I went in for the first time today, definitely wanted to check out the new place in Troy. I got a roast beef sandwich, and it was very tasty roast beef, and quite generous for a $7 sandwich. Came with an apple, which is great! However, there were only three sandwiches on the menu, so this is definitely not trying to be a lunch location (roast beef, herbed pork, and chicken salad wrap).As far as the butchery goes, the place was very sparse. I didnt feel like I could walk in and do my staple shopping here. There were some roast chickens out, and a few different cuts of beef, but that was it for their displays. They also had some sausages which looked fantastic, and might be the only thing Id return to buy. Otherwise, prices were sky high, even for stew beef. I get that its organic, grass fed, local beef, but the jump over buying grocery store meat would be awfully hard to stomach.

Sadly I found out they permanently closed. Business was not viable. Shame because they made the best ham sandwich Ive ever had.
