Cant say much! I went for a picture frame I found online. The store had it in stock and I went to pick it up. There was a discrepancy between the price online and the price in the store but I showed them the lesser price online and they honored the online price. Great customer service!

They are Generally really good with restocking. I have been going to this location for last 4-5 years. But last couple of times, I tried to get something which was never restocked. Kinda disappointing for someone into crafts and arts.I like going in person to buy my things and explore new things compared to getting stuff online. Slacking off on simple things like restocking is one of the reasons why people are moving away from retail stores.

Wide variety of products for reasonable prices. They have all things related to crafts and many things that you would not things they would carry at a craft store. They have a lot of artificial plants that are pretty realistic looking. I bought a Candle on sale for $4.99.

Do not come here if you are hoping for a quick trip in and out. The last four times I have been here it doesn’t matter if there are two people in line or twenty. There will only be one cashier handling all returns, check outs, and the phones. Go in to buy two things and you’ll be in line for 20 minutes.

So I used to shop at Hobby Lobby, but when my mom found out she said theyre a bunch of hypocrites who dont care about womens health. So now Im only allowed to shop at Michaels and other craft stores. Anyways, Michaels was excellent! The prices are just as good and the atmosphere is inspiring. I found the canvass I needed and my picture turned out perfect, Ive attached a photo.

Michaels is AWESOME!! I find everything I need and/or amazing things I dont need but so unique its fun to bring home with me...Christmas items for next year, frames, unique crafts, notions etc. Fun Craft kits will help me feel productive while creating fun until this Pandemic ends!!!

I do not like this location. They are not well stocked and do not treat the customers with respect. Due to the pandemic, I always called ahead to make sure that they have the items in stock that I want to purchase. Each time I was told that the items were in stock. However, when I get to this location, the items are not there and that they are only available online, but the website says that it is in store. Additionally, the manager was very rude and talking to the customers in a very condensending manner. I will not come to this location again.

If youre looking up a review of Michaels, you already know how fun it is to shop here. You may not know youre into crafts and decor until you get here.Theyre more pricey than Hobby lobby and Big Lots though.

The associate checking me out was incredibly nice! When I showed a 15% coupon that wasnt scanning correctly, she got the manager and then proceed to rescan everything all over again to manually enter in the coupon. Will be going back soon!

Very messy inside front door with wipes and napkins and ppe overflowing a garbage can and sitting all over the floor. Plenty of stock on the shelves but we almost turned around. Literally had to step over garbage to get to baskets.

I place good reviews as much as bad reviews. The only thing I like about this store is there merchandise. They have the rudest employees along with management. No one goes out of there way to help customers and they are always under staffed. Every time I have to go there because I need something I cant find elsewhere I cringe. Now that we have to do curbside pickup things are even worse. Its been four days since I ordered a wood plaque and paint, and they have no idea when it will be ready for pickup.The Michaels on Coolidge is much better but they dont keep the same stock. What Troy needs is a Hobby Lobby. There management is all about customer service. This is just my point of view of what Ive personal experienced and seen. Very disappointing!

This store is the closest to my house but I’ve been avoiding it more and more because the employees are so rude every time. I understand being short staffed, but I waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me get something off the top shelf, only to walk out and see the employees gossiping and laughing with each other. I was in a hurry so I tried to grab it myself and then the girl finally came down the aisle and scolded me for trying to grab it and was unnecessarily rude.This is the 4th time in 3 weeks I’ve had a negative experience at this location. With so many Michael’s stores around, I’ll be dodging this one in the future.

Such amazing customer service here especially in the framing department. I brought in several paintings (almost 30) around the holiday time and they were all completed quickly and with care. Love their selection of picture frames and matting. WAAAY better than any Joanne Fabrics. However, they never seem to have enough people at the register and the line is always long no matter when I seem to go.

Came there to pick up some expensive markers for my girlfriend for Christmas. Service was top notch, as they led me to what I wanted and they led me to a good coupon deal for it. The workers were all very courteous and thus I enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend shopping there for art supplies.

The flowers are expensiveive for the quality but with the sale its great. Michaels use to be my favorite craft store but I like them all for different reasons. Id say I like Michaels for the kids crafts the most.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and have absolutely loved it until now. I have a small business in which I tend to use a lot of epoxy. I try to keep it in stock. I purchased some epoxy maybe two weeks ago. I grabbed it from the section I normally get and went about my day. I went to use my epoxy early yesterday morning and realized it was the wrong one. No big deal, error is definitely my fault. I do an online purchase for the correct epoxy so Can go straight into the store get and leave. I ordered my epoxy before the store opened (7am) and never received an email saying that my order had been picked. I called the store at 1pm and was told to call back in a few hours which I did still nothing. I told the staff I needed my item immediately so I was told to just come to the store. I pick it up, go home look in the bag. It’s the wrong epoxy AGAIN. I call to speak with a manager and was immediately told the item I wanted was actually out of stock. If that was already known why was I given the an item I didn’t purchase! Fast forwarding to today. Even though yesterday’s online service was HORRIBLE I decided to give it another try seeing that I work a 10 hour shift my order of 3 items should definitely be ready when I get off. I just called. Do you think my order is ready??? Smh. This place is a joke now. Don’t know if they’re under new management or something but I’m not happy with them anymore. I’ll be shopping at another location after today!!!

I gave 5 stars simply due to the fact that it is usually organized and things are easy to find.The downfall to this store is there is usually only one cashier working and a lot of the workers arent very knowledgeable about the products.

One of my favorite stores, I love doing arts and crafts and decorating so I frequent this place often. love when they put the coupons out, cause that helps you get good deals, wish they would do those more often. Cause somethings can be expensive without coupons.

As always, Michael is the place to go, when you need anything, arts and crafts. I like to teach my granddaughter about different geographical places, before her teacher does. Once we read up on, whatever were learning, we go to Michaels and create a project. I can always find everything we need there. Good job Michaels. You are an Award We.

Everything orderly but they were having a meeting up front only had one cashier on and left 3 of us in line while the one cashier was having some difficulty. Right when store opened SHAME ON THEM!!
