Have mixed feelings on my experience here. This is my second time getting a Jaguar F-pace from Jaguar Troy. Both times had a great experience getting the vehicle. However, with my current 2021 F-pace, I immediately had issues with the vehicle after I brought it home. The amp was defective and would make a loud blaring noise. Took it back, they fixed it within a week and we’re super kind. A month or two later, my engine light came on. I make an appointment and take it in. They tell me the O2 sensor needs to be replaced. They order the part, which understandably takes a few weeks to order and tell me the vehicle is safe to drive. Finally have the O2 sensor replaced weeks later and drive it home. Engine light comes back on the same night. I frustratingly make another appointment and they can’t tell me what’s wrong or why the engine light is on. Say it could be electrical but they have to check what to do and will give me a call. I go on vacation for a week, get busy at work and don’t follow up. Then I send an email to the service department in mid September. No response. I call a week or two after and leave a voicemail. No response. I call the service department again just this week and they tell me to leave a voicemail and they’ll get back to me. Still no response.Immensely disappointed with the service for this issue and for my brand new 2021 F-pace. Every time I have to bring my vehicle in, I’m driving an hour from Toledo. At this point I want the issue resolved immediately or a replacement vehicle. Feel like I was given a defective vehicle.

Going to this location I would highly recommend asking for James as he was available to me even on his day off to answer questions and discuss further. Couldnt say enough great things about him, awesome guy! Johnny C the Pre-Owned manager took the time out of his day to call me to make sure all my needs were met and questions answered. Both even offered to stay after hours for the closing before offering to deliver right to my front door.

Took my mom‘s Jaguar in to get serviced. Simple oil change. They called her and told her she needs windshield wipers and a new battery and a couple of other things that she couldn’t remember. But was on the invoice when she picked up the car and did her oil change. And it was gonna cost and additional $1400.. I thought it was kind of fishy. How’s the battery tested it was fine. Not happy with them.

Just went in to service for a system update on my vehicle and Ahmed Derbass was my service advisor he was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable he kept me posted while the car was in service. When my vehicle was done he arranged someone to pick me up from home and then when I arrived back to the service department Ahmed sat with me in the car and explained exactly what they did he wanted to make sure everything was working properly before I took it home and he even took the time to make sure my phone would be compatible to the new system update and set that up for me also. Thank you for being so helpful.

I purchased a certified Jaguar XE with these guys. I highly recommend NOT to purchase your dream car from these guys. They will be pretty nice until you purchase the car. Once the deal is done, they wont respond to your emails or calls.

Something work well and sometimes they do not. When dealing with Dealerships Jaguar Troy is okay. I understand that they do not design the vehicle or build them. Service can be a true, false story . So far I been told things that are true and things that lead to a corporate relationship. So its the car business! Do your home work .

Whenever I have my car serviced at Suburban, Jaguar of Troy, it is always a pleasant experience working with Don. Don is patient, he does a great job with explaining the work to be performed, is mindful of my time and if alternate transportation is needed, it is never a problem. Don is always upfront with the costs and there are never any surprises.

I tried to work with a Ivan Hood to sell my vehicle. He offered much lower than what is was worth due to the check engine light being on. Which I advised was a minor issue. So I went to autozone and provided paperwork showing the minor issues (o2 sensor) which is a 100 dollar fix and he still low balled me for the vehicle. This vehicle is currently sold at dealerships for thousands more than what they offered. So those who wish to sell or trade in vehicles here I would look elsewhere.

Had the worst experience by the service department. Got taken for thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs and then the work they did do is setting off warning lights and they won’t stand behind their work. Service manager was a condescending meat head and I wouldn’t trust dealership for a second!

I had a vehicle serviced there, and a few days later I noticed a scratch on the side. I took it back to them, and without hesitation, they took care of buffing out the scratch and making it look like new. Adam Bouchard and Brandon Richardson were great to work with, very friendly, and made me happy to do business with them. I highly recommmend.

Terrible service in general from the service department. I was noticeably treated different than other customers so much so that another customer waiting (with issues I might add) made mention of it. I was told after dropping off two of the 110K vehicles under lease, that loaner cars are not an option. They were 8 weeks out but Ahmed while servicing another customer over the phone told that customer as soon as you get in town come straight here and we will have a loaner for you. I have been purchasing vehicles since 2002 and after these vehicles are turned in, I will never buy JLR again.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall, I informed the guy of which recall it was for my jaguar. When I showed up, they did not have the part. I drove from Jackson, mi... so they said they would order part and re scheduled.Well, I showed up for the 2nd appointment. They said they didnt have nothing on me but took my keys an etc... I gave them the recall paperwork. About 5 minutes later they told me they did not have the part.. I explained that I had been there once before and same thing happened and they had told they would order part. He than told me they used it with another customer. I told I had driven from Jackson and wasnt to happy about it, some sort of call would of been good..They did not care one bit, just acted like it was nothing at all.I left ... drove to Farmington Hills jaguar dealership and experienced way better service. They ordered my part and set an appointment for me and was way more friendly. This was on 04-23-2021Avoid this dealership.. it seems they can care less

Service was good as usual. What I am not happy is with the remote start app. They had us delete the old app which never worked and install a new app which worked at the dealership. Once I left the dealer ship it no longer works anywhere. Very disgusted that I have this great car and it does not have a workable remote start. I really wish this could be resolved this really would make me consider a different brand when its time to get a new care.

Absolute worst dealership ever, they are EXTREMELY slow it has taken over a month for them to replace my key fob. They have poor communication and they also wait until I get pick up the car to double the price and apparently they don’t have a manager on site to help with anything .. also to top it off all my plants I had in the car are dead! And the least the could have done is vacuum the car out! My service advisor was DON and I would not recommend him or this location

I have owned three Jaguars during the past 20 years, all purchased at and serviced at Jaguar of Troy. For the past 5 or 6 years, Ive relied on Larry Logarta, their senior Service Advisor, for all my dealings with their Service Department. Hes an outstanding customer service representative, clear in his explanations of what needs to be done and in describing any problems encountered during service. In addition, hes just a really nice person. He enjoys helping customers, and I appreciate his excellent service.

Not happy at all with keeping me informed about the status of the repair after I explain my personal needs (I had to rent a car because at JAGUAR!!! no loan car was available. They only offered the driver but I couldn’t stay without car for 24 hours). I was promised that I was receiving updates and I had to call several time to be able to speak with someone. Totally disappointed about the assistance received. The service performed anyway was good.

Wow, I took my car for service because I was having some issues with my tires and got to tell you Brandon and the team at the service department went above an beyond to understand my problem and help me. Firts they made me understand that my safety was taken care of (the tires could blow up any minute) and then help me get into the loaner I needed to continue with my life. 2016: I got a F-Type coupe and I am in love with the car. I am pretty sure you will find one of the best staff here at Jaguar. They will work with you to get your car and all that is needed from us is being organized with our documents.On the other side, one thing lacking was technical knowledge of the car. You would not get answers to some of the technical questions and it will probably take time for them to follow up or theres a possibility they will completely forget about it. You would have to research on your own to look up in jaguar forums to get answers for it.Service department is very helpful and I have had no issues with them.They provide you with loaners if you turn in your car for service maintenance or repair. I hope they start giving F-Types as loaner, at least for F-type owners.2017 Update: In progress..

Most car dealers are pushy. After all, youre looking for a new vehicle, and each dealer I visited wanted to entice me. Nick was professional, comfortable to work with and informative. He listened to what I had to say and had an I-Pace ready for a test drive minutes later. Nick proceeded to introduce me to the rest of the team, from technology to service. The I-Pace is a brand new all-EV vehicle, so anything that Nick couldnt answer was quickly addressed by Forrestt, who handles the technology aspect. What other dealership has someone who handles new tech? I was impressed and picked up my new vehicle on my schedule. Class act all the way!

I recently went to Jaguar of Troy to have my car serviced. I always ask for Antonio Logarta because he gives me great service! After the technicians have had an opportunity to check the vehicle, I am given a summary of issues that need to be addressed. Antonio (Larry) will take whatever time is needed to ensure that I have a full understanding of the issues so that I can make an informed decision. At times, I cannot afford to get all of the recommended maintenance done and will ask Larry to tell me what is most critical. He is always willing to go thru the recommended maintenance with me, suggest what has to be done right away and then we schedule times for me to bring the vehicle back to get the rest of it done. I appreciate that he understands that money can be an issue and does not try to pressure me to have more work done than I can afford. He also keeps me informed about the progression of the work being done via text and email. I would like to commend all of the service advisors as well because I am always received with a smiling face and someone always offers to help me if Larry is busy with another customer. I very much appreciate the excellent service I receive whenever I go to Jaguar of Troy!

Worst customer service. My experience has been awful. If you like the product, find another dealer. They do not provide customer service and they do not know how to fix their own products. Phone calls are not returned and they don’t follow through on their end of the agreements.

Award for the worlds most elaborate oil change goes to Jaguar of Troy.Dropped my car off to routine Oil change on 19th Oct and got it exactly a week later. On Tuesday a rep called saying they recommend 3K worth of spares and labor - i refused to do it during this season, for which I was told car would be ready on Wednesday.I followed up on wed to friday, someone will pick up and say sending a pickup.. eventually got one the following monday.And - even wash was not done, inside in passenger seat sprite bottle trash.My recommendation, unless you are covered by Jaguar warranty - do NOT go to Jag of troy, there are much better places for a non warranty car in car country. Simply coz, Jag of Troy does not care about customers.New Cars, Cars on Lease, Cars under warranty - Go there. Coz Jag is behind you.Used cars - AVOID under ANY COST . Went in the dealership the day after Christmas because I was interested in getting another new car. Walked around with my family for about 20 minutes and not one person said hello or can I help you. 3 salesmen walked passed us and one salesman was right by us talking on his cellphone. Then when we leaving getting into our 2019 Lincoln Navigator a couple of the salesmen want to run out to see if we need help. No thank you I will take my money and business where its wanted.

I leased a Jaguar from here a week ago. The sales guy, Greg was amazing! A very smooth process. As part of the deal I purchased a warranty that required me to bring the car back in for a diamond shield to be put on the windshield. I was told this would be a quick process. It took almost 2 hours before I got my car back. I was told they had to wash and dry it before it could be applied and that’s why it took so long. When my car was brought back to me it was still wet, there were water spots on it and scratches on the hood. Scratches that weren’t there when I brought it in. When I called them I was put on hold and passed around and never got to speak to a anyone about it. I called again and got on the phone to someone who is sending a driver out to my house to pick the car up and get it fixed and bring it back. That’s the customer service I expected. I’m very glad they are willing to take care of it!

I had a flat tire the night before and called Don at Jaguar in Troy. He told me to bring it into service and they could patch it right up. Don was extremely helpful and quick in this situation. Came in tonight with my son. I am on the market for a new car lease. I currently drove a Cadillac... I looked at all the models, opening doors etc. Not one sales associate even said Hello! I have never been so impressed with a dealership before. This dealership’s service matches the quality of the cars in their showroom. Everyone from the receptionist, up to the upper level management is a class act.When I initially came into the dealership I wasn’t having the best day and called to complain. Even though I called minutes before they were about to close, Karen answered the phone cheerfully, eager to address any concerns I had. Later that night, Keith called me after work hours just to assure me that I would be taken care of.When I brought my car in, Larry, in the service department, did everything he could to accommodate me. Even though he was clearly busy and swamped with work, he offered me snacks and drinks. He also went out of his way to make sure that I had a loaner car so I could still make it to my business meetings while his team worked on my car. There are very few service departments that I trust, most will up-charge you and surprise you with hidden fees, but Larry did the exact opposite and instead made sure that I fully benefitted from my warranty. I’ve never walked out of a service department so happy. I will be a loyal, life-long customer of this business.

I needed an oil change for my Jaguar XF, but had to wait for a weekend appointment due to my work schedule. I called on a Saturday morning, thinking it would be at least a 2 Saturday wait. To my surprise, they got me in within 2 hours the same day, and the wait was not bad either. I use to go to Jaguar of Troy under the last ownership, and I will definitely be going back for future service needs.

For our Range Rover, received a quote for a number of suspension and brake parts for over $12,000! Belle Tire did the same job using OEM parts for a little over $4,000. Tried the dealership again when the radiator needed work. Quote was over $4,000 from the dealership to replace the radiator. Went elsewhere and spent $125 getting a radiator flush and it worked fine. Dealership didnt offer that as an option. When I presented these concerns to the service adviser and manager, they were condescending and didnt seem to care.

I have taken my jaguar xk to here since Larry took over the service dept. Do not go to any other jaguar dealers nearby, go see Larry, he is more knowledgeable than anyone when it comes to service and jaguars. This place is so much better with suburban owning it. I just took my 2009 SAAB into this dealership for Air Bag replacement. The car lights were functioning properly.After service for the airbag - I no longer had headlights or brake lights.returned to service - to be told that all four lights went out due to age, and that they had nothing to do with it. Cost me a lot of money to fix ... very strange with no satisfactory answers given (age - all four lights at same time)

My husband and I actually purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Jaguar Land Rover of Troy, MI and we felt like we were treated with the same kind of superior service as someone spending about 10x more than we did. From our arrival, they gave us clear information about the vehicle, plenty of time and freedom to test drive, and worked with us on the price to get us out the door within our spending limit. Several employees stayed late on a Friday to finish our paperwork as we were in from out of town and sent us off with a completely washed and detailed car with a full tank of gas. We would definitely do business here again.

This place has always impressed me with the service. I dont get to see the sales department that often but each experience there has also been very good. Their body shop is the only one that I know of in southern Michigan, maybe all Michigan, that can handle the aluminum repairs with precision.

On 2/19/18, I absolutely left the dealership having had a pleasant experience with my salesman, James after driving 2 hrs in the rain to pick up my new vehicle from this dealership; however during my closing I was talked into the “tire and wheel option” by the finance person, Kevin that evening, but later discovered that my insurance company covered any damage which occurred to my tires/rims due to potholes or other collision damage so I left Kevin two messages within 24 hrs asking him to contact me so that this $1,614.00 option could be removed.Kevin appeared very nice and professional during the closing so I totally believed he would return my call; however after leaving messages twice for Kevin on his voicemail then messages with my salesman twice asking that he contact me still no return call from Kevin.Earlier today, I contacted the company overseeing this option and was told that I needed to contact the dealership since they had not yet received any paper work for this option, which was the sole reason I wanted to contact Kevin to avoid paperwork being sent to them or this fee being worked into my contractClearly, I’m no longer a priority or worth a 2 minute return call now that the deal has been made which is very upsetting. This review is not a reflection on my salesman since he great and has attempted to help me resolve this matter; however hopefully management will read this review and address my concerns or I will not be doing future business with this dealership!

We had sent an email over to inquire about a Range Rover we liked. As a mother of 3 young children car shopping with kids is not an easy task. They answered our questions, pricing, lease options, etc. then had Sammi waiting for us when we arrived. They were very courteous with our children and accommodating to our situation. They let us put our car seats in the RR Sport to make sure 3 kids would fit. I was thankful to have Sammi show me how to work all of the options. He made everything easy and I would happily go back. The other associates I interacted with were all courteous as well. Thank you for an easy transaction!

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Jaguar here in December. I live out of state. Shame on me for not checking it out before purchase. I relied on the fact that it was a CPO to protect me. What a mistake. The car had a cracked windshield, leaking rear end, worn out tires, and $1668 worth of corroded parts under the car. It should have never been sold as a CPO.

My experience at this dealership was A1. My sales consultant, James wawrzyniak made my experience a fun and enjoyable one. Finance manager Joseph Allen was a pleasure to deal with and also made my experience a great one. I would recommend Jaguar of Troy to anyone looking for that upscale ride.

I have gone elsewhere for some service work due to their pricing, but when someone backed into my vehicle they were not only the best price for the bodywork, they did a flawless job. It took maybe a day longer than originally anticipated, but they kept me up to date every step of the way. Very courteous and professional.

Brought my vehicle ( Range Rover ) in for a loud metal clicking coming from the rear. Dropped it off on a Monday.. by Wednesday I received the report with “diagnosis “.. multiple recommendations but primary problem was supposedly found to be rear differential.. 3k to repair. Other suggestions exceeded 8k !! I approved the repair and waited... near end of the week it was being serviced but didn’t expect to be done until following week. I picked the vehicle up the following week and upon driving home ( 1 hour one way ) I noticed that the problem still exists!!! Called the dealer and they said bring it back.. it was the holiday weekend and I couldn’t make it back until the following Tuesday... brought it in at 10am.. took Larry for a ride to show him the noise... they immediately brought it in and had me wait. Approximately 30min later it was sitting outside... I advised them I had to leave and they said it was fixed?? Had to wait 2 days for the FINAL report which states it was a “loose cable” hitting the drive shaft???? Apparently the first time I brought it in they didn’t diagnose it AT ALL and simply did what they wanted. If upon ACTUALLY LOOKING they found the issue in 30 minutes..... so now I am out MY TIME, 3000 in repair as well as the imaginary diagnostic and labor charge... I basically paid for a repair that wasn’t needed !!! Now I have called Brandon 3 times and he is clearly avoiding the issue and refuses to answer or return my calls. This will be a fast and easy lawsuit... regardless of the outcome I will make it my life’s mission to ruin this dealer and cost them as much money in lost business as humanly possible!!! I have the means and the time to take out full page ads and billboards to absolutely destroy these people with the TRUTH !!! Stay tuned

After being referred by my friend Salem, I found myself in the presence of great professionalism and excellent customer service. The only Jaguar dealership anyone should buy their car from; I couldnt have asked for a better experience when buying my first Jaguar.The dealer I had the pleasure of working with was far from the pushy salesman. He ironed out my needs and desires in a Jaguar, then showed me an array of options.
