We just purchased our second automobile from this dealership. We made sure to go through the same salesman Mark. He is very knowledgeable, nice, and found us exactly what we were looking for. Our entire experience was great from beginning to end. Laura in finance was amazing, as she really went out of her way for us. Charlie in service is great, as my Maserati (our first purchase) just went in for service. 5 stars as always. Thank you again to the entire staff!

I was very interested in a certain Rolls Royce model and wanted too know more about this vehicle . I went into the dealership awhile back the older man named Mark D . was unpleasant and it came across like it was a real bother for him too answer my questions for me . I caught him rolling his eyes at me when I asked him some questions about the motor and what kind of gas mileage Rolls Royce gets out on the open road . I found that Mark was abrasive and not pleasent as a salesman . Only reason I am giving two stars is because one of the service guys was going somewhere in the dealership with something and was very pleasant and talked to me for a minute . I decided to drive the extra miles and the time in the car and go to Rolls Royce of Cleveland . I tell you what it was a Great experience at Rolls Royce of Cleveland with the salesman and staff. I didnt expect it but they asked me if I would like to have something to drink while I was looking around . The salesman gave me a brochure without asking for one and answered all of my questions for me and gave me his business card and told me when I am ready give them a call. I think Rolls Royce of Troy as a whole needs to get rid of people like Mark and get people like I experienced in Cleveland ( Good People that cares about their potential customers etc.) I am sorry that I had to write a review like this but it really bothered me as a customer and I will not be back or be in contact with anyone at this dealership/ buy for anything now or in the future .
My first experience with the service department was a good one. Dan took time to explain the service that will be performed and held to have the vehicle ready for pick-up by the agreed upon time. First impressions go a long way. I would definitely highly recommend the dealership for all your new vehicle and service needs
I have been servicing my vehicles for years at this dealership. No one can touch these guys. I was in yesterday for service and everything went smooth as always and prompt as promised. They told me ahead that the service would take 1 1/2 hours and that’s exactly how long it took. During that time they drove me to Somerset Mall nearby to do some shopping and later picked me up. Dan Westover and Charlie Paul in service are fantastic and know the true meaning of customer service and hospitality. I can also say the same for Alister McCracken in parts. Always friendly and always right on!! Thank you.
Very impressed with Sales and service staff at Maserati of Troy. My sales associate Mark Davis was excellent went above and beyond not only during the car buying experience but also afterwards. He makes me feel like he truly values my business. My service. consultant Charlie was wonderful coordinating the pick up and timely service of my Maserati with a slight alignment issue. I live outside their usual service area but they were great taking care of my needs. Overall Im very happy with the car, sales, and service from this dealership.

Was able to purchase a car over the phone, trade a Porsche for the new Aston Martin and take delivery at my home with no issues. Would recommend the dealership for reliability and completing what they promise.

I recently went too the dealership with the hopes of doing business with them. I was treated as if I was a joke and received no real help from the sales people at the dealership. Everybody was walking pass me acting like they were busy but no one was in the dealership except for the staff and myself. I was very disappointed by the service of the people there who acted as if I couldnt afford one of their automobiles. All the apologizing in the world wouldnt make up for the bad service and rude people walking by me or treating me as if I was a joke in a three piece suit. I will not do any future business with Bentley of Troy! I wonder if Bentley represents themselves as a brand doing that to people at their dealerships.
