They do great work here. My car was repaired to perfection. And it was done within the timeline they quoted me in the first place. Also they did a detail both exterior and interior of my vehicle. Overall very impressed. Thank you.

First impressions make a lasting one. First of all when you come out in your camouflage gear ready to go hunting and greet an elderly woman who is 85, give her some respect. I came in to make sure my mom could still be somewhat independent but I know as stubborn as she is she wants to try to do her insurance damage claim herself. There was some mix up on names and phone numbers from my mom but Mr Camouflage (and I’m pro-gun and an hunter) comes out and says a comment of “I’m not sure she knows what’s all going on here.” What kind of professional comment is that? Don’t be disrespectful; and don’t think I wasn’t paying attention. Then he has the gall to say oh well “it could take 6-8 weeks before we can get to you.” It’s not like this collision service has a monopoly or has 5star ratings.

This place is the worst! I was supposed to have my car back in two weeks and it’s been two months now and each time I called they made up stories and lied! If you want your car done on time please do not take it there because they will make excuses to keep you car there for months! This place is not professional at all!!

Lack of communication! I was given a estimate time frame my vehicle will be ready for pick up, long story short I had to contact them with a status update! I was told it was a part issue and they had to re order a brand new part which pushed it back to additional 2-3 week repair and I have been without transportation for almost 3 weeks on top of waiting for the additional weeks added. Wanted to opt out and take it to a different collision company but was told my vehicle was already stripped in pieces. Why would you start a job knowing you don’t have the correct parts to begin with?

The repairs were handled in a fast and efficient way, every aspect was handled properly with great results. Bruce did an excellent job with follow up and promise time was completed as promised. A great Service experience,Two weeks later had to bring a different vehicle in for repairs and received the same excellent service from the staff, rental car was ready, promise time was accurate, vehicle was cleaned from top to bottom and all repairs were precise. Joe G did a great job with communication and follow up for this repair.

The first time was because my car was stolen. I had lots of damage to both the front and back doors on the drivers side, all 4 of my tires and rims were stolen and some undercarriage damage. I thought for sure my car would have been totaled out. 30 days later (due to part on back order) my Jeep looked BRAND NEW! I didnt have to do a thing once i dropped it off. From the estimate to finished repair, my representative Jeremiah Tucker was available and kept me up to date. Scheduling was no problem. The repair is excellent, youd never know anything happened (right front fender, fender liner, and trim were damaged when I was side swiped). Panel alignment seems good as new and blending the dark blue metallic color to the other panels looks flawless. Only issue was some dust on the passenger seat, though the exterior and rest of interior were thoroughly cleaned.

Great service and craftsmanship. My Jeep Grand Cherokee needed to have both passenger side doors replaced (eye watering how much damage can be done with such little effort when pulling out of a space in a parking lot). Jeremiah was great to work with - received updates throughout the entire nine day repair time - we were invited to come over to check out and approve the paint match-up, and had the vehicle back sooner than the initial time estimate. Very happy with how things out turned in the end.

We hit a deer and it did a bit of damage to my number head light and fender. I brought my journey to suburban collision and was luck enough to have Joe Gleason be my estimator. He took over and submitted my estimate quickly. And the next day the insurance adjuster came out and said we’d have to use aftermarket parts. Joe was able to make it work with all OEM parts that worked within the budget the insurance set.Tegan worked on my vehicle and within a week we got the vehicle back from collision shop and it looked as good as new. After blending the door with the fender my door looked better after suffering minor scratches before the accident.Overall the experience was great my car was detailed and looked fantastic when we got it back. The turn around was great and joe communicated every step of the way. They were a good team and offered a great experience.

I’ve had a horrendous experience with this company and will never go back again. I was involved in an accident on 1/2/2018 and the car was towed there for repairs. They didn’t even begin to look at it to give an estimate on repairs until weeks later. I was told by Joe the person assigned to my vehicle that he “had 180 cars just like mine he needed to deal with” and that “I won’t even get around to look at it for a few weeks.” Finally After 3 weeks with no work began or parts ordered i contacted my insurance agency to request a transfer to a new collision shop. They initially said that in order for me to move the vehicle I owed $1600 for a “holding fee” (aka for the car sitting there for 3 weeks). I finally got my insurance to help with this issue and move the car to a different shop. So we had 3 weeks lost with no vehicle and no work even started! Horrible experience. Seems they are WAY over booked and understaffed to be able to deal with all the work they have. On top of all that once the new collision shop received the car they reported that the keys were lost by suburban collision so i then had to file a secondary fleet claim. Awful customer service. Please consider this review when choosing a place to get your car serviced.
