I have visited before and was very pleased. Today it took seven minutes to schedule an appointment- I can hear the employees iPhone ringing in the background. I finally get my appointment set. She calls back to tell me she double booked me and asked me to come later. Not very professional.

My stylist Rassam is the best. She always does a wonderful job on my hair. I usually feel like a new person when shes finished.

She really should be doing hair for mega stars in Hollywood. Shes so good that my hair gets compliments even when Im walking IN for my appointments. 5 hours to get my hair highlighted ! I got there at 4:30 and I was still in the chair blow drying when the girl up at the front desk was saying she had to close the register and I needed to pay. So after I paid, I had the pleasure of straightening my own hair in the dark. Then walking out to a closed store. I’ve been streaking my hair for YEARS! I know when someone don’t know what they are doing, but by then it was too late and color had already been applied. My streaks are horrible, uneven and it looks like I got them done 2 months ago being that it looks like I have growth because she didn’t go to the root fat enough. I paid $130 by the way. And more now that I have to get it re done. I’ve never spent so long in a salon in my entire life. Nothing can be said to justify her taking so long. I’ve had twice as much hair and taken less time. She didn’t know what she was doing and don’t need to be coloring hair.

The base of my scalp and lower neck received chemical burns from the Mizani relaxer used on my hair. My hair was lovely, but the burns are awful and will take time to heal. Make sure stylist does skin test first.

Worst place ever! The “stylist” butchered my hair. Two days later when I was finally able to get an appointment at a different salon... I was told that it was the worst haircut they had ever seen and that’s including beauty school! I wish I could post a picture. Don’t let Megan cut your hair, trust me on this!!!!

I used to come to this salon because it was close to my place and I used to shop at Oakland mall alot. Other than that there was nothing special about this place. But I really got disappointed of their service today. I had an appointment with my stylist yesterday and when I reached there they said that she already had another client. I was patient at that time and rescheduled it for today. Then I had to sit there and wait for 1 hour cz my hairstylist was still working on her previous appointment. I have waited for my appointments few times before like this here, but maximums 30 mins. They didnt even have a decency to apologize properly for there mistskes. Thats it !!I will never waste any of my time here again.
