online app makes pre-order for lunch a cinch. Order up, pay, and show up 20 minutes later for a table and there it is. High end, organic fountain drinks for the kids are fantastic. Lots of Boars Head sauces to pick from. On top of all that, the staff is exceptionally friendly and personable. Lots of good local stuff including Gallaghers corn. Owners must be pretty awesome. Highly recommend!

For whatever reason this is one of my favorite places to go. My son also loves the lights there. Its nice that the food is brought to you after you order and it seems like they try and stay local with their products and the staff is always super friendly. The food in the coolers is amazing their pasties so yummy

This place always has the best sandwiches and never a mistake as you write down your order on a slip of paper (circling every item you want on your grub). Then meats and cheeses are sliced fresh out of the meat cooler.

Love this store! Excellent vegan selection of ice cream, cookies and cupcakes though pricier than other locations. $8 for cookie sandwich, $11 for 2 vegan cupcakes. Great coffee shop, deli and takeout. Easy online ordering which we enjoyed. Also great Moomers selection if dont want to wait in line!!

Great vibe to the place, well invested. More importantly there was INCREDIBLE above and beyond service. Right before close I might add, normally when staff is tired and ready to go home. I could write I full review on four or five things that in just ten minutes Isiah went above and beyond for my wife grandmother and I. He asked us about our drinks welcoming us to the area visiting family in Michigan. Was constantly smiling, and when he over heard that my wife was in a long line across the street getting moomers ice cream, he pulled out his own “skip the line” coupon directly out of his PERSONAL wallet and told me to use have her use it. Unreal. He also double checked that we got all our drinks as we were getting in the car outside. Will be returning to do business only at this store when we return. Even after the young man has been promoted or moved on to bigger better things. Thank you for the great service.

Thank you Fresh Coast Market for your selection of EVERYTHING! I find something new every time I come in. We love the sandwiches and salads and take full advantage of the app to pre-order and collect points. The deli case and choices of salads, meats, cheeses and of course the desserts are the best. We love the Fresh Coast Market! Its our secret little gem of how to get Moomers without standing in line across the street. More flavors to choose from, as well! Lots of other options in the market. Lots of patrons were walking out with pizzas or ice cream...or BOTH.

Havent been to Fresh Coast in a while, and they have improved in the interim. Sandwiches are a little smaller and less unwieldy, three interesting choices for bread, same great meat choices, lots of options for toppings as before. The big news: they have dropped Northwoods sodas for some brand called Tractor (or did Northwoods change their brand? Have to research that one) which includes a juice bar with lots of choices. They are sweet, meaning calories, but also contain turmeric! Local produce in their store section. Ill be a return customer.

This place has so many different things hard not to find what you need. Plus the deli is delicious!

Our group had 7 different salads from the salad bar, each one was delicious, and overall at good value. We spotted Moomers ice creamery across the road on our way out, so we will be back for soup and pizza from here and ice cream from across the road!

I’ve been making a point to support local businesses but I’d rather feel safe in a chain than unsafe in a local shop. I love the sandwiches however mask compliance for staff and customers is less than adequate. Employee (possibly manager) wears a face shield without a mask is woefully inadequate. Customers without masks were served which endangers employees and other customers. There are no excuses at this point. Follow health and safety mandates.

First time being here. Friendly staff, lots of food choices from the deli, and decent price. Got the chicken meatballs, mac n cheese, and tomato cucumber salad and they all tasted great. The sauce with the meatballs could have a little bit more seasoning but still good overall!!

I always go there and get soup, plus buy extra that I can put in my freezer. The soups are delicious and so is everything there. We even get all of our organic items from them. I love this place and the friendly people.

Better quality inventory from previous owners, but service has dropped significantly. Workers are nice, but incredibly inconsistent. I get a new sandwich every time I order the same sandwich. 60% of the time the orders are wrong. Either by a little or absolutely. That’s not an exaggeration. We live down the street and have been coming for years - but not anymore, unfortunately. It’s that bad.

Beautiful market! Wish I could say we enjoyed our sandwiches. My turkey and havarti panini had so much aioli it was soggy, items on it that were not in the description. Husbands sandwich made to order was just a mess,burned ham and pepperoni. We ate half and tossed the rest. Very disappointed

Love coming here for lunch, the staff is very friendly!! Their deli is quite impressive and they carry a lot of local items! One thing that I think should be brought back is the pepperoni sticks, those were a staple when it was Fieldstone & I think that it is something they should continue to have not just discontinue. Other than that, cant complain! ALSO, they have white chicken chili...it is not cream based, it is good but kind of a let down - I would not have ordered it had I known.

Was so great before the new owners came in. Everything is significantly overpriced. Came for a bag of coffee recently and noticed it was $5 more than other stores in town. The service isn’t quite as great as it used to be, I have been frequently ignored or had the staff act as if my being there is an inconvenience. Each time you order a sandwich, even with the same ingredients, it tastes different. The quality has gone up for many products, and I do appreciate the local approach. However one of the best things about this place before was its affordability.Add all this to the fact that their store is actively following extremist right-wingers on social media, and it tells me I don’t need to shop there anymore. Hot tip for the owners: nobody needs to know your political beliefs.

Love this place! Very clean, and customer service is excellent. Ive read the negative reviews, and feel they were written just to bash this business because of their view on masks. Thats not fair! They respect the people that cannot wear them. All along, the science and data show that Covid is NOT transferred by food. Thus the reason carry out food has been available from day 1. Dont judge a business on their views, judge them on their customer service, & quality of food. Which I feel is excellent!

We saw a package of provolones cheese that had mold on it. We bought a sealed container of cheese spread that had an expiration date of two months in the future. When we opened the cheese spread at home, it had mold on it. The cheese spread and provolone cheese were in two different refrigerated sections.Edit: update due to the comment below. At check out I informed the cashier about the mold on the provolone cheese. We had a polite interaction about it. My review is 100% accurate!

Decent. Stopped in today. A slightly older male employee (maybe around 40 y/o) who mightve been a manager was unmasked in a main throughway by the registers, talking with an unmasked customer. That was uncomfortable and makes me less likely to return - was very weird given the signs requiring masks on the front door.Sandwiches are expensive but pretty substantial to match.

Great Deli food, beer and food selection. However, this is a small neighborhood grocery store - food market and when checking out, up pops a Tip screen on the Credit Card Computer screen. You must choose an amount-percentage before it calculates your total. Pretty awkward when the Clerk is waiting for aTip and you enter the NO Tip selection before your able to finalize the transaction. Way too tacky and greedy. Maybe the Owners should pay a better wage instead.

Ordered extra crispy hash browns for breakfast. Received undercooked hash browns. Had to recook them at home.

I have such fond childhood memories of my mother coming home from work every week with some of the most delicious sandwiches from this place.Havent been here in a while since I moved out of state, but Ive been reminiscing about them and I could not recommend them enough. If youre ever in the area and are a little hungry, give it a go, its worth it. 10/10 I want to move back to Traverse just for a good old sandwich.

I visit the Fieldstone multiple times per week. There have been weeks when the most of the food I ate was prepared by the team at the deli. Ive NEVER had bad food or bad service. Ive always received a quality product, friendly service, and a fair price for the the food. I loved the previous owner. I love the new owner. Hes made some excellent changes that some disagree with but dont rate the deli one star because they no longer have nachos. Rate them on the food they serve now. That food is excellent!

You can fill out paper for your own custom sandwich, salad or pizza. Sometimes its busy but its worth the wait. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious. They have a deli as well and all the food is high quality.

The prices have skyrocketed in the last few years. A nice reasonably priced lunch has become a luxury. Stopping by for a soda and a bag of chips after work or school makes no sense when you have to pay top dollar. Im all for supporting the little guy (what fieldstone used to be) but you cant claim to be the little guy when you charge big city prices. You wont be seeing me in there anytime soon.

Had the dill pickle pizza today. It is by far the best pizza I have ever had. Excellent taste and cooked perfectly. There have been so many very positive changes made at this awesome store.

Great little gem out in Long Lake area. Lots of great things including a deli and hot foods made daily to order. Even a sit down type restaurant area. Very good place to go regardless of where you are heading. They make amazing cookies also

Whenever I come home to Traverse City, I always make sure I get a sandwich from Fieldstone before I go. And when Im sick, their options of hot soup to go are great too. Their walk in beer cooler is pretty nice. And you can buy Moomers Ice Cream Pints here without waiting in those long lines across the street at the ice cream shop.

Used to be good ..theyve changed their menu, no more nachos! Then theyve lower the quality of the sandwiches and upped the price! Soups are outrageously priced! Theyve made their pizza slices smaller and raised the price! They used to have a great $2 breakfast burrito which is no longer 2 bucks! Me and the guys wont be going there anymore for lunch. New owner, too much change!

This place is awesome! Great deli, coffee, and so much more. I love food and the affogato with Moomers ice cream is one of the best things I have ever eaten! The mix of good strong espresso and sweet ice cream was perfect. Friendly staff and a kid friendly dining area made this our best experience in Traverse City!

We stop in to buy sandwiches on July 4th and half of the staff was not wearing face coverings during a world wide pandemic. It’s apparent they don’t care about their customers Heath!

We live a few miles away and come here often. Love everything about this place. The deli sandwiches are awesome! I had unexpected guest come in and ran up to Fieldstone and was able to get everything for a charcuterie board, wine and fresh flowers in a pinch. Owner is incredibly nice. Can’t say enough great things about this place
