My Dads Nissan Altima had a minor recall involving the hood release. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was handled quickly. Great service.
Despite being busy with other vehicles, Troy Nissan found an opening to service my Altima. Wait time was surprisingly low considering I didnt know to make an appointment prior, and the waiting area is well kept.

Took my car to be diagnosed about my a/c at lunch time yesterday. Called them back at 3pm because I hadn’t heard anything from them. They told me they would call me when they found what was wrong. They whined up keeping my car overnight, did not inform me before hand! My father called them as well and did not get an answer!! I went up there this morning to pick up my car, and that’s when they wanted to tell me what was wrong. I told them that’s fine, I will take it somewhere else to be serviced because this was unacceptable!! Never ever going there again!!!
I had an appointment for a/c diagnosis. My car wasn’t looked at the day of the appointment, it was locked in the garage because no one called to inform me of anything. The next day I called he said they were checking it out. I went a hour before closing only to find my car hadn’t even been looked at nor touched since they put it in the shop; they’d look at it but I wouldn’t get it back that day either. Totally disappointed due to I don’t stay in this city & had to miss work due to their carelessness! Totally unacceptable and disappointing

HORRIBLE (from the owner on down to service)...Troy Nissan will never touch my vehicle again nor will I ever purchase from Troy Nissan.They removed my valve from the tire stem causing the tire to go flat. Roadside assistance had to be contacted. Once roadside assistance arrived, wheel lock key was not placed back in the glove compartment; therefore the tire could not be changed. The service department took no accountability for the mishap stating “they said it was put back in the glove compartment ” and another worker saying “they never used my wheel lock key”. The owner had no empathy for the situation or inconvenience and never held the service department at fault. If you want people who don’t know what they are doing to service your car...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
Nissan spent about 3 hours to do a diagnostic on my car to only tell me HALF the problem. then waited until they charged me $400 on the 3rd day to tell me the other MAJOR problem with the car. was told they could fix it for another $100. instead of telling me everything on day 1 and then changing me one price. also they’re prices are ridiculously high...$100/hr for labor...like really. 75% of what i paid them was for them to only fix half the problem then tell me the car still shouldn’t be driven

Service is not customer friendly. Very uninformed and unhelpful. There is no preparation for receiving a customer, even with an appointment. Also, advisors should have vehicle info on computer if bought there. No attempt was made to look. I was told to go to three different people to get warranty info.(1 service, 2 sales, and 3 financing.)Loaner car was out of gas. Overall unconcern by service dept.Christine Brown

I bought a used car out of town, after nine months it decided to just not crank, my extended warranty allowed me to have it towed. My choice was Troy Nissan, Inc. They were very accommodating with my needs (loner car). They worked until they found the problem which started out as the main computer (covered under warranty) however the underlying problem turned out to be the wiring harness (covered under warranty w/ a small deductible). The shop, customer service, and everyone up front were always courteous. Highly recommend.

My wife and I traveled from ATL to Troy Nissan to take advantage of a great deal. The 3 hrs drive was worth it. Ricky, Jimmy and Sales Manager Josh scored a 6 out of 5 rating, but as you can see I am only limited to a 5 star rating . They made that good an impression. At times I felt like I was here on a social visit with friends I had not seen for a few years. The atmosphere was a no pressure and very laid back, unlike the dealerships in Atlanta, where sales person pounce on you like wolves, that have not eaten for days. I highly recommend this dealership, and if by chance you are Jamaican, you will love Josh Parrish. Just mention Curry Goat.
Needed help while driving through Alabama from Florida and the service department, specifically Robert, took great care of us! Our a/c was blowing hot, we had tried to fix it ourself and made it worse! Troy Nissan has us back on the road with ice cold a/c in no time. This pregnant lady is very grateful!

After about two months my wife noticed the mirror over sun visor was broken told her no problem I had bumper to bumper coming back from Auburn a few days later I stopped at Troy Nissan, they told me bumper to bumper didnt cover breakage they want to take your $$$$ but dont stand behind warranty. My wife needs car guess who want get my $$$ again.
Constantly overbooked. Wont call to update you until the end of the day. Often try to add repairs that are not required or not yet needed.
Brought my Tacoma here and asked if i could get my Alignment checked because the nearest toyota place is in Montgomery. They were more than welcome to assist me and the guy i talked to took me back to the service dept and told the service guy what i need. Very helpful and great people.
On the way from Huntsville to Disney our A/C died. After spending the night in Troy we were at the service center before they opened. The team there were super nice and went above and beyond to get us back on track. After hitting to get a compressor installed, they realized the belt was also shot. They apologized profusely, provided us with a rental and had one of the service guys drive the next time over and back to get us rolling again. Cant say enough for their professionalism and service.

Very poor customer relations and service. Daughter had car there to be repaired and had the so called mechanic leave parts off of the car that had to be reordered. Service manager needs to be trained on customer relations..... Called and spoke to a Wayne who is supposed to be a supervisor over the lower management who seems intimidated by his employees whom he is supposed to supervise. Crazy!!!! Take your vehicles somewhere else that appreciates you and your business. This is definitely not the place.
After being stranded on the interstate over an hour from this dealership I called asking the Service Department if there was any way they could help me. Mr. Floyd not only gave me the name and number of a tow truck company but also said he would check the car out for me(even at closing time) and help me figure out a way to get home. Being 400 miles from home and after getting terrible service from Ingram Nissan I was able to make it back home and my car is running great now. THANKS so much!

Had a Horrible Experience with them. When i spoke with the Service representative and asked them if i need to bring any documents for The university Grad program, i was told only to get my drivers license. After reaching there in the evening, i was told that i needed a letter from someone in the University stating the day of my graduation.I went back to university, spent time waiting for the professor and when i got the letter and went back, i was told that the format was wrong. And when i said that had they told me before itself when i asked about what documents needed to be brought it wouldve saved my time, to which the service representative Mr. Tyler,lied directly that he had asked me to bring the letter in the afternoon itself. I was so annoyed with them that i left without buying the vehicle.To be honest they appeared a bit racist to me.
Terrible staff especially clerks they just sit up on their cellphones while u wait to be assisted.Then the service is subpar I wouldn’t recommend them only if they are the last choice.
