The place and the staff are great. Lots of products and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

They need to re-think who they hire for customer service. The female employee working on a Saturday while my son and I were in looking at colors was extremely unproffesional, inappropriate language and acted like we were inconveniencing her. We have been a long time customer through our business and have never received such rude service. I have been in this particular store a dozen or more times times over the past couple of years and have had great service by the employees, however, this is the first time (and last) I have seen this employee there. We wont be back.

I just have to say that the manager Scott is one of the rudest people on earth. I listened to him absolutely berate one of his employees whole he had a store full of customers, all while she tried to defend herself from all the BS he was throwing her way. How do you treat the people you work with like that? I will absolutely be calling corporate to complain about him further. Completely unprofessional and unbelievably discourteous to patrons on the store and people he calls co-workers.

I placed my paint order online and was notified shortly that it was ready for pick up just outside the front door in a box. I was greatly pleased with the kind service at the Traverse City store.SW paint is the best for me. It has the perfect consistency and it covers really well. Exterior paint lasts and lasts. Its good stuff.

These folks just make it SO easy!

The sales associates were helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient when filling our paint order. We placed the order over the phone, gave a card number and by the time we drove to the store it was ready to put in our car. All safe with appropriate distancing during this difficult time. We have always had excellent experiences at this SW store.

This store is great. The paint has always been top quality, have used SW for decades. The folks in this location are helpful and knowledgeable. Look for the sales, there are several a year where you can save 30% or so. Highly recommend.

Great products, fast service and friendly staff

I ordered additional wallpaper and it didnt come. Called the store and the clerk punched in wrong price so it kicked back and she never followed up. Took 3 weeks and she was rude about it and never accepted responsibility for her action. The manager hid in the back and wouldnt come out.Got the name of Tom Booth who said he could paint from them. He used cheap paint and watered it down. It washes off the wall. Dont use him. He was good at wallpapering but not painting.
