Nice n helpful staff
I have been purchasing high end autos for the past 12 years. Range Rovers, Jaguars, Aston Martins and others so I have had a lot of experience with purchasing these types of cars and working with these types of dealers. That is why I can say with certainty that Maserati of Troy is the best dealership I have ever worked with. They have been outstanding to work with! I have purchased two Maserati Gran Turismos the last 4 years and both of these experiences have been great. More importantly after the sale the service continues to be excellent! In fact I just placed an order for the MC 20! Justin Helsene the sales manager, is the sole reason why I purchased the first 2 cars and also the reason why I am buying the MC 20. Im not normally this bullish on car dealers but this firm is an exception!
Loved it everyone way so nice and professional
Most Professional, Friendly, Caring and Efficient in the service of their vehicles and customers. My Personal Sales Representative was Mark. They were Pleased with my Return and in a few years I plan to acquire another vehicle from this dealership.Respectfully,F. R. III
These guys are the best. I phoned several times in one day to ask questions regarding the access code for a vehicle we purchased. Wound up driving to their service department and they were so friendly and courteous. They had us bring the car in the service area and they showed us how to input the code and operate the entertainment system.
I brought my vehicle in for a service issue, I was fortunate enough to have had Charlie as my service advisor. I had explained the issue of a rattling noise I was hearing, so the following day I received a call from Charlie, letting me know everything was fine. Still concerned about the findings, Charlie took me to the service technician to better explain the reasons for his finding. Charlie’s customer service went way beyond, thank you again Charlie for all your help...,
I walked in wearing a t-shirt and ripped up jeans (on purpose), and I had a great experience purchasing my Maserati (from beginning to end) with very nice knowledgeable staff. Mark in sales was great. Of course Maseratis need some extra care and maintenance, but when mine does I see Charlie in Service and he always takes great care of everything. I definitely recommend this dealership. This female who always walks in with a t-shirt and jeans gives Troys dealership 5 stars! Oh, and try the real Italian espresso by the Lambos, yum!
Worst experience ever! The parts department should be closed down! I have never dealt with worse customer service. I am from California and the parts department in California is cleaner more professional and just all-around better
Today i called service department to get the 4 digit radio code for a maserati I recently purchased. The gentleman got my code over the phone within a couple minutes. Thank you very much!
I suspect most of the reviews, such as, “ expresso is ‘yum’”, are fake. The service center, as some of the other posters mentioned, is perhaps the worst in the nation; and, I never give bad reviews. Awful.

Awful. Worst customer service ever... unbelievable, get better service from our GM dealer by miles. Agree with other poster, go to the Granville dealer for major service. For normal service go to Curts Auto a German Bosch shop in Berkley. They service Maserati. I would call ahead and make sure the have the unique German Ferrari oil filter in stock or get one from Amazon and bring it in.
Probably the worst dealership in America i drove to new York to avoid this dealership the staff is unorganized, a fastfood chain has a better trained staff, you’ll walk in and and find no one to greet you, works playing on their computers an acting busy. The parts department probably used crayons and coloring books. Avoid at all cost. Very horrible.
Update- Thanks Stave for the tip! Curts in Oak Park (Berkley) is fantastic! I now take both of my Maseratis there.--------------Go to Maserati of Granville, the other MI dealer. They are ~40-50% less on parts and service. You could literally flat bed your car their for service for less money than what these guys charge. No joke because Ive done it!At any rate, the guys at that dealer are super nice! Highly recommend.
Took my Maserati in for service. I made an appointment 2 weeks out. The day before i took it in, Dan from Service called me and said they were backed up and to wait another 2 weeks to bring it in. I said ok, so he rescheduled my appointment. I finally took the car in on a Wednesday morning and he said by the end of next week it will be ready. I said ok. He gave me a Cadillac to drive as a rental, even though i am paying the payment of and driving a Maserati. Today, 9 days later, he tells me they havent looked at my car yet and that they MIGHT be able to do it tomorrow or he will try his best for Monday. Are you kidding me? When I drove a BMW, the BMW dealer treated their clients as royalty. Like their customers actually meant something. You would think a Maserati dealer would do the same if not more. Horrible horrible horrible service. Still waiting for a Service Manager to call me. I guess he was to busy to talk at the time.
Sadly, I wish I could give a better review of the place considering they offer the Italian lines of autos and Rolls and Bentley as well. However, I review honestly no matter my affiliations with the employees and/or the company. When it comes to sales, I feel for the quality sales people like Ross specificall. They sell well and Im sure believe they are selling for a reputable parent company. This would be the case if Suburban wasnt the service (bad-service) company attached. You buy a $100,000 car believing youll get good warranty and maintainance, but if you buy her you get one heck of a half-job. They do the minimum at best. Ive had my Maserati and my Infiniti in for service a couple years apart. I was upset both times. Price was double that of service King and 5times that of what I paid in the end. Expect no favors gere. The small warranty work on the Maserati and the sticky buttons in the Infiniti were never even touched. I asked multiple times and gave up forever. My father can buy from them, but I wont. Not when they do such a notoriously lousy job
The worst customer service ever.I’m gonna sell my car so I won’t have to deal with them anymore.they are the only Maserati dealership in the area.
Customer service not good at all all the employees are horrible
Great place!!!
