It’s incredibly disappointing how much this place has went down hill. It used to have such a warm and welcoming vibe. Now it feels so drab and uninviting. The staff is not friendly at all and make zero effort to engage with the customer. My wife and I felt so unwelcome when we visited. We had to wait to be served because apparently, despite there being three staff members, they drive-thru takes precedence over those in the store. It never used to be like this when I started coming here back in 2012. I hope the owner reads this and is inspired to do better. You guys used to have such warm and friendly staff, and a fun and welcoming environment. Now it’s just depressing.

First time here. Were visiting family and came here for a good cup of coffee. We had a variety of coffees and all were excellent. Good service too!

Great crew that work there whether in the drive thru or walk in. Always polite and everyone seems to work as a team. I order the same thing everytime: Large coffee with three creams and a shot of expresso. Whats weird is that its not the same price every time. Lately its been between $3 and $3.75. No big deal...its 75 cents. Must be the way it gets rang up. Still better than Tims or Starbucks IMO!

Service was wonderful. Alicias bright and smiling face is a fantastic addition to the morning. Coffee was delicious and sandwich was yummy.

Very good lattes, and they are quick with service. Parking can get a little iffy when theres a long line in the drive thru, but thats not their fault, just the design of the property.

Theyr menu is great. Always love to try the weekly special drinks. Who would have thought coffey with lemon would be good. They did and its great.

I always visit boston stockers for their milky way coffee. The taste is always good and reminds me of the way my grandma use to make her famous hot cocoa. I went to get a milky way coffee today and my iced coffee wasnt quit right. Not really upset just disappointed in the taste. But yes I will be coming back for more

I have been to several other Boston Stocker locations and this is by far the worst. I work in the Troy area and the first time I visited this location I sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes, and I was the only car. The second time (this past Saturday) I visited on my fifteen minutes break from working to get a large matcha green tea latte with light ice and they took over fifteen minutes to make it, and they gave it to me when it was not even full and about a quarter empty from the lid (I even have a picture). Save your time and go to Starbucks in Krogers across the street. Very disappointed.

Very good menu, lots of variety. Very reasonably priced. Our server was very attentive; even had a Mickey Mouse pancake made for our 3 y.o. granddaughter.

This is a great coffee shop. I know that Boston Stoker is a hometown company but I really do love their hot chocolate and pastries more than most. They have a great selection of hot and cold drinks. They also have a nice varieties of snacks - including scones! Its a great place to read or write or just chill for a bit.

This coffee has been available for many years at the Dayton airport until recently. A lot of travellers were sad to see it go, and it remains a must when visiting the area.The Highlander Grogg is the most popular, all of their coffee sources are listed in store, and the scones are pretty awesome. Friendly relaxed environment, restroom available, large cigar selection and souvenirs too. They have a great variety of loose leaf tea as well, if you arent a coffee drinker.

Just had the Piña Colada Cold Brew (likely temporary) and wow! The staff is so courteous, the coffee is always great. Responsibly harvested beans roasted locally. These are my coffee specialists!

Every time I am passing through on I-75, I always stop here for a pick-me-up. Last night, I had the chance to talk to one of the baristas named Parker, he was a cool cat. And he made a MEAN London Fog Latte!! I was so glad I stopped in, it was great chatting with him!

Their Grog latte, it is always one of my favorites. I love there going there on my way to work using the drive thru. Fast service and always friendly staff. One of my favorite local coffee places!

Boston Stockers has the best White Mocha Ive ever had! The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! (However the lids for 16oz hot drinks are prone to splitting, but the upgrade in size is a very reasonable price difference!)

I really appreciate their seasonal options. Currently, you can get a Lavender Orange Iced Latte that is just outstanding. Orange slices at the bottom of the cup combined with fragrant and delicious lavender makes for a very refreshing drink that takes me back to happy memories of the lavender based drinks and foods you can find at the Sequim Washington State Lavender Festival.

I had the best cup of coffee yesterday at the Troy, OH store. I dont know the name of the young man who made it for me but he did a great job. I asked for a dark roast coffee without a lot of sugar and boy did he listen! Great coffee and even better customer service!!

Good coffee. They do a good job at their pour overs, and will regularly have special cold brew concoctions that are always good. Their coffee menu is very broad and contains lots of different kinds of drinks. Good place to study as well, and they actually have the newspaper for you to read if you want.

I was disappointed. Used to love Boston Stoker when it was at Dayton International Airport. The mocha had a weird taste and funny texture to it, especially near the bottom of the cup. The cookie and scones were good though.

Got a frozen chai, which I usually order at any coffee place I go to. Consistency was good, price was a little high for a small size, but the lack of depth in the flavor left me wishing for so much more. I can definitely say I wont be stopping again, at least not for that drink. Definitely tasted more like water and sugar than tea and milk...

I live an hour and a half away and every time Im within 40 minutes I make sure I stop here. Amazing teas and coffee

The staff could not guarantee that the coffee was actually from Boston. They could with the tea. It didnt take away from the experience. Very good!

The best coffee and espresso I have ever had. Im quite a picky espresso drinker and I love there lattes. They have great coffee and espresso for a great price. Even my husband who is a strictly stright black coffee drinker orders a latte here. We cant pass the place up with out stopping and getting one. I only wish we loved closer so I could have it more often.

Amazing coffee beverage options! Great customer service! I love stopping here when I come home to visit from Colorado. This visit, Jared and Breanna provided excellent customer service, shared knowledge about coffee, and history of Boston Stoker.

A fast coffee spot with a simple menu means no stress for a person just wanting a coffee. They did offer information about where the coffee was from but in a way that did not feel intimidating. I will be back to this location and will be watching for Boston Stoner as a brand in my travels.

Least helpful purchasing experience in 25yrs of coffee buying. Ask which coffees were available as French Press; one light roast. Lead to believe that was the only offering. No explanation of other offerings or suggestions. Short on help.

The employees are always so friendly and talkative! You can tell they love their job and value their customers. I go out of my way to visit this specific Boston Stoker. Theyre coffee is amazing and they cook their espresso just right. Best coffee in Dayton!

When we traveled through Dayton, Im happy that this coffee shop was closer than Starbucks! This place was amazing, and the staff really knew their coffee and their flavors. They were able to help me pick a coffee to my tastes. They really took care of us, and I will happily be back through this coffee shop!

The coffee is roasted locally and is always well prepared. I love to get tea here as well. It is brewed fresh from loose leaves and they have an excellent selectionto choose from. Its a great place to study, read, or relax with friends!

Insanely great coffee but the drive thru takes forever, inside customers must get priority over drive up is my only guess. Still very worth the wait though!

There’s definitely friendlier options for coffee in Troy. Such a shame because the staff they had for years were simply amazing and can be found at these other coffee shops I mentioned.
