It’s been taking a ridiculous amount of time to get the shoulder pillow from this place. I wouldn’t shop here again as it seems too sketchy of a business. A couple people were fairly helpful but it’s been taking way too long for this to arrive as it’s been roughly a month.

We went into the local troy store and was greeted by the store manager who was nothing short of great!! He wasnt pushy but asked all the right questions. Best experience weve ever had!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The manager helped me find the perfect mattress to fit my budget and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They definitely earned repeat business from me.

Joshua and Spencer were very helpful at Metro Mattress today! My 24 year old grandson needed a new bed and we didnt know exactly what he wanted. Joshua had him lie down on several mattresses before he knew the exact firmness my grandson needed. He also knew what pillow he should try when lying on the mattresses. It was a well-spent hour! Payments were spread out with no interest, and it will all be delivered tomorrow! Of course the old mattress will be taken away. We couldnt be happier with the new bed and the buying experience. My husband an I went in last night to look at some options. We had been to a couple places before and dealt with pushy salespeople so we were a little standoffish when greeted and expected the same. What a difference. We were greeted by Zach who could sense we were frustrated but took the time to listen and we never felt as if he was selling us. He was very kind and professional. We get our Mattress tomorrow and we are excited. Will definitely recommend.

My wife and I needed a new mattress. This location was convenient and clean with a variety of floor models, but not an overwhelmingly huge selection. Nelson greeted us quickly and assured us that the mattresses were cleaned after the last shoppers. He took good care of us, and didnt rush us. He was very helpful and informative and made the whole testing and buying process educational and relaxing. He worked with us to get a good warranty on materials, and financing on a good sleep system that was within our budget. Highly recommend asking to shop with him if he is available. Would go back, but wont have to for many years.

So far we love the bed we got! But two things we were not so happy about. The first is they never let us know we need special brackets for our headboard. So we have to go to the store and buy them. The second is the guys who delivered the bed scratched up the walls getting it in and our floors and carpets got soaking wet.

If you are looking for a mattress to purchase, this is the store to buy it! I went in to purchase a mattress for my child hoping to find a good quality one at a decent price. The sales rep., Andrew, helped me find that! He actually listened to what I was looking for and didnt dismiss my goal of being price conscientious. Most places will just try to convince or even pressure you to buy the highest priced one. I went to other places and didnt feel comfortable buying anything because I wasnt sure if it was a good mattress or they were just trying to sell me some overpriced mattress. However, here it was different. Andrew not only explained price differences, he was also able to explain the purpose and pros/cons behind each mattress at each price level and all the different details about high quality mattresses. He was very knowledgeable as well as personable and polite! He takes time to answer all questions and expresses a genuine interest that the customer gets the best product for what they are looking for! I will definitely go back for future purchases as well as recommend this specific metro mattress to others. At the end, there was another sales rep., Seth, who was also helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Great store overall!

I hate shopping for mattresses, or spending money on much of anything for that matter. But it’s not all hype, Stephen at Metro Mattress made it fun and easy. He wasn’t pushy, but he was knowledgeable about what kind of mattress would make me most comfortable and now I have one I love!

Was in a desperate time when i needed a new mattress, and granted its going to cost you your left leg and a few fingers to get a mattress that doesnt contain a ton of harmful chemicals, and is not made from petroleum plastics, i was given a pretty good deal and got more than just the mattress.Be warned that in previous purchases, i was NOT told that using the mattress on a non-approved surface sold with that particular mattress, you instantly void the huge warranty provided with the product. That mattress will cost you $800, and if you want the warranty to apply, you need to buy another $200 item. Not much of an included warranty.

Brought my parents here to purchase a new mattress. Jordon the salesman was excellent and their mattress was delivered to them the very next day. Which by the way, was a Sunday! My parents were very impressed.

The care that I was given was through the roof. I never had such an experience shopping for anything. It was to the point but so open to my personal thoughts and wishes. Ive finally invested in a mattress that will in turn allow me to invest a better nights sleep and superior health.

**DO NOT GO HERE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM THE STORE MANAGER!!** I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. The store manager Stephen, had a mattress from another location coming in for me to pick up. A few days later when I followed up to see if the mattress was in, I was told it was sold to someone else. When asked if there was anything else they could do they said no. That is just poor service.The regional manager was supposed to contact me, but never has. Thanks for leaving me out in the cold Metro Mattress. This is completely unacceptable for anyone, but absolutely disturbing that the store manager did this. This shows that they do not care about the customer, they care only about the $$$. Highly disappointed and would have been less angry if I at the very least received an apology. Instead I got nothing. And to add insult to injury no one has tried to help me resolve this issue.

The two guys in the store were very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. They swapped mattresses and box springs to show us the different height variegations for my three year old. Yes, we were the only people in the store, so we go their undevided attention. On the flip side they Weren’t pushy, and we never felt forced to buy anything. We went in for one bed and ended up buying two. We got a bed for my son, and a Nectur bed (Bed In A Box) for ourself. I was already toying with the idea of buying one. they had it on display... I was sold when I could actually try it out. We had an great experience and delivery was free. :)

As far as the friendly associates= A+. But disadvantages far as eligible services. The product was faulty. I did go through process, get approval for replacement. Buuut, i had to lug the old frame back up for exchange, pay more (i dont drive..hmm) because of some lack of info on original day of purchase, i had to deal with what i had until could come up with that and the extra delivery fee. Also not happy with my mattress exchange. They tried to say company upgrade model, yours not available anymore. Ok buuut how is going from a Pillowtop to a plain flat mattress an upgrade?. I feel jipped. I like the reps but i wont be dealing with metro mattress again.
