Went in for a test drive walked out with a order!Mo was our “Sales Advisor” and kept with us through the end. We placed an order at the desk and we were on our way, the test drive/car was cleaned up/wiped down prior.Mo was very helpful and still is through the whole process by answering emails and calls.Cannot wait to get my Model 3

I just test drive the performance version of the Model S and all I can say is wow. I essentially drove a really fast smartphone. The car itself is beautiful on the inside and out. It’s unbelievably smooth and quiet, and fast. Many smart and unique features. For example if you say “ho ho ho” it will play Christmas music. And there are also arcade games you can play (while parked). It’s just a very advanced automobile. It’s really quite an amazing piece of technology. I would encourage everyone to go test drive one FOR FREE. My copilot, Prosper, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the drive very exciting.

Very friendly staff, the location can be a bit of a zoo during the weekend with kids climbing all over in the cars, but just come here during the week or after dinner time if that is bothersome.You cannot buy a Tesla here because of Michigan law, but they will let you test drive and connect you with an out of state dealer. Most likely in Cleveland.

I had my first test in a Model 3 here last December. After another test drive in Sarasota I placed an order and received my Long Range Rear Wheel Drive in Tampa in May. The drive home to Michigan was no problem. After some study, the electrician will come this week to install my home charger.

Displayed Model S and Model X and displays all the information about Tesla and its products beautifully.

Love it! The 2021 X model I love the that the screen has everything at the push of a button. The price is even better

Good customer service

Driving a Tesla is great fun but I am not sure I would buy it again. $65,000 for so much hassle! After the car got clipped/dinged on the drivers side rear end, it took a month to get in the shop because there is only one shop in the state of MI that does collision repair. Other shops have opted out recently due to issues with Tesla service in parts procurement. Now I am in the process and see the examples. There is a rear panel on back order they need for my car. It has been a week and Tesla has not even responded whether it is available now and I know because I am included with a Tesla service account shop made for me. So the shop wasn’t sure if they should keep the car/start for the past week and we are in limbo whether to get the long contract for the loaner car. The parts apparently can’t be returned to Tesla (unlike others car companies) once ordered so it makes for repairs being done in several stages, doubling the time at least. Also, heard from another owner they have sent the wrong parts for her car several times now. Pure Idiocy. They need to stop doing useless software updates and flashy PR and get their customer service/parts procurement in order. I waited a long time for this environmentally conscious American technology but they don’t deserve our loyalty at this rate.

Best Car Showroom Ive been to in a while.

Want to buy an electric car? Well, now you can, from the mall, of all places. Clean, well lit store, with everything laid out simply and cleanly.You can test drive a Tesla here, but depending on what they have in stock, the selection may be limited. As of this writing, they have the Models 3, X, and S available.

I live near this area and have my recreational visit to the Tesla store whenever I get the chance while visiting the mall. The store experience has gradually built up enough micro interest in Tesla, and I might as well pull the trigger! For improvements, Id advise the management to train staffs with more in depth knowledge to be able to respond to questions regarding charging and battery that customers cant get from elsewhere.

Go to Joe if you are liking to learn a lot. He gave me a lot of details and got me really excited to drive one. I ended up preordering the model Y and can’t wait to receive it.

I have been told Model 3 will be coming soon. My test drive of Model S was amazing, amazing machine ... very fast that one can just zip thru Michigan U turns. The associate who helped me with my test drive was amazing. He explained to us about the new technology in a such a easy way that we could understand all of it. Way to go Tesla. Keep making amazing vehicles n keep hiring quality people.

The car they showcased was awesome. The lady who represented Tesla was very nice and helpful towards anyone who approached the car. I did find it irritating that the car was unlocked and allowed anyone to hop in and fool around *cough cough* preppy teenagers. It was pretty cool that I got to get inside the Tesla because Michigan for some reason doesnt sell these cars which is a shame.

The future of the car industry! The staff were very friendly and were helpful even to anyone just looking and not really interested. Would highly recommend looking at a Tesla in person and even scheduling a test drive! Was a blast.

Have to do that online but I think they actually may get commission if you give name and then buy.Michigan law actually bans Tesla sales or service. Need to go to Lyndhurst, Ohio or Chicago. Walked in to take a closer look at the model displayed on the floor, the Tesla sales rep, was very nice and knowledgeable of the vehicle, and was more than happy to show us some of the other options of the vehicle that was on display. It was a very cool experience and we were treated very well, even though we just went in to tire-kick I hope to see more advancements out of Tesla in the near future.👍

You can see a few cars and even test drive. The prices and specs are easy to find on the touch screens set up around the room.

The in-store staff were pretty snooty and basically treat everyone like they are wasting the staffs time. They give off a general attitude of youre not actually going to buy a Tesla, so I dont want to spend my time with youIts pretty rude. Especially since they have no idea who may or may not be ready to buy or may have already put down a deposit.They staff that take people on test drives were much more personable and helpful! They basically saved the whole experience.

Car is great service so far is not. Purchased the car close to 2 months ago and they have not been able to get me my license plate...I know problems happen...but the infuriating issue is that I have to email and call repeatedly before I get a response - their follow up is not good. I am incredibly nervous about what is going to happen when I need service. Really thought the experience & service would be different - I get much better service from Lincoln than from Tesla.

We were at the Somerset Collection mall in Troy. At a time when Sears and most other retailers are struggling it was surprising to see the high end stores doing business as usual.This store was eager to have people do test drives. They had 5 or 6 car outside plugged in and ready to go.

Its a really weird storefront. Why have Tesla in the mall? You gonna buy a car from the mall? It seems like more of a this is what Tesla does exhibit than anything.Edit: I have been informed that people do actually purchase cars from this storefront. Wonders never cease. In that case, this is actually one star cooler than I allowed before.

Limited displays: no solar shingles displayed, only panels. Is that the old generation powerwall, wheres the new one? And why were all the supercharger ports full with cars that had California manufacturers plates? If someone wanted to charge up their Tesla, when would they be able to? I am an avid fan of Tesla but appears through this store they are missing their mark. Please fix it.

Was at the Somerset Collection for something else and happened by the Tesla Showroom. Met a very nice employee named Joe and had a great conversation about the future of EVs and he helped me set up a test drive even though I am not in the market to buy at the moment.

Amazing products and customer service! The cars seemingly do everything. Unfortunately, as a satellite location, the cars cant be purchased here. However the employees can link you to the nearest location that does sell the vehicles and help you to order one that can be delivered to any location of your choice. You can also schedule a test drive at this location.

My experience was excellent. I was taken for a test drive and the person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had regarding the vehicle.

This is the only place I know of where you can sit down in a Tesla without paying a single penny. As someone who lives in a low-middle class village/small town, we barley come across high end luxury vehicles such as Tesla. Whenever you sit in a Tesla, it feels like youre being transported to the future and I hope as the years pass, Tesla can make vehicles that can go over 350 miles on a single charge. If you want to purchase a Tesla, they of course do the finances, but since they have no vehicles on their lot; they order your car and it gets shipped to your house. They could potentially use the malls parking spaces as vehicle storage and when a customer purchases a Tesla, the vehicle is already on their lot similar to an actual dealership. Their dealership is incredibly small since its a mall space, so at some points, it can seem cramped with the people and the cars. Maybe they could move their dealership to a bigger area in the mall or maybe in another city completely like West Bloomfield.The staff is friendly and know all the quirks about the models.

Ive been looking for a new car for some time now... I decided to give this Tesla shop a chance to impress me. Not only did they fail at that. They had very limited knowledge about their own product, and its probably the most simple product of all.. This one is ugly and low quality for 100k..... this one over here is ugly and low quality for 130k. Thats all they needed to say.Seriously if your looking for a $130,000 sedan an Audi RS7 is a much better choice than a p100D model S. You get much more quality and driving enjoyment.The obsession with 0-60 times of Teslas is a complete joke. Like flying in a jet it may be fast but its boring after the first few times. There is no shifts to give your body a point of reference for zero ecceleration, so you get used to it. Like sitting on your couch and going fast...... except its less comfortable. Its a one trick pony thats bad at its trick, and then you have to recharge.If your trying to be green.. forget it. These things are horrible for the environment. Batteries have to be disposed and made, which is bad for the environment especially when their lifespan is very short.Dont even get me started on how these things dont make any noise.....

I just dealt with an extremely pushy racist sales associate named Joe. He kept following and harrasing me. He lied about the seats of the car and kept trying to force me to get in the car a certain way and sit as he would wish as if I were a dog. I finally got fed up and told him to back off. He continued to harass me and ask me if I was in the automotive industry, assuming that I wasnt. Then He kept telling me I coudnt let the seat back. So I let Joe the racist have it. He is a disgrace to the tesla brand and I hope no one else has to deal with this guy again.
