They have a wide variety of home items and furnishings. Many products are competitively priced. They carry a lot of chairs, couches, coffee tables, small tables, rugs, stools, benches, lamps, mirrors, wall art, etc. The store is huge like a warehouse.

Still expensive. I never expect them to be as pricey as they are for some reason lol but I love the variety of things they carry. Something for everyone. I bought a cushion for a bench I already had. Ill add the pic. Cost was $50 in August...it doesnt fit perfectly but it sure feels better lol

There is so much cool stuff for your house at this store. I had never been there before and was looking for a large painting to put up in our church and one of my colleagues said lets go to At Home. We found the perfect picture and I will definitely be back I didnt have enough time to really look at everything. But I can see that if you want an interesting table or you need an art piece there are hundreds and hundreds of things to choose from. And the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. The photo is of the piece we bought hanging in our sanctuary.

This is a review of what happened when I tried to have something returned to the store. My girlfriend ran over since Im working during the week to help me return something I bought. She had the receipt from the original purchase. The manager told her that they need the card that the purchases made on to make a return even though she had the receipt. After all this I needed to go make another trip. When I got there I asked to speak to the store manager who I found out was not the person I spoke to the day before. When I mentioned that this was the case and that one of her supervisors possibly impersonated her the manager nonchalantly said oh well. She told me that it has been their policy for 37 years since theyve been around to have to scan a card to return an item. Digital credit card machines havent even been around that long let alone chip machines. That has to be one of the stupidest policies Ive ever heard of my entire life and literally serves no purpose. Needless to say I will never ever shop at the store again. One other point to mention every single employee there was completely checked out and wasnt really doing anything. None of them wanted to be there.EDIT Based on Replay: I also contacted the customer care email twice that was just suggested to me today. I contacted it over a week ago both times. Zero replies. Also there is no contact number from customer care to get a hold of anybody.

This is like a furniture store on steroids! Great finds at awesome prices. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming here more frequently.

If you need stuff for your place to give it some personality, this is the place. This location is much busier than others, but long check out line does move fast. Be prepared to spend more than you planned. I found the buffet lamps I needed for a very reasonable price.

Ill probably never shop here again. Thousands of square feet of merchandise and very little that interested me. Displays with a warped pegboard backdrop, low quality decorations, a chair on display falling apart and employees aimlessly wandering around. I give it two years, before its closed.

Being that this is a corporate chain in the midwest, I assumed customer service was apart of their business model. I assumed wrong. I went in with a smile and hopes to find a new patio set, and left with nothing but a bad experience and poor treatment from a manager named todd. I hope in these dire times my review can persuade you to give your time and money to a much more deserving business that will appreciate you and your transaction.

First time in the store! Lots of seasonal decorations, lots of selections for home...its a huge store, prices ok, but some of the furniture has minor damage. I will go back again.

We went in looking for Christmas decorations. A sign in front of one of them said it was regularly 149 and was marked down to 89 as a Black Friday deal. They said no it was 149 and refused to honor the sign that was in front of the item. They called over someone named Will that was RUDE and when I said I wasn’t going to buy anything he replied “good”. The employees were all talking about how the sales were going all week, and there were no sale dates on the sign. I will NEVER set foot in this store again!

Inside the store was organized, but a lot of empty space and shelves. Couldnt find any employees for assistance. Outside of the store was trashy. There was garbage all over the parking lot. Mall garden space was very unkempt and trashy.

I bought one picture and needed another exact one. On their website it said 3 in stock at the Troy Store. I immediately drove down in 5 o’clock traffic and couldn’t find even one. Very frustrating!I hope they get a better online system where you can order it yourself. I wasted my time and gas for nothing!

Love the fact that each recept comes with an attached gift receipt that makes gift giving easy.Since I love, love christmas..I have totally updated my christmas ornaments ... so many beautiful items.Very inexpensive. They also have black christmas bulbs for those who like being different. Halloween decorations abound as well.Only drawback carts may not be able to go freely down each aisle due to large support beams .Take your best walking shoes a lot to see and buy!

Good for households

Worst experience at this location. Came in one weekend and there were only 2 employees working, both at registers. The one girl kept looking at her phone. The other one had a major attitude. It is not the customers fault for being so understaffed. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to ask for help getting down 2 patio chairs from a high up display. Ended up having to get them down myself almost breaking an ankle. Then we go back to register and the lady tells my sister and I to get back in the long line that was now double the wait. Ended up leaving all of our stuff there. Another customer followed us out and told us how ridiculous that employee was. There is no corporate number to call so ended up calling another location and speaking with a manager. Do yourself a favor and visit another location with better employees.

I just drove 90 miles to purchase a rug that the website said that they had it in stock. I checked even after arriving at the store. It wasnt available. I had designed my new office based on one rug. The manager did see it in his inventory. After looking for over 1.5 hours, the manager told me that the system updated and it is no longer in the store. The manager offered me nothing, not even an apology. One employee did really try to help me find it. That is why I rated it two stars.

Love this store, but it is very hard to find employees. We were interested in a chair and no staff was available. We finally found someone and she apologized.. maybe better zoning in such a large store.

The at home in Madison heights i had bad customer service and..an item was supposed to be marked 50% off and the manager stated it was Miss Mark even though the sign clearly said it. Not a good experience probably wont go back to this location again

This place is the home of decorations. I was very impressed on the selection in the variety of decorations for your home. If youre a male, definitely bring your woman to the store to pick out the great decor. Also theyve got seasonal items that fit any holiday.

This place is amazing for decorating/furnishing your house. Best Christmas season section around, artificial plant out the yin yang, place is huge!

They have almost everything. Huge selection of rugs. I love the store however the down side...... the staff has often been unfriendly and unhelpful. Walked the entire store and could not find a single staff on the floor. Walked out on one occasion, when I planned to buy a large rug but could find anyone to assist getting it down.

My wife and I really enjoyed the selection and accessibility of this store. The items we purchased are great and we’re happy with our selections.The only reason for the 4/5 is because they reccomended the “Delivery Service” that was not a good experience. The driver covered our stuff with blankets covered in pet hair which got on our furniture. The service was not explained well. It’s basically just a guy with a truck.

OMG 😳,so Nice but overwhelming. If you want something to do for an entire day, this is the place. Its literally a warehouse of home goods. Its clean & organized but overwhelming 😱...I went in looking for an insulated lunchbox for work. I began to daydream as I looked at the items, 🤔. Before you know it, it had been 5 hours later & I had completely forgotten why I even went into the place🙄.. after debating on if I should invest in a grill for my townhouse,😲 went home with 3 bags and NO lunchbox 😒!!! it wasnt until I get home i realized why I went there in the first place 😌..
