Ambassador is a great place! Atmosphere is chill and cool. the staff is really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about when it comes to picking out a good cigar and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.

I have been coming here for the last few months. All was good, until today, they tried to charge me $70 for a SINGLE TIN of Tatianas!! This should be $20 dollars at the absolute most, considering its a brick and mortar shop. Online they can be had for $11.00. Things like this are going to push me back to online shops.Edit: A representative reached out to this review to tell me I should have mentioned this problem while I was there... I did mention it to the guy cashing me out but he made no offer to properly set the price, so I walked out without the tin.

What a wonderful cigar bar. Great atmosphere and top notch staff. The cigar prices are very fair for a cigar bar or any cigar shop. I will definitely be back.

This establishment is an absolute pleasure. From the dark mahogany woodwork stretching through its establishment to the knowledgeable and gregarious staff, everything about this place invites you in and makes you feel absolutely at home. Its cleanly, warm, and its patrons are more than happy to share their favorite pass-time with you. Even someone like me, who has little to no knowledge of cigars, was treated with the highest levels of friendliness and respect. Soon enough, I felt like family.I cant wait to continue spending time here. From the shaded private outdoor patio to the luxurious leather seated members only Private Den, this place is everything youd want and expect from a high-class Cigar Lounge. The bar is filled to the brim, and even their food is incredible. Their Cuban sandwiches and Artisan Thin-Crust pizza are worth a visit by themselves. Cheers to the owners and the tenders. There aren’t enough words to accurately describe how excellent this place is. Their humidor in unmatched, the food is excellent, the environment is cozy as can be, and the staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Went there for the first time this past Sunday and received a very warm welcome and a full tour. My wife and I were graciously welcomed to “the family” and encouraged to return. We’ve since been back five times and are already planning our next visit. I cannot get over how outstanding Ambassador truly is. From the owners to the managers to the wait staff, nothing could possibly be done to make this place any more friendly and inviting. They really have something special going on here, and I look forward to being a happy customer for a very long time to come!

Awesome cigar lounge, bar, food, everything. Selection of cigars is extensive with a great walk-in humidor, and the bar selection is equally as impressive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Friendly staff, was a little busy hard to find room to sit. Food wasnt gourmet but it wasnt terrible. Would I come back probably- but for me it was just a mediocre experience. Cigars were priced well, food was priced well no complaints but it was an average cigar bar

First time into Ambassador Cigars and it won’t be the last. Very friendly staff, great selection of cigars and accessories and a full bar to boot. Can’t wait to spend more time enjoying the place.

Usually just go there for the cigars but finally ate there. Great selection of food (recommend the steak bites) served very quickly. Staff as always was friendly and attentive.

Been here a couple times with a cigar club to which I belong. Great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, including management who often socialize with the customers. Our first time they even surprised us with free shots of very expensive cognac. A great place for group social events, just to drop in for a great time and a smoke. Cigar menu is pretty good and prices are reasonable 🏅.

Apparently it is acceptable for one of the employees to assume a customer is stealing cigars simply because he spends a decent amount of time looking around the humidor while he is holding one in his hand. It is unfortunate. Ive been sending my friends over to collect my cigars because apparently the employee felt the need to alert every cigar shop of my potential presence. One of my friends was recently in there and was also sold a faulty lighter. Do yourselves a favor and head over to Jenuwine. The selection is much broader and the employees do not overreact or jump to erroneous conclusions simply because you are holding a cigar at the bottom of your left hand while looking at others at the corner of the humidor. The individual walked in the humidor and made me flinch by surprise. Apparently that was sufficient evidence of wrongdoing. I did not care about him boasting of his cigar expertise either. As if working at a smoke shop requires anything more than a modicum of intelligence.

Rude, arrogant owners who seem to want to rush you the moment you enter. When you politely explain to them that you dont need help, they will become suspicious and keep popping in, each time approaching you with a more stern voice. Its a cigar shop, not Tiffanys. They seem to take offense when you mention other cigar shops that are outperforming them. Do yourselves a favor and head somewhere where the owners are more amiable and dont walk around as if they were operating a Fortune 500 Company.

Selection in the humidor was pretty solid, a lot of rare gems 💎. Service was alright, a little slow I feel they were understaffed but these woman handled business regardless. Scotch selection was solid. Loved the pool room in the back. The fellas and I posted their all night and not a problem with any one at all. Great, polite, nice place to take a dive and a stogy or a night out. *cheers*

Must try hand made cigars

I love this place. It has become my go-to place for cigars or a place to relax, especially as winter sets in. I have recommended this place to others as well and they were not disappointed!

A very pleasant and positive visit. A good selection of fine cigars and knowledge of makes it easy to select a brand to enjoy in the wonderful lounge area. I was very delighted and surprised of the food menu that is offered. That was a first in any cigar atmosphere I have ever visited. The menu is of select grilled sandwiches and soups, created and cooked to perfection.The bar area has local craft and domestic beers on tap or by bottle. And of course fine liquors to accompany any taste. With the very friendly and attentive wait staff I felt as if I was as important as the next person. Televisions are plenty throughout to not miss the big game.Overall it is probably one of the best cigar bars I have had a chance to visit. I will and would recommend!

Recently came here because I sold the head chef Chris my blender. We ended up getting a salami salami pizza that was awesome! A few drinks and this AMAZING!! off the menu cookie tart dessert with cinnamon sugar and candied ginger. So delicious go ask him for one! Worth it.As for the cigars lol I was impressed with a nice selection in the humidor and a good variety to choose from there were brand I hadnt heard of and that made me happy knowing I could try some new things.Ventilation was good but we literally picked the last table available the place was packed and so it was smoky. However I felt for how packed the place was (legit every seat) and the amount of people smoking that the ventilation was doing a good job.All in all I would come back here and I know my wife who doesnt smoke would too :)

Great bar and cigar selection. Everytime I have come in someone from the staff has always helped me pick out new cigars to try. This is now my go to place for a great scotch and cigar!

First time here and I am more then blown away. Very comfortable friendly atmosphere. I was greeted right away with a welcoming smile. The food is amazing. Cigar selection is a A+. I will be frequenting this place a whole lot more. Sean the owner is a very cool man that sat down and had great conversation. Now we just need the Spartans to pick it up and whip Utah state’s butt!

Great place! wonderful selection of premium hand-rolled cigars from the best brands. Good selection of Scotches and Bourbons, as well as many good beers on tap. Prices on cigars are great, and food and drink prices are not overly high. Food is the only thing I wasnt 100% satisfied by. There are several other cigar lounges in the area that dont even offer food and it wasnt bad, so that wasnt a major issue, but the menu could use some work, and the Cuban sandwiches were not as authentic (or as warm) as I could hope. Service is top notch, and all the management are very knowledgeable about cigars.-UPDATE: Cuban sandwiches have greatly improved in quality since my first review.

My visit was short, but what I like about this cigar bar was the selection. They had some cigars that is hard to find here in Michigan. The cigars prices are fair. I can tell this cigar bar is top shelf because they keep a large bottle of Listerine and cups in the restroom. I look forward to coming back.
