I have a 2017 Ram 2500, took truck in for oil change/ tire rotation in April 2021. Mysteriously, after service, check engine light appears. (Problem was resolved)Today (September 25, 2021)Truck in for same service (With ZERO issues!!)They supposedly start my truck and dash lights up like a Christmas tree of warning lights.Coincidence??This better be resolved quickly!!Oh yes!! There car show today was obviously there main concern as Joey had brought to my attention.Very sad!!Review will be updated soon. Hopefully with a positive outcome.Have dealt with Erwin many times and sad to see this is the reward of a returning customer.Think twice before coming in for service folks.

I must say this has been the best dealer experience Ive ever had, my sales person Dave was amazing. But just as important is how a dealer deals with you after the sale. I can without a doubt say this is the best dealership experience I have ever had. I have owned forwards, Toyotas, General Motors products, and other Mopar products and I have never had this good of a dealer experience. Erwin has definitely earned a customer for life. Usually my biggest complaint about dealerships is when you try to get some thing fixed and they question you, this is not the case at Erwins this dealership has a family owned feel which as a business owner myself is huge. I had my 2015 Cherokee serviced yesterday (100k mile checkup)Service department was great - great attitudes, and very honestMy car was serviced as requested, with no issues.Cabin air filter labor cost was a little steep - considering its as easy as opening the passenger door, removing a small panel without tools, switching out the filter and replacing the panel. Takes one minute and requires no tools. Im a little embarrassed about the price I paid for that (not anyones fault at the desk or working on my car)

My vehicle has been in the service department for three weeks now and still there now. I understand that getting the part from another company is one thing, but there should always be a second option. A big car dealership should not make no one wait three weeks and still dont no whats going on. When I call, I get the same excuses.....I have to make payments on a car I cant they....they dont call you when they say call you.....i should have my car by now...i should have to keepcwaiting

No games here. I told them what I wanted for my trade, and what I wanted in a used vehicle as well as price and it was done. No games with adding extra things not needed. Straight forward. Seems to be a honest reputable company. This is the second car in a row we have purchased from this dealer and sales person (Blake). Finance gentleman was wonderful, went over things, and had alot of patients, waited for me to call and unfreeze credit. Understood what terms I wanted to purchase under and made it a complete transaction. I do have to have my car taken to another company to have the remote starter put in, but as of now Im happy with the company. I would recommend.

I purchased lug nuts for my dart here, and I paid a local mechanic to put them on and he never did. I asked K.C in parts if I can have a refund and they gave me my money back. One of the best dealerships Ive ever been in. Although I didnt purchase anything here, simply due to the price of the vehicle, I express how amazing Drakes service was. Wife had her Jeep in for some brake and drive train work before an out of town trip. When she picked it up the check engine light is on. They said bring it in on Saturday and theyll hook it up to see what the issue is. I take it over on Saturday morning and am told theres no one around to look at it. Piss poor service.She ended up taking my truck for her trip. Im home for the weekend but cant get anything done that I had planned because she has my truck.

Ive bought 2 new and 2 used cars now from erwin. Everyone is always warm and inviting. Luke and Clint are amazing! Clint is a non pushy salesman who is straight forward and upfront which I admire and appreciate. Luke used to be my sales rep and is now a finance guy, he makes the paperwork seem effortlessly. He always remembers me even if its 2 years from the last time I saw him, asking specific questions like hes a lifetime friend. Its a 35 mile drive for me to go up to Troy to see them, but worth it every time!

I am a service member trying to buy my first truck on my own credit. Im currently finishing up training out of state. My dad when test drove a truck for me he and i liked it. The dealer said he would place the truck in the back lot. My dad comes back 1 hour later and the truck sold to someone else. Felt like you were a good dealer willing to work with me. But lost all credit with that move. Dont think I will ever look to Erwin for a vehicle ever again.

There to get my back window fixed I bought my vehicle from here used, 3 years ago and have to say they are very honest...and reasonable for repairs and stand by there work.I do my oil changes and tune ups too...I highly recommend this place especially for quality used cars...

Fixed the issue I took JEEP in for. After I got the vehicle back there was a small issue found that they fixed quickly and without charge due to it being caused by the previous issue. Customer service was great. I dealt with Dave in service.

Whoever is responsible for the attitude of the employees and operations of this dealership knows how to do business the right way. From start to finish, this transaction could not have gotten any easier. Vehicle price was unbeatable, trade-in value was fair, all of the people I dealt with were personable and friendly, communication was excellent and egos were in check. I felt like these folks were willing to listen to the customer for once rather than dictating to them like so many other dealers like to do. They even gave a warranty on a non-Chrysler product. I have not yet purchased a truck, but I have been working with Dan quite a bit. What Im looking for is specific, and he has been keeping me updated on different available inventory. Ive even had questions about other vehicles that their dealership isnt selling and Dan has gone out of his way to give me some advice and things to look for. Hes taken his time and wants me to get what I want...not just what hes selling. Dan has been honest and answers me quickly!

Well..they are pretty nice. Bought a new Jeep there. Parts dept is good at getting parts you need but getting things worked on is another matter. If they damage someything during repairs they dont fix it totally. They cant seem to figure out the shifter issue:-(

The salesman who sold us our car was laid back to say the least, that was fine but when we bought the car he said “I have a cold and I don’t want to spread it so I’m not going to show you how to use the features, you can look them up online and it’ll tell you about everything”. Since then we have had nothing but bad experiences. Service department is awful they don’t try to fix things. They say they’ll call with parts etc and don’t. Even the parts department is a joke. Everyone in that place just places blame on everyone else. I drove an hour to pick up headphones that broke. They said they would be in the week before. I got there and nobody knows where they are or when they’ll get in. I will never come back here again and would not recommend buying here or having a car serviced here.

Great place bought out Jeep there and has been a great Vehicle

I found a vehicle on line my wife & I went to check out, made a 30 mile trip down interstate last Saturday morning, kind of cold and blistery so after standing outside looking for 5 minutes we went inside the show room, 2 customers were being attended to.4 salesman were in an office circled around a box of donuts drinking coffee, after making eye contact with 2 of them to no avail we waited 10 minutes kicking tires and walking around in discussed. Needless to say we left and WILL NEVER BE BACK.My advise is get your act together or get a different job!!!If I could give zero or minus stars I would.

I had an appointment at 10:00 am was here early for new power steering and rear brakes. Im back (3:30) to follow up on progress. I was told it will 5:30 before they will be finished. Not happy about the length of time to wait for repair. This will be the last time here for anything.

Recently bought a used jeep grand cherokee and called to check on my remaining warranty and to schedule a warranty service that was needed, after giving my last 8 in my vin and mileage to confirm my warranty was told that my jeeps warranty was void because it was a Canadian vehicle, and Id have to pay 100 a hour for a service tech to diagnose the issue. So when I hung up I looked at my carfax and called the original dealer thats in Ohio that had my jeep when it was new and LEASED it(which would make it impossible to be ever canadian) checked the vin and confirmed it was not true and I was the 2nd owner. So I called new Carlisle jeep who as well confirmed it to be false will be servicing my warranty issue. With my other jeep had 1 good experience in 2012 and 1 VERY VERY bad in 2014 and now this..

Do NOT go here! i have a 2007 dodge caliber which had a recall on it for the front subrame, i was 2 months late of it, and it was rusting out completly, i know i was late on it but it was still dodges terrible design of a car, and thought they would help me out a bit on the price. i took it there and the part itself is 70 dollars, the price dodge can get it as from the recall, and he was going to charge me 400 JUST for the freaking part. i then took my car to a local mechanic bc even if he had to order the part from here the labor would be much cheaper, well he called to order the part and dodge knew it was the same car...so he was going to charge 600 just for the part, bc he knew it was the same car...may i remind you it is THERE fault that the car is designed like this, not MINE. so i took my car to dodge in fort loramie ohio, and with labor it was 600 total, 100% reccomond the ONE IN FORT LORAMIE. not this dodge, dont go here.

Got my Jeep Cherokee from these ppl great staff

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 7.30 am Tuesday 24th March on my 2010 Dodge diesel truck with 29,000 miles that I bought new from Buds in Celina, Ohio. Dropped truck off at 7:30 am. They said they would call when done. I called at 1:00 to see how it was coming, they replied had not gotten it in yet, still hadn’t heard anything called back at 4:00 they had just pulled it in. I ask them if they were serious, that I had a 7:30 appointment. They replied they were busy, they called back at 5:00 told me that wouldn’t get it done till Wed. So they call me Wed. around 10:00 left message said my truck was ready, service manager calls me back and tells me that my 30,000 mile maintenance was coming up and that my differentials and transfer case fluids needed changed every 30,000 miles. I didn’t think it sounded right, but told them to go ahead. Went to pick it up the bill was 578.00 When I got home I checked my maintenance book, that was in my truck, and it said to inspect transfer case every 30,000 miles and replace fluid every 60,000 miles. I called manager told him that I was not happy, that I had a 7:30 appointment, and never got my truck in till 4:00, and wanted to know if there maintenance book was different from mine. He said that he talked to his mechanic, and that my fluids were dirty, but never once called or told me that my fluids looked dirty; the service manager told me that it was a scheduled maintenance. The manager also told me that my truck was used for commercial use, and that I bought it used from Terminex. I bought my truck new; I plow about four driveways (my family) a year, and pull my 23ft. boat up to lake Erie and back once a year. So instead of trying to make things right, the manager just lied, covered up, and lost a new customer. I was also planning on letting them service my 2014 Grand Cherokee diesel, but that’s not going to happen now.
