Horrible customer service at the troy location. Not only did this company jack the prices up on everything but They refused to return my online item that I purchased 3 weeks prior for no reason other than they don’t carry it in the store (no kidding that’s why I purchased it online)When I looked the product up again online it was still there and fully returnable. They don’t have business skills and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are out of business a year from now. I’m now getting my merchandise from another Beauty supplier (Windsor, salon centric or cosmoprof) they never fail in the service department and you can’t beat their prices!

The staff there is not friendly at all they dont even speak to you and look at you like youre a bug some of the products they have as far as sanitizer dont even contain alcohol however they do have some good items and their prices are halfway decent on some items they need to learn friendliness and specify what is a good protective item and what isnt

Im so disappointed in TNG. Theyve changed things up to allow the public in and no longer carry professional supplies. Ive been customer for over 30yrs.
