We were greeted by Anthony in the Nissan Service Department, and the customer service was absolutely wonderful! The maintenance and quality of service for my vehicle was outstanding! I scheduled an appointment and my wait time was not long at all. They also provided a Lyft for husband and I to go to the mall and back! I highly recommend Suburban Nissan of Troy to others!!

Beware if they reach out to purchase your car from you. I am looking to sell a vehicle and was contacted by this dealership to purchase it. I received an online appraisal and Brett informed me they can pay even more than the online quote. I let him know the ballpark I was looking to be in, and he set up an appointment for me to meet Rob at 11 this morning. I showed up at 11 and Rob had gone to lunch, thankfully Alex was very helpful and friendly and tried his best to help out, but in the end he was offering 1,200 less than the online appraisal and said its not worth the time to appraise it in person due to a local dealership also having the same vehicle available for sale. I wasted over an hour of my day, added miles onto an odometer that were trying to keep still, and dirtied up my fresh detail for absolutely no reason.

Very rude, selfish and uncooperative sales and finance staff.I went to buy off my leased car but instead of helping me, sales manager Jason Scott & finance manager Shaun Music tried to buy the vehicle. Both sales managers Chanel Murray & Jason Scott promised to check with Nissan finance and call me back, but never called me back. Finally I went to Nissan of Dearborn and bought off my leased vehicle with their help.

Not a big fan of writing poor reviews, but unless you want wildly slow service, wouldnt recommend going here. Servicing your car will take about 8 hours, and getting a simple problem fixed will usually take weeks and involve misdiagnosing the problem. Also almost impossible to reach the service team via phone. Good luck getting your car back if you leave it with them!- As an edit, I specifically asked for my tires to be filled and they were not. You had my car for 8 hours and couldnt even do the easiest thing I asked for. Want to improve my visit? Come to my house and fill up my tires for me.

I bought a Nissan suv from here . The price was good and the car is beautiful but I’ll never deal with this place, specifically the salesman Alex. I’ve called him so many times, he makes promises and never calls back . He claimed they detailed the car, they definitely didn’t. He also claims they changed my breaks, but my breaks are squealing so loud it’s embarrassing. My kids cup holder is broken which he said he would fix . There’s something wrong with my aux he said he was fix it . He hasn’t fixed any of these issues and it’s been 3 months since I bought the car . Every time I call he says he will call me back with appointment times . Very annoyed and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone .

Super quick oil change & they did an inspection too which was awesome because I thought something was wrong with my brakes but they checked out! Very nice & clean! Anthony was great! & informed me that I had two free oil changes left which I was super happy about! Great experience overall!

Normally I don’t share many reviews but I find it necessary to share my experience with this Nissan Dealership. I wanted to do a lease pull ahead today and the dealership said they cannot completely accept the difference in I owed on the vehicle and I asked him what would be the difference they could offer. Mind you I spoke to Nissan finance this morning and they stated they are willing to wave anything I owe that’s under $4000. And they said there’s no fees attached to doing a lease pull ahead at this time. I then was told that I would owe $1000 if I did Lease pull ahead. The sales manager is the one that stated that that’s the best he can do. I told them thank you I will go to a different Nissan dealership and see what they will offer me for my vehicle. Once I got in my car the sales person came outside and asked me if I turn it in today and they waive that thousand dollars they said I would owe would I turn in the vehicle. I said yes but first I want to go check out the inventory and the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person said not a problem and to call him if I plan on coming back today. I did find the GM vehicle that I wanted to purchase and call the sales person back with no return call.I drove back to this Nissan dealership and found the sales person and told them I was ready to turn in my vehicle. He then told me he needs to go get the sales manager to sign off on it again and will be back shortly. He came back and then stated the sales manager said he cannot do the deal anymore, he said it was a misunderstanding between them and he did not say he would waive the extra thousand dollars they wanted that was on top of what I actually still owed on the vehicle. Call sales manager is very dishonest and I would not recommend this dealership for any one looking for a Nissan. My husband went to the car to empty out my vehicle and overhears the manager laughing and saying to the sales man “ just tell her it’s a misunderstanding” .I recommend going to Nissan in Farmington Hills, they are honest and don’t miss lead people. I also will be calling Nissan finance and he’s on corporate to file a complaint against Dealership and the sales manager.

Salesperson was helpful (Alex).My only frustration was having to spend 4 hours there after most of the paperwork was completed on Saturday and I had sent information in the prior night before my visit to test drive on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday, another customer was test driving it twice. I almost did not purchase, I felt slighted and not taken seriously. In the end, the other customer decided to not purchase, and I was able to test drive and purchased the car. Music was prompt with the financing process, and a joy to work with. That whole sakes process was not warm or friendly. No one seemed excited to sell me a car...Had I not loved the car I purchased I would have gone to another dealer and still purchased a car..I was there to buy!

Made an appointment for 8:30 yesterday to switch out winter for summer tires on my 370Z. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would take about an hour. I left to do some errands, and never received the promised phone call. Returned to the dealer 5 hours after the 8:30 drop-off and the car was not yet ready, with the excuse that they were unaware that the tires had to be dismounted and remounted, and that it would be another half-hour. So, a very disappointing visit. I will say the service guy I was dealing with apologized and took personal responsibility for the poor service, and reduced the normal charge, which I thought was appropriate and appreciated.

We bought a used Mazda from here, only because the car was really nice, not at all because of the customer service. Jermaine who was helping us seemed to lose interest in doing so by the minute. He was very nice in the beginning but towards the end the vibe we were getting was that he was doing us a huge favour. The manager up front (Rob?) was extremely condescending. The only nice people we interacted with were a salesperson named Chris Leggett and the finance manager (last name Music).Giving this place one star because I cant give zero stars.

I had an afternoon appointment but I was still in and out in less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, and wash. I was told to expect an hour to an hour and a quarter when I arrived so getting out early was great. My only complaint is that you have to buy your own snacks because Ive been to a lot of dealers that supply soft drinks and snacks for waiting customers.

Not your typical sales team as they focused on our needs and did not try to push us into something we didn’t want. I came in to purchase a vehicle for my fathers birthday and they really took care of us. They made my family feel comfortable and really took the time to answer all of our questions. We purchased a demo vehicle that came to us in mint condition!! All of the manufactures warranty’s transferred to us as well. This gave my family the peace of mind we needed. I had my car towed to this dealership Feb 27, 2021 because it all the sudden died, was told they would figure out and have it fixed asap. Took a few days for them to figure out it was the alternator... no big deal. They took a total of 10 days (March 9, 2021) for me to get my car back and then was told I would have to pay almost $200 extra on top of my $100 warranty deductible. Everything was covered per agreement with the warranty company and I called them multipe times to make sure that they covered all the repairs and labor. I was told by the service consultant that because the warranty only pays a certain labor wage that i would have to pay the difference. I understand that dealership charges different labor but when there is a warranty in place and that dealership agreed to accept that warranty they have to accept what the rate of pay is and not expect or force the customer to pay the difference. This is a scam. I spent almost every day calling them back for my money back being told that its the fault of the warranty and I had spoke multiple times to the warranty about this issue. I allowed the dealership 1 full month to refund me for something I never should if been charged for and was told today that the warranty denied the dealership to pay the difference which they never had to. It was the fault of the dealership service and they really scam people out of their money. I will never enter or recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will also be reporting this to the bbb and anyone else who will listen. They should not be allowed to do this to anyone and should be out of business for deceiving people. If you know a warranty company doesnt pay what you except you shouldnt take their warranty. I have also said this multiple times to the sales manager. Also just on a side note when my car was in there I asked for an oil change because I needed one and figured since it was there they could do it. I did tell them I would pay cash when I got there and my old change was never done. And super glad it wasnt after all that. I took my car over to Jeffery nissan on Gratiot and had ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE THERE. I highly recommend them and will be going there for all my services and any issues from now on. Do ur self a favor and go somewhere that has great customer service and honest with their customers.

I’ve had to have my steering wheel cover replaced twice. I went in and talked to Trevor he looked at it and ordered it for me and then Kris had it installed and even had my vehicle washed. That was a pleasant surprise. I also asked if the oil special for $139.99 that included car washes and tire rotation applied to my truck and they said yes. Which is a great deal for my vehicle. So I will definitely be coming back.

Fast service replacing my recalled airbags. But the horn now randomly goes off when driving, when parked, in my driveway at 2 am. I had to pull the horn relay. Vehicle never did this until they replaced the recalled airbags.

I leased a Nissan Rouge 2 years ago and it was a pleasant experience with negotiations and final agreement dealings. even the first couple of service appointments were a smooth process.My issue came around when I visited the service department in November. My vehicle was serviced properly except the remote start. I asked Nissan to put in the remote start when I purchased the lease and they agreed to put on the third party remote start pack on the vehicle. But it stopped working couple of months ago and when I asked them to fix it for me, they said the company that put in my remote start is not with them anymore and they did not fix the problem. I asked them what can be done, they mentioned they will contact me again once they can find a solution but 3 weeks out and i am still dealing with remote start issue.disappointing experience from a good dealer otherwise.

I called on a used car and was told I needed to make an appointment. I made the appointment to see the car and verified it was still for sale and there. Took the day off of work and drove an hour to the dealer to only be told the car is not there and it was in the body shop. This is the second time with a Suburban (Suburban Toyota in Farmington) dealer that this has happened to me in a few weeks. They are trying to get you in the door no matter what.

My name is Manohar, in the month of June I have changed the Brake rotors with this Service center, after a week they started getting rust on them very heavily (on the Dom too), when I drive there and show them the service guy at desk said its vey common you see that very often, but I know my previous parts did not have any kind of these issue, I work in Auto Industry I know they installed fake parts then after I did my research on it and I took my car to the dealership with the proofs, then they accepted to change to the original parts from Nissan and they charged again 214$ for the replacement, for their inability to work better I had to waste 10 hours my time in the service center lost some money too. Better choose the rite place to Maintain your loved cars, I will not recommend this Suburban Nissan Of Troy, Beware before you choose to service here.When I gave my care to replace the Brake rotors on last Saturday I have asked to do regular Maintenance(oil change, oil filter change), I had the 136$ 3 services purchased and last one remaining, So I thought its time to use that last service in my 3 services, they did not do the Maintenance request, they Just did the Rotors change. for this I have to take my car to them again and waste my time. Total Inconvenience waste of Time.

Dont go to this place what a bunch of lying salesman. I go to get my regular oil change but they bill me for other things I didnt request. I wasnt even informed that they will perform other services on my vehicle. They will hold your car for hours so that they can make profit and my service should of taken only 40 minutes or less to do. They scam people of their hard earned money. This place needs to be investigated and closed for widespread fraud. Dont ever bring your car to them or you will regret your decision.

I attempted to return my Nissan Rogue back to Nissan (End of Lease) and this dealership refused to take it stating they don’t have enough space in their parking lot to store it. For starters this is not my problem your dealer has a big sign that says Nissan which means anything Nissan related is your problem not mine. The car is no longer mine the lease contract expired which means I have to give it back and this is the method of return Nissan wants to use. I contacted Nissan of Macomb and had no issues returning the vehicle to them. From this point on I will not be using Suburban Nissan of Troy for any services.

Came into the Nissan to look at the Rogue after a long day of viewing other cars at other dealerships and getting the run around. Jermaine was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping us qualify for the Rogue SV AWD 2018. He answered every question & put us at ease with any doubt that we had. These guys did a great job with working to make me satisfied. I had a small dispute over some damage that I didnt notice before I brought the car in and the service manager Chris showed me how the car is jacked up in the same station that my car was worked on and let me review the security camera where I did find that I was mistaken. I had the most amazing experience at Suburban Nissan of Troy. I took my Nissan Sentra in for a regular service. I just enquired if I could trade my car in for a Nissan Rogue. The sales representative, Edward, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the exact model, trim and color that I was looking for. He handled the transition fabulously. I previously left a great 5-star review for this place because of the great service Charles D, a service advisor, offered for some repairs. I’m now updating it to a 1-star review for unprofessionalism I was just served here.I spoke on the phone with a Jermaine to set an appointment in advance for a vehicle appraisal. Seemed friendly and with positive previous experience, I expected more of the same and was looking forward to it.I get to the dealership and I’m told that they are closed. The hours changed and Jermaine was not even present. I explained that I made an appointment and that meant nothing to them. I drove here all the way from Milford, which is where I live. Prior communication of the amendment to their hours would have been absolutely helpful, but I didn’t receive that. I am absolutely disrespected.

However, the repair price exceeded what was estimated by Anthony which is why I rated it poorly. He stated it would be around $220 over the phone, but when I went to collect my vehicle it reached $340. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with this service shop.

Purchased our 2012 Nissan from Suburban Jeep (love them) however due to Nissans horrible CVT transmission we had to take it to Nissan. The quote was ridiculous over 10k (they had no idea they were the 3rd quote) yet 2 other Nissan dealerships were between 3-5k for the same work.The quote was handwritten, I had to request it be printed up. Every other dealership charged $125 to look at my Rouge but Troy charged us $200 and afterwards gave me a sob story about how its not worth it to pay and you should trade this in spill. Than TODAY we get a letter about how our car is in such demand and they want to pay us to trade it in.We have ALREADY had it fixed for less than 3500 and its running wonderfully I also purchased a service plan from my new dealership. I will NEVER go to this Nissan Troy AGAIN. They were very polite while trying to screw me over. If your a woman, or anyone that doesnt have money growing on trees their goal is sales.

I recently visited this dealership with my mother to test drive a used Mazda 3. The car was not the one. However, I wanted to give a shout out to Jason Scott, the salesperson that assisted us. My oil change was completed in more time than promised. It was actually completed but I was not advised until I went to the service counter.

Went to Troy to car browse and was pleasantly surprised by Nissan dealership. Never had considered the brand but was in the market for a new SUV. One of the sales associates named Josh came out to greet us and was informative without being overly pushy. He let us test drive a Nissan Rogue that we ended up deciding to buy. Overall a very friendly team and we feel we had a good deal and customer service without prejudgment or hassle. Joe the finance guy was also fun and not high pressure- good team and they worked well together.
