The folks at this location were very helpful and although I didnt find the part I wanted, it wasnt due to a lack of effort on their part.They were more than accommodating.Would not hesitate at all to recommend this location.

When I worked here And Jim was the manager I made a simple mistake as a new employee at the time and instead of pulling me aside to confront me Jim caused a scene and demeaned my character as a person with insults infront of co workers and customers right at the counter. It was a complete and utter embarrassment to have had that happen. Everyone was half way decent but there was a concerning cut throat enviorment

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting no employees in sight. Just went down the street to advanced auto parts. Where there’s employees that help.

I had a great experience when I went here almost a year ago.(at that time, I was not writing reviews). There was a familiar face from a competitive store I used to go to frequently and this woman would go beyond to help me with whatever task I would think I could do on my own. She was the supervisor at her old place of work. I think her name is Jeanine or something with a J. Sorry my name memory is off. Anyway she us awesome. She helped me when I had problems with my car and helped figure out how to open a certain part etc. She always helps me find a way.While shopping there, I was not pushed to buy any other products except the one I needed. They were very kind, everyone in the whole store. I appreciate that kind of customer service. That is something you dont forget.

Great staff. Honest, hard workers. Always give me a good item at a great cost. Returned a item, had no issues doing so. They got parts that others dont and for less, some cost more but r of better quality. U get what u pay for.

Asked my question, got my answer and where I could find it and out the door. Love that kind of service.

I musta been waited on by chumley . Waited a solid 10 minutes while he walked around store looking for something to cut a foot of gas line hose . Out the door I went

They always have the parts I need. And if not they order them and they have them ready quickly! The staff knows their stuff and are friendly to work with.

The service is always great if they dont have what you need there they always do what they can to get it from another location for you or where ever they can awesome crew working there always friendly and extremely helpful

Favorite parts store and cheaper than other automotive stores. Just understand sometimes people have bad days. Great store.

Napa is a good auto parts store there products are well built & they stand by there products.

They have what you need and staff know what your asking about. The only draw back is their prices double or triple prices on a lot of stuff but if you need it in a pinch they will have it.

Place is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Lots of hard to find parts in stock.

Not happy at all with my purchase experienceThey sell me the a wrong part I put it in my car after 2 days I got to tow my car to repair shop to get the right part in which costs me a lot of moneyI went back to the store couple times no body want to be responsibleAfter couple attempts I was able to see the store manager he said I can’t do nothing all he did he gave me a phone number for district manager, that phone number was wrong I can’t get hold of nobodyReally not satisfied
