Had a good experience. I have a dry skin and I’ve been using a lot of products but nothing was working. But their makeup experts Carol helped me and gave me really good tips and I was really satisfied with what I god. Carol is a sweet lady helpful and she takes her time to give you what you need only .

This Somerset locale is well-stocked and its make-up artists friendly and most knowledgeable. They recognized the shade of lipstick and gloss I was wearing upon entry to the store. Hows that for product awareness. Also, if u join the MAC Club, u save 20% on products...Well, needless to say, I was elated. All consumers these days could use a discount. On line specials r CV great, as well.

I cannot express enough the positive experience I had at my first visit to the M.A.C Cosmetics store at Somerset Collection. I made an appointment for a learning session because I needed some fresh ideas with my makeup routine. My guardian angle was with me that day because I got NANCY(!) as my makeup artist. I was so fortunate! I arrived early for my appointment and was promptly greeted and informed Nancy would be arriving shortly. Sure enough, Nancy was right there at my appointed time. Nancy spent all the time with me I needed, even helping me take before and after pictures and allowing me to video the procedures of applying the makeup and the makeup products she was using on me. I was the most impressed with the change in my face with just the foundation. Remarkable! Nancy will forever be my makeup go-to person, and I will forever be a M.A.C. loyal customer. It is so wonderful having a one-stop shop and expert advice to go with it. I now have my staple beauty products which will take the guess-work out of mix-and-matching makeup products. I am not only content, I am enthusiastic about daily beauty routine.Throughout the couple of hours I was at M.A.C. Cosmetics at Somerset Collection, EVERY customer was greated with either a hello, we will help you in one moment or the customer was immediately helped.

Went there this morning for a skin care consult which free. Learned whats best for my skin type and color was helped by Carol. Today you can just walk in there and get this consult. I purchased concealer and eye cream for puffiness under eye. Spent total $60 and they gave me a few freebies. Love it! Staff are very friendly.

Glad I could return lipstick purchased online without a receipt. Just had to pull up the order number on my phone. Disappointed that they would not do an even exchange for a different color. Only return and repurchase. Since I got the lipstick on sale online I wouldve had to return at the sale price then purchase at full price. I just took the refund. Ill have to wait for the next online sale.

I usually love going to Mac, but not this one. Soon as I entered the store they were looking me up and down...No hello just snobby looks. Then wouldnt you believe it they started following me around as if I was going to steal something... Didnt ask me if I needed​ help, just kept staring at me and watching my every move. Finally, I went up to make my purchase and the guy with the glasses told me the color I chose wouldnt​ be my best option... Rude much??.. He gave me this ugly nude color.. I finally told him I wanted someone else to ring me and he acted offended.. I finally left and went to the one inside Macys.. Which was amazing...

Everybody is so laid back and funny. They are all very talented makeup artist & knowledgeable, Keri did my makeup for my birthday yesterday, and I loved it! This will be the only MAC store I purchase from.

MUA, Jay was fantastic. Detail oriented and very personable. I really enjoyed my time here.

Literally the worst customer service. I had gone in for lipgloss. Pretty simple I already knew the color was waiting to be helped (which is fine) and when the lady came over she yells you good and before I could even ask for her to pull the lip gloss so I kindly say no I would like this but I was wondering if it came in a larger size and she rudely barks back. Well considering youre standing in front of liquid lip stick no your lip gloss does not come I that size. It clearly says it on the sign what that product is! I have never been so disgusted by a sales associate before. Just rude. A customer had a simple question. never will go back!

Horrible customer service. I walked in and the sales associates looked at me while I stood there waiting for help. One just completely looked at me and then walked the opposite way. I did not feel comfortable and some people should be fired for scaring the customers away. That is definitely not a good look. This store needs to step up its game. Its not cute to act snobby.

It took awhile for me to get assistance. I felt like Ive had better experiences on other occasions outside of Somerset.

True, the store is busy and noisy and hectic. But the guy with the beard and the tree tattoo (Im ashamed I dont know his name) is awesome. In the past, EVERY experience getting the right color makeup has been an ordeal. Lots of trial and error. I walk into Mac and with a glance he says, youre N4. I thought no way, but sure enough its perfect. He did the same thing with concealer. Very happy with my experience.☺️

Really bad costumer service, the manager there was not helpful I was on the phone literally waiting for 45 minutes placing an order, they said they will get the product out and will call me back. Which took them about an hour to do so. And I was the one that called them back. I know they must be busy but Im a costumer as well. And this was run like a garage sale. Never had this problem before. But after waiting all this time and hassle they said they could not ship it to me because Im a MUA and they needed to see my credentials. So I end up calling the Chicago location which was very helpful and overnight my order without any problem. Thing that Ive done a million times.

Absolute worst service ever. I had appointment today at 2 PM showed up at 1:50 the man behind the counter says he could not find my appointment . Meanwhile I set my appointment up two days prior because of a photo shoot and wedding I had to go to today. The makeup artist suggested that he could call another location to set up another appointment for later today, really? Nonetheless I walked up to the call the Lancôme counter they took me right away and was way more professional than Mac makeupand was way more professional than Mac makeup treated me. Never again will I buy Mac make up !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As soon as I walked in I immediately asked for help, and Jose was amazing, he helped me replace some of my empties (and wiped down my quad cause one of my shadows had shattered) he even helped me make a duo pallet for my mom, and even placed it in the pallet for me.

Went in looking for foundation, and the female sales associate working with me was so snarky and rude when I asked a question I almost walked out of the store. Maybe they dont need to make sales at this location.
