She noticed my wedding ring and asked if I wanted her to check the diamonds and give it a good cleaning. After telling her that my ring was 21 years old and hasnt been dipped for many years, she surprised me by not only cleaning it but also dipping it as well. It completely made my day. Sometimes it only takes a small act of kindness to make an big impact on people. After twenty years of marriage, two kids, and a million memories my wedding ring is like a badge of honor for getting through life. This company has terrible customer service. First of all, they sold me that the setting that I was told would fit my stone. And then I get it back and it looks awful because it was the wrong size. Then they wanted to charge me to fix it. It was a brand new Verragio bridal set and they had NO certificate of authenticity and the stamp had been polished off of the ring, so there is no way for me to use the Verragio warrany without it. I contacted verragio myself and they told me that every ring has a certificate of authenticity so its pretty sketchy that they didnt even have it at the store. And of course now they will not let me return the ring. I would give them 0 Stars if I could. And I will review them on every site I can find. Do not shop here! Ps Im pretty sure Taylors personal friends are the ones writing these glowing posts about her on here. She was my salesperson and the reason were in this mess.

My experience with EDC and Taylor Masden was awesome. I had barely begun my search for the perfect engagement ring but knew I needed to visit them just from hearing their radio ads. Needless to say my search didnt have to go much further. Taylor helped me look over a HUGE selection of rings to be sure I got the perfect one, spending a few hours looking through the cases, going through catalogs, and going back and looking at some I already looked at. The staff working at the time were awesome, offering me beverages, candy and even lunch since I was so indecisive and stayed so long searching. Taylor helped me find the perfect custom Henri Daussi ring. It definitely made my fiancé happy. We are definitely going to use EDC and Taylor for any future purchases! I didnt feel pressured into buying anything, or to go above the price range I had set for myself. I highly recommend giving them a look for your next purchase.

Within moments I was greeted by the friendly staff and we got started immediately. I gave them an idea of the style (and budget) that I was searching for.
