Had what Mom needed. Kathy was wonderful with helping Mom get a better magnifier. Would go back if needed. A+ service
My husband is legally blind. We have gotten more help with devices to help him with everyday tasks than the low vision clinics we have gone to.
Ablezone has pretty much everything. And, if they dont have something they will order it or tell you where to get it. The owner is a nice lady who treated my 92 year old mother with macular degeneration with kindness, patience & respect. Highly recommended!
Love finding products for low vision family member.
Excellent store for those with low vision! The owner was courteous and very helpful and I will definately go back for more advice and products!
Absolutely terrible customer service!! MY aunt is 85 yrs old with macular degeneration. We purchased a $500.00 magnifier that had a lifetime warranty but went bad after 8 mo. We took it back to the store for an exchange but they keep nothing in stock and all have to be ordered. WE were promised it would be shipped out the next day and nothing. Then promised it would be shipped again and nothing. Were on the sixth day now and still nothing. I called and asked for a tracking number for the package and was given a phony number. I call them back and their answering machine picks up. A very frustrating process to say the least!!
