Good shop. The managers are great. Chad and Austin took care of my car and made sure it came out how I wanted it. They were easy to work with, and got the car done in time. I appreciate their responsiveness and communication. Its got a good shine and the paint was laid down nicely.

Went to Maaco yesterday. Worked with Austin and was very impressed by his knowledge, attention to details and friendliness. He fixed my car issues very quickly.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!! I paid almost $4,000 for a bumper and taillight and my trucks sensors started malfunctioning. Also they did not put all the parts and screws back in the body of the car, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY POOR QUALITY. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, or recommend to ANYONE. They just want your money. I should’ve known not to come here when I seen 3 different people complaining at the time I was dropping my car off. Also I still have to take it to another shop for service. DO NOT COME HERE!

These guys are the best! I had rescued a kitten, and the poor little thing got scared and crawled all of the way into the dashboard through an opening above the brake and accelerator. I called multiple different mechanics, even the police department and animal control and the only people that helped me were the amazing Maaco guys at this location! They pulled apart the steering and glove box to rescue the kitty and then put everything back together less than an hour and are true heroes! 10/10, will always recommend!

Horrible experience - the worst paint job ever! This has been an ongoing issue over a year. I have attempted to get this issue resolved over a year now. Phone calls to the manager and regional manager have gone unreturned. I paid nearly $1500 to have rust removed, a full body paint job - I have bubbles that have formed on the roof near the ski rack, bubbles forming on the rear wheel well, and rust reappearing. Mind you, I got this paint job done on May 18, 2020. I am about ready to speak with an attorney.

Took my car in for refinishing and painting of my front and rear bumpers and the roof area above the doors and the paint match came back very well and everyone I spoke with was friendly. Upon seeing my car however, which I had been called saying was finished and could be picked up an hour before, there was a tech laying in the parking lot in front of my car doing some kind of touch up. I was then asked if I had a hood emblem when I brought the vehicle in, which they then promptly went and found and installed. I then pointed out an obvious run in the clear coat in the middle of the front bumper, so they took my car back into the shop and fixed that.Ive attached pictures of the areas of overspray that were easily noticeable and truly dulled my view of the service I received. I was also disappointed to have to detail the inside of my vehicle to remove the extreme smell/dust of bondo that coated every surface inside the cabin, where I then discovered dried paint on my seat and a rubber mat in my door pocket that was now missing.Overall, while the price was lower than other shops I got quotes from, the sloppiness of the work leads me to regret my decision to not go to a more professional shop. The issues I experienced are simple things that honestly shouldnt have escaped the eye of anyone checking over their own work.

Went to Maaco on Maple Rd. An awesome guy (Austin) waited on me. He was friendly and knowledgeable as he addressed and fixed the issue with my car.

Body repair work was done as per the work order and it was a quality work. My van repair was completed and delivered within the estimated time. I was assured that it will be a finish of good quality - fender replacement and front bumper painting. Reasonable charge with the discount compared to other body shops nearby.

Did a great job, but noticed minor imperfections... Taking back to correct.. They completed it 6/18/21..Had it 9 business days. + 2 weekends... Wow!

I was referred to this specific Maaco to have a paint job done on my GMC Sierra and wow did they do an amazing job! The owner Chad was AWESOME!!!!! He is very helpful, cares abt what’s going on not only with your paint but with the whole car in general! He has very hardworking teams here at this location they were all working as a team to get the job done precisely yet professionally! Gotta give these guys 5 stars. I brought in my 2013 Raptor to get some rust repair near the windshield trim, less than a week turnaround and it was back to me with the area that was fixed indistinguishable from the rest of the truck along with the cost coming in under the estimate.The only thing I had concerns about was finding some residue all over surfaces of the truck that Im fairly certain wasnt there before, regardless it seems to come right off with a bit of simple green, so Im expecting it all to disappear once I get a full wash. There was also lots of primer dust, but thats expected with having to remove the windshield during the repair.Additionally also were able to warn me about my battery dying (Id only had the truck a few weeks and it hadnt gotten cold yet) and gave me a boost when I left, which saved me from getting stranded and finding out on my own.

Great experience. Fast quote, very professional. They took my car right away, fixed in 2 days. Dent scratch and paint job, looks just like new. Quoted less than half what dealer quoted. Will use again 100%

I went in to get my trunk door fixed. After an initial look over, I was given the estimate of more or less 1,100.The same day I dropped it off I got a call from the manager notifying me that there would be an additional 800 plus for a part that needs to be replaced. I agreed to this even though I had no way to verify it.Then the next day I get another call for an additional 200 to fix a broken tail light which was.not included in the original estimate. The manager even claimed that he talked to me about it during the initial look over. This makes no sense because had he spoken to me about it, then I would have agreed and thus this price could have been included in the original estimate. This I declined because. So I ended up paying almost double the original estimate. My problem with this is that I have never seen an estimate that was almost half the total bill I ended up paying.

I was satisfied with this location from the beginning. Very competitive pricing, professional and on time. They did great work and Im very happy with my overall experience. When I picked up the vehicle there was a tiny bit of overspray which they took care of right away, and even washed my vehicle. I recommend these guys to anyone!

I took in my 2018 Subaru Outback for door panel replacement/painting and ding corrections back in November/December. Due to my recent experience, I cant recommend this shop for the following reasons: 1) The management doesnt treat their shop workers with respect per my direct observation; 2) Do not own up to their responsibility for their mistakes and dont initiate course corrections; 3) No regard of their customers time and safety; 3) Questionable workmanship and quality control.Here are the specific issues:- My vehicle came back with unmatched color, wavy surface, run-on clearcoat, and paint drips on every rocker panels below the repaired areas.- It was apparent that they left the window open while the vehicle was being worked on. The passengers area was covered with paint and filler dust. This is a health hazard now permanently placed into my vehicle.- Masking tape was left attached in the gas port (not a major issue in itself, but it does speak to the extent of sloppy work and lack of quality control by the management)- I called with complaint about the issue and took the vehicle in for them to look at the issues in person. They told me to bring the vehicle back in at another time for re-work.- During my visit mentioned in the above point, the manager(s) called aside the shop staff who worked on my vehicle and humiliated him in front of me. The issue at hand was about a work that needs an immediate course correction for the customers benefit. Humiliating the staff with a blame accusation in front of a customer solved zero problems.My current situation:- I am still trying to find time to bring the vehicle back into the shop. Its not easy with my busy schedule. At the same time, I really dont want to do another business with this shop for all the reasons stated above. Im not confident they will do the job right.

The price for what I had done was more than I was expecting, but the work was excellent. They were very friendly and it didn’t take long at all even with having to order a piece of trim. Everybody that’s looked at my car says they can’t even tell anything was done to it! Wish I could’ve caught one of the $499 type of specials but that’s my only cause for concern, is the price being slightly higher than I expected .but even with that I give em 5 stars and will use them again and will recommend them to anyone

Stopped by for an estimate on a door dent and met with Paul. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He shared his insight and recommended several options which will save me money.Impressively, he recommended less intrusive fixes that could be done by another vendor or via no-cost resolution at a dealership.Paul’s approach, in particular given these trying times, was most appreciated. Will definitely be back if I need anything else.

I got some damage on the left rear quarter panel and door and that came out great. However there was some kind white milky spray in the car on the passenger side i tried to get the film off my wind shield and could not do it so my my car sat in storage six months later my wife got in contact with Justin the manger at the time and they got it off way to go maaco thank you for doing a great job and fixing the problem i will defiantly use you guys again

Hello,I got my 1993 bmw painted by these guys. Out of the box the paint job is pretty nice. I would rate it 8/10 acceptable for the price paid.BUT! They do slack on the cleanup work. Lots of marker, glue/sealer on the car that should of been cleaned off...Also the vinyl pin stripe that was put on looked like it was put on in 5 minutes. Its already coming off.Paint 8/10Cleanup 5/10Other little things I give them a 6/10Could of been a tad better for what was paid it was a premium plus with premium clear a almost $1800.00 job... Not to mention part of the RH door is chipped in a certian area...They get 3 out of 5 stars NOT FOR THE PAINT! BUT FOR OVERALL CLEANUP! It was not done correctly.Im not one to complain but stuff like that is easy to do.Update 11/13/2020I got another car painted from them. Got a mid level job. The paint was decent but certian areas of the car did not look sanded or prepped at all. I had to have them go back and redo part of the driver door... Makes me wonder if they prepped my more expensive job...as I paid for specialized sanding for both. They scuffed the hell out of my trim and had part of the trim hanging off when I picked it up after hours. I just fixed it myself at home as I dont want to run back to it.Paint job on this one 7/10 (single stage paint)Clean up 9/10Prep work 6/10.... I would say its a decent driver paint job but the prep work really killed it for me... Doesnt take much to sand a car down especially when I paid for the premium package. Dave was very professional and nice... but the guys doing the prep work need work...tons of blue dye in the car all over the seats and everything... Took a good hour to steam and wipe up...

By far the best and fastest experience I’ve had with a collision shop. After my accident, Nik and his team were extremely helpful, honest fast and caring. The whole process was seamless. Car was ready when they said it would be and I even got a text when it was ready for pickup. There were no surprises or high pressure sales. Overall a great experience from start to finish. I hope I don’t get into an accident again, but if I do, I will return to the Troy Maaco without hesitation. Thank you so much guys!

The Troy location has done several jobs per month for us over the last couple of years. Chad and Jim are a pleasure to work with and provide a high level of customer service and quality work. Jobs are always delivered as promised, highly recommended.

I had a rust repair done on my quarter panel wheel well. The surface looks good now, although the 4x4 decal is full of bubbles. More mportantly though, they did not remove the rusted metal, they put a patch OVER IT. I feel the $1100 I paid was way too much for this type of repair. Maybe a bad assumption on my part, but I assumed the rust would be cut OUT and the patch welded in. Had I known this was how they would repair it I would have gone another route.

I had a small car repainted and it looks great, the customer service was excellent, they went much further with the repairs to the car then they really had to and the results are just shy of stunning, I would definitely be a return customer in the future if the need arises.

I have been to this location a couple of times now. The team is great. They are polite, attentive and do a great job! I have been very happy with the work they do. I will certainly use them again.

Probably the best experience I could have had considering I smashed my car into a tree. They saved me money and tried to make it as affordable as possible and they fixed my car extremely fast. I honestly would never go anywhere else, these guys were great!

I had them paint the right fender and front bumper on my 2015 camaro. They didn’t bother to sand them or anything. I asked for a fade which was not worth it. They messed up the paint on my door with the fade. Probably the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. The paint is uneven. I would’ve probably painted it better than them. Worst experience ever.

A couple of years ago I had a major paint job and body work done here. I had a door replaced along with full painting of the vehicle. The paint job was actually well done. The replacement of the rear hatch was a nightmare though because they ordered a new door without checking to see if it was the right one. It was the right model but, the wrong year. They installed the door but, none of its wiring was compatible with the wiring in the vehicle so the rear defrost and rear windshield wiper would not work. Working with Maaco, I said Id install the rear components myself if they could get them to me. They agreed but, the parts they got me never totally worked right. They did work with me on it but, the guy I was dealing with had the mentality that he was doing me a favor when it was their botching of the whole thing that got it started to begin with. The problem was never totally fixed even though they said they wanted me to walk away feeling satisfied. This place seems good for painting and minor body work but, anything major Id advise people to look elsewhere. They didnt seem to know what the heck they were doing when it came to replacing my rear hatch. I wasted a lot of time and gas going back and forth with them and the problem was never even totally fixed.

I damaged my front bumper and did not want to turn the claim into my insurance. I called, received an over the phone quote, took my car for them to cut a piece of the damaged bumper out to match the paint color on the new bumper. Today I dropped off my car, they drove me to work and by noon I received a call that it was all done. Not only was my car fixed, but they washed it for me too. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the Maaco team. If I ever need repair services again, I will come to see you.

Very rude with my sweet grandpa. Gramps asked when will it be ready, employee says, I dont know, I dont have a crystal ball. Very slow to get the job done. Took 2 weeks to get a fender painted. Was overcharged for very poor work that looked like it was done with a spray can from home depot. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Dont go to this location you will get ripped off.

I had my gas tank painted for my motorcycle and when i got the gas tank back it had a bunch of dirt under the paint and pitting . couldnt pick it up right away so i left it there for 3 days and it got covered in dust and when they wiped it off the scratched it and when i asked them to fix it they told me they can try to buff it out but most likely they will make it worse and theres nothing else they can do they told me thats how it comes if you get it painted. that its normal to get dirt in the paint
